The Advent of a One-World Religion: Paganism!

Two years ago, in December of 2007, I wrote an article entitled: “Environmentalism is a Religion.” It turned out to be more on target than even I suspected. With the Environuts, and enviro-police, and the seekers after absolute power over the earth by the institution of a one-world government (known these days by the flowery title of Global Governance) gathered in Copenhagen, for another attempt at yoking the planet with the pagan religion of “earth worship,” it seemed to me that today would be a good time to revisit the Environmentalism as a religion concern once again.

As I viewed the gathering of priests of the new/old pagan religion in Copenhagen, I thought to myself, nothing much has changed over the last several thousands of years. Men still seek power over their fellow man and they still use fear to acquire it and even more fear to hold onto it. The Copenhagen meeting is simply a way of inducing fear, at a deeper level, into humanity and using that fear to control all the peoples of the earth.

As I viewed news reports coming out of Copenhagen a piece of scripture from the New Testament of the Bible, written by Saint Paul in a letter to newly minted Christians in Ephesus, maybe a couple of thousand years ago, floated to the surface of my consciousness: “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Ephesians 6:12) I thought just how apropos that verse of scripture is when applied to modern times both in America and the entire world. “Spiritual Wickedness in high places” could have been written today to describe the gaggle of Czars in the Obama Regime right here in America.

There is a sickness abroad in the land – and on the planet. I refer to the attempt at the enslavement of all mankind. Global Governance is likely the most important part of the Copenhagen Treaty. We’re talking a single governing body to oversee the entire planet. This would be a non-elected body of men, and/or women, who would, in effect, rule the earth. If you control the earth’s energy, and energy sources, you control the earth – ALL the earth! At least they intend to try. You and I know it can’t be done, but blinded by their own lust for power THEY believe IT CAN BE DONE and THEY can do it. You must understand, these are people who believe themselves to be “the best and brightest” of the earth — and they, and only they, know what is best for the people of earth. These people are truly “the malignant ones” straight out of the darkness of evil and degradation.

The ancient Psalmist says: “The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies. Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear.” (Psalm 58:3-4)

Even with the release of the hacked e-mails of ClimateGate, millions simply refuse to believe the proof of the worldwide hoax of Global Warming even when it is placed right in front of their eyes. As the Psalmist described, they have “stopped their ears.” Yes, the old adage: “There are none so blind as those who will not see” must be applied to all the millions who doggedly hang on to a disgraced, phony, religion seeking salvation through their works toward saving the planet.

Back in 2003, Michael Crichton pointed out how common sense was being violated by research we have been assured shows that human activity is causing the Earth’s climate to warm and that this warming cannot be reversed. Crichton said the following: “Nobody believes a weather prediction 12 hours ahead. Now we’re asked to believe a prediction that goes 100 years into the future? And make financial investments based on that prediction? Has everyone lost their minds?”

They have not lost their minds. This is, as a friend said recently, “willful ignorance.” They do not want to know the truth for they fear the truth. Lies serve the purpose of those in the hierarchy of this new/old pagan religion. Truth does not.

Even though reports out of Copenhagen seem to indicate their plans are falling apart there, we Americans have every bit as dire a problem looming on the political horizon in the White House and Congress. I refer, of course, to Obama’s “Cap and Trade Bill. The provisions of the bill, we now know, are based on skewed science; some even refer to it as fraudulent science. Nevertheless, the President, and his minions in the Congress, intend to ram that bill through Congress and, in doing so, will cause the lay offs of millions of American working men and women in the coal business and other fuel producing industries, and the increase of the price of fuel to heat our homes, offices, and businesses, and prepare our food and operate our automobiles. When the “cost of doing business” increases, businesses will have no choice but to lay off employees within their respective businesses, as well. EVERYONE in America will be drastically affected. Prices on literally everything will increase, rapidly, to unbelievable levels. At the same time, the Cap and Trade Bill will create instant “Carbon Millionaires” not unlike some former politicians who have set up carbon companies.

Cap and Trade must not be allowed to pass the Congress and be signed into law by the President. If the socialists, Marxists and communists in control of the American government today have their way the economy of the United States will be dealt a blow we may never be able to recover from. Thus, American will join the long list of “Has Been Nations” as well as the list of “Third World Nations,” And that is exactly what the Copenhagen Treaty intends. The jealous third nations are determined to “stick it to” America by transferring as much of America’s wealth to, who else – THEM. Yes, it is pure socialism. Between the Copenhagen Treaty and the US’s own Cap and Trade Bill, America will be economically destroyed and greatly weakened, making us a prime target for any malcontent nation or group looking to emasculate and humiliate America on the world stage.

Cap and Trade is a sinister bill and must be stopped. Like jackals the representatives of the various governments and organizations continue to spout their socialist, Marxist, and yes, even communist slogans and goals and as they parade and preen before the world’s news organizations resembling nothing less than zoo animals on display sans the bars.

Men and women of conscious must stand against them. It has now become a matter of life and death, at least to a number of nations.

We must begin fighting back today — and pray God we are not too late to save America!

Leader of none

President Obama says climate change is an “urgent” problem, and he is “ready to lead” the world in solving it. The question is, How many are ready to follow him?

A survey of the world stage reveals that a solid majority of Americans oppose the expensive, intrusive, Green Nanny State cap-tax-and-trade bills pending in Congress … support for tough new carbon dioxide reduction requirements is minimal to non-existent in Europe, China, India and elsewhere … and only a few governments are still talking about taxing and restricting hydrocarbon use anywhere in the world.

For good reason – because abundant, reliable, affordable energy is the foundation of economies, jobs, opportunities, health and prosperity everywhere.

Obama’s global warming policies have few US followers – and fewer on the global stage.

——————————————————————–

“Few challenges facing America – and the world – are more urgent than combating climate change,” President Obama has asserted. “We will make it clear that America is ready to lead.”

The President and Al Gore are certainly ready to lead. But how many will follow?

Even in America, and certainly on the world stage, the two increasingly look like Don Quixote and his faithful squire, Sancho Panza. As they tilt for windmills, and against a “monstrous giant of infamous repute” – climate disasters conjured up by computer models and Hollywood special effects masters – their erstwhile followers are making politically correct noises, but running for the hills.

The House of Representatives passed a 1400-page energy and climate bill – by a razor-thin margin, and only after Nancy Pelosi and Henry Waxman packed it with enough last-minute deals to protect favored congressional districts, buy votes, and curry favor with assorted special interests. Not one legislator actually read the bill – which would create a trillion-dollar cap-trade-and-tax industry, ensure that energy and food costs “necessarily skyrocket,” kill jobs, and impose an all-intrusive Green Nanny State.

Republicans want to control what people do in their bedrooms, insists the old canard. Democrats, it appears, want to dictate what we do everywhere outside of our bedrooms. And Sancho Gore wants to become the world’s first global warming billionaire, by selling climate indulgences, aka carbon offsets.

The reaction has been predictable – by anyone except House and White House czars and czarinas.

Citizens are livid over yet another attempt to use a purported crisis to justify further expanding the government and spending billions more tax dollars for alarmist research, activism and propaganda, just ahead of the Copenhagen climate conference. Global warming continues to rank dead-last in Pew Research and other polls that actually list it as an issue. Rasmussen puts the President’s approval ratings at 46% and falling. Zogby reports that 57% of Americans oppose cap-and-trade bills.

Manufacturing states, which get 60-98% of their electricity from coal, worry that the only thing they’ll export in ten years will be jobs. Democrat senators from those states worry that the energy and climate issue will be “toxic for them during midterm elections,” says Politico magazine.

Even companies that had eagerly sought seats at the negotiating table are now gagging. ConocoPhillips, Caterpillar and others finally realize that cap-and-tax will severely penalize them and their customers.

Not even the climate is cooperating. Outside of Dallas, 2009 has brought some of coldest summer days on record across the US. Near freezing temperatures nipped at crops, and gas heaters were sine qua non at an August 29 outdoor wedding in Wisconsin. The Farmers Almanac predicts a brutal 2009-2010 winter.

In Europe, every longitude has a platitude about saving the planet. But EU countries that agreed to slash greenhouse gas emissions below 1990 levels are well above their Kyoto Protocol targets – Austria by 30% and Spain by 37% as of 2008. And despite new commitments to cut emissions 40 years from now, you don’t need tarot cards or entrails to predict the more probable EU emissions future.

Germany plans to build 27 coal-fired electrical generating plants by 2020. Italy plans to double its reliance on coal in just five years. Europe as a whole will have 40 new coal-fired power plants by 2015, columnist Alan Caruba reports. The Polish Academy of Sciences has publicly challenged manmade global warming disaster hypotheses. And only 11% of Czech citizens believe rising carbon dioxide emissions caused global temperatures to climb 1975-1998 – and also caused them to rise 1915-1940, fall 1940-1975, then stabilize and decline again 1998-2009.

Australia just voted down punitive global warming legislation. New Zealand has put its emissions-bashing program in a deep freeze.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s top economic aid bluntly dismissed any talk of following President Obama’s quixotic lead. “We won’t sacrifice economic growth for the sake of emission reduction,” he told reporters at the July 2009 G8 meeting.

Chinese and Indian leaders are equally adamant. China is playing a smart hand in this high-stakes climate poker game, drawing up plans to combat global warming sometime in the future, and gradually improve its energy efficiency and pollution control. However, it is building a new coal-fired power plant every week and putting millions of new cars on its growing network of highways.

So is India, which will double its coal-based electricity generation and produce millions of Tata and other affordable cars by 2020. “India will not accept any binding emission-reduction target, period,” Indian Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh has stated. “This is a non-negotiable stand.”

India and China have a “complete convergence” of views on these matters, Ramesh added. No wonder: 400 million Indians still do not have electricity; 500 million Chinese still do not.

No electricity means no refrigeration, to keep food and medicines from spoiling. It means no water purification, to reduce baby-killing intestinal diseases. No modern heating and air conditioning, to reduce hypothermia in winter, heat stroke in summer, and lung disease year-round. It means no lights or computers, no modern offices, factories, schools, shops, clinics or hospitals.

Fossil fuels are “gradually eliminating poverty in the Third world,” observes UCLA economist Deepak Lal. Any call to curb carbon emissions would “condemn billions to continued poverty. While numerous Western do-gooders shed crocodile tears about the Third World’s poor, they are willing to prevent them from taking the only feasible current route out from this abject state” – oil, gas, coal, nuclear and hydroelectric energy development. The situation is intolerable, unsustainable, lethal and immoral.

The only way India and China would agree to cut their emissions is if the United States cut its emissions 40% by 2020, says Ramesh – back to 1959 levels and pre-JFK living standards, when the US population was 179 million (versus 306 million today). No way will that happen. So Asian energy and economic development will continue apace. And rightly so, to foster human rights and environmental justice.

All is not bleak, however, for Canute Obama’s impossible dream of controlling global temperatures.

British politicians remain committed to slashing CO2 emissions and replacing hydrocarbons with wind power. Unfortunately, the biggest UK wind projects have been abandoned or put on indefinite hold – and a growing demand/supply imbalance portends still higher energy prices, widespread power cuts, rolling blackouts and energy rationing, the Daily Telegraph reported on August 31. Brits may soon trade their stiff upper lips for contentious town hall meetings and ballot-box revolution.

The Democratic Party of Japan’s landslide victory in the August 30 election will likely create a new coalition government tilted strongly to the left. The DJP has pledged to cut carbon dioxide gas emissions 25% below 1990 levels by 2020 – though this will likely strangle economic growth and job creation, especially if one coalition partner’s opposition to nuclear power becomes DJP policy.

Then there is Africa, where leaders appear ready to support curbs on energy use – in exchange for up to $300 billion per year in additional foreign aid, “to cushion the impact of global warming.” That will be nice for their private bank accounts, but less so for Africa’s 750 million people who still don’t have electricity. Those people will simply be sacrificed, to prevent natural or fictitious climate disasters.

Of course, the real goal was never to control the climate. It was always to control energy use, lives, jobs, economies, transportation and housing – and usher in a new era of high tax global governance. The American people are increasingly saying they’re not ready to grant that power to Obama Gore & Company.

——————————————-

In his run for the presidency in 2004, Sen. John Kerry caused a stir when he mentioned the need for the US government to submit to a “global test” before taking military action. Promoting the UN as arbiter of American policy is a basic position for globalists who seek to establish the UN as the final authority over all nations. But that is rarely mentioned publicly. Advocates prefer to work toward their goal without attracting the attention of potential critics. However, one critic did ask a crucial question: “So which body and set of rules are to govern Americans – the U.S. Congress and the laws it passes? Or the U.N. and its conference declarations?” – John O’Sullivan, 2005.

Most Americans assume that we will continue to live as free men and women, governed by laws we have consented to through our elected representatives. They would be shocked to find themselves increasingly governed by UN declarations established by a global elite. New York attorney Joseph Klein, a Harvard Law grad has explained why we should pay special attention to the goings on at the UN in Global Deception – The UN’s Stealth Assault on America’s Freedom.

When former Secretary General Kofi Annan asserted in 1999 that the United Nations Security Council is the “sole source of legitimacy on the use of force,” dismissing America’s right to use force to protect our vital national interests, his claim went unchallenged by the Clinton administration. Mr. Klein had long applauded the UN as the place where nations forge peaceful solutions to global problems. But he felt that the UN had moved in a dangerous new direction: quietly maneuvering to establish itself as the final authority on foreign and domestic policy for all nations. It was this utopian design, not discussed by the media though surely newsworthy, that led to publishing a book that would shed light on this unprecedented assault on Western democratic traditions. Confirmation of those utopian designs comes from Stroub Talbott, deputy secretary of state in the Clinton administration, who has just published The Great Experiment (2009), “an appeal for progress toward global governance under the auspices of the United Nations,” according to Publishers Weekly.

Mr. Klein regards the ongoing assault on the sovereign power of nations as the most serious threat posed by the UN, and particularly a threat to the military power of United States [Israel and Britain]. Global Deception was written in 2005 to alert Americans to the way global governance enthusiasts are employing innocent sounding UN policy documents and declarations to expand the authority of the United Nations, while undermining our constitutional system of self-government. Under the proposed regime, all people will be citizens of the world,” or more accurately, all people will be reduced to being merely “subjects of the world.” And this could come about long before most Americans have heard a word about it. In July of 2009 former Vice President Al Gore told a conference in the United Kingdom that “cap-and-trade” legislation will lead to “global governance.” News worthy? Not to the mainstream press.

For this new world order to be put in place, America’s power and position must first be neutralized. That is being accomplished through entangling the US legal system in the restrictions and obligations imposed by acceptance of a series of UN treaties, conventions, agreements and protocols. It is reminiscent of the entanglement of the sleeping Gulliver by the Lilliputians in Gulliver’s Travels. Though few are aware of their work, globalists [proponents of global governance] have been trying to reduce the US to being no more than “one nation among many” for years. Toward that end they now claim that UN declarations constitute “international law” and as such they supercede US domestic law and the Constitution.

During the previous administration several attempts to whittle away American sovereignty were blocked, as when President George W. Bush unilaterally withdrew from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty and the Kyoto Protocol on Climate Change and the International Criminal Court Treaty, considering the treaties harmful to US interests. The current president’s concern with improving America’s image in the international community makes a gradual transfer of decision-making power to the UN and its agencies more likely. A number of treaties awaiting Senate ratification including the Convention on Eliminating All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) and the International Criminal Court Treaty (ICC) will provide ample opportunity to polish our national image.

Unlike traditional international law that dealt with relations betweensovereign nations, the updated version being crafted at United Nations conclaves is designed to intervene in the relationship of a government and its people. John Fonte in “Democracy’s Trojan Horse” 2004 shows us what awaits nations that accept UN treaties. The concepts of national sovereignty, our federal system of government and the supremacy of the Constitution have no standing in UN inspired treaties. The Convention on Eliminating All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) requires UN compliance committees to monitor efforts to achieve strict gender equality in countries that have signed the treaty. For many years UN teams have been correcting the shortcomings uncovered in countries that ratified the treaty. The UN inspectors have advised the British government that not enough men are taking parental leave. The Slovenian is falling short of UN standards because not enough children are in state-run day care centers. The Belgian workforce still includes jobs that are dominated by men. CEDAW teams of compliance officers are advancing a radical feminist agenda throughout the non-Muslim world.

Senate ratification of the International Criminal Court Treaty would further undermine the US legal system by depriving Americans charged by an ICC pre-trial chamber with war crimes or crimes against humanity of the constitutional protections granted to the accused in US courts. The safeguards of the US Constitution would be trumped by the jurisdictional claims of the ICC and international law. Global Deception has a fascinating account of the way this all embracing court was established. Roughly 2,000 progressive minded special interest groups (a.k.a. non-governmental organizations, NGOs) met in Rome in 1998 to establish a permanent world court with universal jurisdiction. With sponsorship from the UN and a number of member nations, the Rome Statute establishing the ICC was instituted and began its work in 2002. The attending NGOs which included Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch along with self-selected activists played leading roles in the deliberations. They served on rule-making committees and drafted the policy statements that they then proclaimed to be “customary international law.” Few Americans have any idea that the legal arrangements we are to be governed by are being rewritten in a way that puts our collective right to govern ourselves, our national sovereignty, in greater jeopardy with each successive UN conference. Conference participants who are determined to impose their own elevated insight on humanity are able to downgrade the nation-state and its electorate to a subordinate role in world affairs and impair their ability to direct their own lives.

Eye-opening evidence of UN influence and involvement in setting US public policy was brought to light in a 2008 article: “Our Global Big Brother,” by Henry Lamb, Chairman of Sovereignty International. Legislative and regulatory initiatives that reflect the interests of an international elite prevail over the concerns of ordinary Americans. US land use policy is rooted in the UN Conference on Human Settlements; US wetland policy owes much to the Ramsar Convention of Wetlands; laws related to endangered species arise from The UN Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species. Under this enlightened regime, California’s San Joaquin Valley is being transformed into a dust bowl as water is being diverted from farms and people to rivers and streams to protect the Delta smelt, a three-inch bait fish. Consistent with this intrusive pattern, we learn that the Community Reinvestment Act, which essentially forced banks to offer mortgages to unqualified applicants and ultimately served as the linchpin in the current financial collapse, was spurred on by an outgrowth of the UN’s International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

There is an impressive list of little noticed big successes for well-funded special interest groups who think the habitat of the snail darter should take precedence over the rights of the human property owner; rights intended to secure property, the fruit of man’s labor. Their ability to trample the constitutional rights of property ownership owes much to the proposals being worded so vaguely that there appears to be no reason for any objection. But especially, their success is made possible by the collaboration of left-leaning NGOs who are unelected, unaccountable advocates with the like-minded mainstream media who demonstrate no interest in enlightening their audience about these matters. Most Americans, uninformed and unaware, could not possibly object because they do not know that the freedom to responsibly direct their own lives is likely to be transferred to UN bureaucrats eager to take command in their stead. Consider that The Convention on the Rights of the Child states that “no child shall be subject to arbitrary….interference [by parents] with his or her privacy…or correspondence.” And that an agency has been estabished to enforce the UN authorized “basic rights of the child.”

A forceful anti-American, anti-capitalist movement that seeks to undermine US dominance has another strategy for bringing America down to size: international law introduced by American jurists. Several left-leaning federal judges have already incorporated elements of it in their written opinions, which has put pressure on the court to bring US law into full conformity with “international law.” This, too, is an end-run around the democratic process. Without that bulwark of freedom, we could someday find ourselves without the right to free speech, the right to defend ourselves, if attacked and to impose the death penalty. With four and occasionally, five Supreme Court Justices open to consideration of international “legal norms,” globalists have found another path to their ultimate goal: a utopian paradise on earth where those who know best are in charge.

The question – which set of rules is to govern our nation? – is of supreme importance. The forces working to put an end to our emancipation have to be challenged. Those who want to live as free men and women rather than as indentured servants had best not sit back and assume that liberty is their birthright.

Global Governance – A One-World Government!

We have long wondered what Al Gore’s ulterior motive is. Now we know. The man is pushing for a “One World Government.”

Earlier this month at the Smith School World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment at Oxford, in the UK, Gore said this: “I bring you good news from the U.S….Just two weeks ago, the House of Representatives passed the Waxman-Markey climate bill…very much a step in the right direction.” It was then that Gore removed the mask and revealed his true self and his true aim in pushing the Global Warming Hoax. He said: “But it is the awareness, itself, that will drive the change and one of the ways it will drive the change is through global governance and global agreements.” You will want to read this excellent report HERE.

It is important to understand that all this drama about the earth melting, etc, is nothing more than frightening theatre to hopefully scare you to death so you will not mind paying the world wide carbon taxes they are hell bent on levying on the entire planet. What we have here is – more socialism at work. When you clear all the smoke away, you readily see this is nothing more than the redistribution of the world’s wealth just as the Democrat/socialist are attempting to do at this very moment in the USA.

All of this in the US, in the UN, and all over the planet, is one big push to institute socialism on a planet-wide scale and in one fell swoop.

I have spoken with a number of people, (men AND women) over the past few months, and there is one thing we all have in common – and that is a feeling of “general unease.” It’s a feeling of impending disaster. It is a certain anxiety with an unspecified causation. In other words, we all share a feeling that something “bad” is about to happen. It seems folks around the globe share this “feeling.” Nobody knows why this anxiety exists or what it is about. Nevertheless, it is real and very widespread.

In the past few months I have come to believe that maybe, just maybe, it is the old “fight or flee” syndrome at work in our minds.

The folks who seem to experience this anxiety also share another common trait and that is the fact that they are “plugged-in.” By that, I mean that these people are in tune with, and to, the world around them. They are aware of the “OpFor” (opposing forces) at work in our world as they (the OpFor) seek to gain the most control and power for themselves and/or their common benefactor. Now, before you consign these few remarks to the trash bin and the author to the looney bin, take a couple of minutes and hear me out… first.

I am an observer – and/or a “perceiver.” I observe and I perceive. . That’s what I do… observe and perceive. No magic is involved and no special skills are required. We all have the ability but most of us choose not to use it very much so it sort of withers and dies, much like untended fruit on the vine. After observing and perceiving my fellow travelers on this globe of ours, for nigh onto seven decades, I have concluded the following:

There is an unseen eternal war that rages just outside the consciousness of most human beings. Every now and then some of us accidentally brush up against that invisible sphere and we are shocked at the malevolence we feel emanating from it. I have also concluded that since the invention of the Internet and the worldwide instantaneous communication provided us by it, we have (all of us) become more aware of our surroundings, the unseen ties that bind us, every man woman and child on this planet, one to the other. As a result, more of us are coming to realize an extremely important truism. That is: whoever controls the governments of the earth, controls those of us who live here. By “here” I mean anywhere on Earth. Nationalities and borders have little meaning to us now that we can speak with anyone, anywhere, practically anytime, regardless of borders and languages and the many factors that kept us apart before the World Wide Web. This ability to talk, one to another, and share ideas, and opinions (and so much more) was quickly recognized as a threat to ALL governments everywhere. It is difficult, enough, to control the human animal at anytime, under any circumstances, with the implementation of government rule. More people means more governments because, try as they might, “our keepers” have not been able to stamp out the “tribalism” which is alive and well and, indeed, thriving, in the hearts and minds of the homo sapiens who inhabit this tiny, little, world to which we lay claim. Still, however, multiple governments means multiple problems for those who would control the lot of us. So – the concept of a one-world government seems to be the answer. And they are going for it.

People like Al Gore and Barack Obama, who claim to be “citizens of the world,” are in the vanguard of the Big Push for a single government to rule the entire planet. If this sounds like a concept from a science fiction novel, it is not. However, it has been the foundation for, or an integral part of, many a science fiction story.

I apologize for appearing to ramble here, in this piece, but it is necessary for me to make the point that the Global Warming Hoax, currently, is the great motivator used by the “powers that be” to drive the human race, like lemmings, to the cliff of Global Governance. Please notice how they have changed the names of, and phraseology in reference to, these motivators and goals to make them more palatable and to fog their meaning(s) a bit more. For Instance “Global Warming” is now: “Climate Change.” “One-World Government” is now: “Global Governance.” This did not happen by accident.

Ok, OK. I can hear you readers muttering beneath your collective breaths: “Ole Longstreet’s paranoia is REALLY having a field day today!” But, as a friend of mine once said, Paranoia doesn’t mean there is no one out to get you!

Now, I’m no seer, no clairvoyant, no prophet, no fortuneteller, none of that. I’m just an old country boy, whose parents raised him to aways be aware of his surroundings and to take note of minute changes in those surroundings and to determine what those tiny little changes mean. That’s all. And I have done that, and what I have determined, honestly, makes me more than a little nervous.

We had better become used to the idea that Global Governance is not a dream (or nightmare – depending upon your point of view) but, in reality, it is a work in progress and has been since the years immediately following the Second World War.

If we are to combat this threat to our freedom, we must first understand the Global Warming Hoax is just a scare tactic to get your attention, or avert it from the “man behind the curtain” while he goes about the business of solidifying their strangle hold on the world’s money and vital resources. And from MOST reports it is working.

We need to look far more critically at the current worldwide financial “dust-up.” Did it feel a bit “pat” for you? It did for me. The timing was impeccable. It went from being a US problem to being a worldwide problem at roughly the speed of light! While we mull that over, let us see what others are saying. (Remember, we must always follow the money!)

During the 2007 United Nations Climate Conference, Emma Brindal, a climate justice campaigner coordinator for Friends of the Earth said the following: “A climate change response must have at its heart a redistribution of wealth and resources,”

Back in November of 2000, Former EU Environment Minister Margot Wallstrom said, “Kyoto is about the economy, about leveling the playing field for big businesses worldwide.”

During a speech at The Hague on November 20, 2000, then French President Jacques Chirac said: “For the first time, humanity is instituting a genuine instrument of global governance,” Chirac went on to say. “From the very earliest age, we should make environmental awareness a major theme of education and a major theme of political debate, until respect for the environment comes to be as fundamental as safeguarding our rights and freedoms. By acting together, by building this unprecedented instrument, the first component of an authentic global governance, we are working for dialogue and peace,”

If you are asking yourself what the point of this piece is, I’d have to honestly answer that I am making a feeble attempt at drawing the collective attention of the consumers of conservative thought on the Internet to the very real effort,, in progress now to bring all the nations of the world under the authority of a single government – a One World Government, referred to these days as “Global Governance.” We also hope to stir your attention, a bit, and re-focus it on the bigger picture. As plainly and simply as I know how, we are trying to alert you to an ongoing scheme to strip the world of your country and ALL countries and have only one country, one nation, “Earth,” remaining. For Americans that means the lost of our Representative Republic, our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution, which includes the Bill of Rights, and all the freedom and liberty we ever had causing the US to be absorbed into some “glob” of restless humanity ruled over by the world’s elite.

It is time to begin paying attention. I came across an extremely interesting article titled: “Our Global Neighborhood” while doing some research for this piece. We suggest that you look it up and read it in it’s entirety. You will find it HERE.

“Fifty years ago, another generation, recoiling from the horror of war and the unleashed potential for human self- destruction, sought to secure a future free from fear and free from want. The result of that effort was the United Nations system, established in the name of the peoples of the world. Today, with the need as great and urgent, and with a heightened sense among people of an endangered future, humanity must renew that effort.

It is a call for action on many fronts, but essentially for better global governance–better management of survival, better ways of sharing diversity, better ways of living together in the global neighbourhood that is our human homeland. There is no question of capacity to take the action for which the Commission calls. There is only a question of the will to take that action.

Removed from the sway of empires and a world of victors and vanquished, released from the constraints of the cold war that so cramped the potential of an evolving global system throughout the post- war era, seized of the risk of unsustainable human impacts on nature, mindful of the global implications of human deprivation–the world has no real option but to rise to the challenge of change, in an enlightened and constructive fashion. We call on our global neighbours, in all their diversity, to act together to ensure this–and to act now.” (From “Our Global Neighbourhood.” which you will find HERE.)

FREEDOM IS NOT FREE, dear reader. Eternal vigilance is a must if we wish to remain a free people. Equally as important is the will to do that, which will secure our freedom, our liberty, our AMERICA!
