That excellent article is centered on the 74 page  3rd OIC observatory report on Islamophobia (May 2009 to April 2010 which covers the period from May ’09 to April ’10.

General Secretary Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu’s Forward, at the end of page 5,  provides the first veiled threat.

Distortion of Islam geared towards denigrating and dehumanizing Muslims insults the deep seated religious feelings and violates their fundamental rights and dignity thus threatening the multicultural fabric of the societies. Such stereotyping leads to discrimination and violence defying justification on both political as well as economic grounds. It poses grave and multidimensional challenges to global as well as regional peace, security and stability. The situation merits a concerted effort on the part of the international community to evolve norms that would underwrite, promote and protect interfaith and inter-communal understanding, respect and harmony.

Note the loaded language with which the first sentence begins. “Distortion of Islam geared towards denigrating and dehumanizing Muslims” .  Turn back momentarily to the first paragraph:  where disturbing events are listed.

How do the Motoons distort Islam? They depicted Moe as a terrorist; does that distort Islam?  Allah said “I will cast terror“.  Allah cast terror, resulting in death, enslavement and dispossession.  Moe said “I have been made victorious with terror“.  The motoons depict Moe as bomb carrying a terrorist.  He never carried a bomb, because explosives were invented after his death.  But he was, by his own admission, a terrorist. If he had no bombs, how did Moe terrorize?  By his demon, and his spear; he built a terrible reputation. Lets take a brief Qur’anic review.  [Emphasis added.]

8:12. …I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes….
8:57. … punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.
8:60. …Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies…
59:2. … Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).
59:13. Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Bani An-Nadir) breasts than Allah. …

The message of the Motoons, though exaggerated, as most editorial cartoons are, is essentially true: Moe was a terrorist; terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam.  The Motoons do not distort Islam, they reflect the technological changes of the last 1387 years.

Are the Motoons “geared towards denigrating and dehumanizing Muslims”?  No, they only depict terrorists as the evil entities they are.  If Muslims  feel denigrated and dehumanized, it is only because they are in sympathy with the terrorists who obey Allah and emulate his Profit.

How does accurately depicting Moe as a terrorist violate the rights and dignity of Muslims?  Is there a right to be shielded from criticism of their superstition? What of our dignity and rights which are entirely denied by Islam? Their tender religious sensibilities are hurt.  What of the religious sensibilities of Christians?   The Qur’an denies Christ’s paternity, divinity, crucifixion, death & resurrection besides co-opting Christ as a genocidal warlord. How is it permissible  to denigrate & defame our Lord, but punishable by law to  attach the terrorist label to Moe?

The loaded language continues, carried over from recent U.N. resolutions.

Strongly condemns all manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities and migrants and the stereotypes often applied to them, including on the basis of religion or belief, and urges all States to apply and, where applicable, reinforce existing laws when such xenophobic or intolerant acts, manifestations or expressions occur, in order to eradicate impunity for those who commit xenophobic and racist acts;

What is the connection between exposing the evil doctrines of Islam and  violence?  Did the Motoons suggest that Muslims should be assaulted ?  Did the video Fitna include incitement to violence other than that in the Qur’an and the ravings of the Imams depicted therein?  Who actually shot & stabbed people and burned buildings in riots stirred up in the Mosques at Juma Salat?

Now we have wended our way to the thinly veiled threat. ” It poses grave and multidimensional challenges to global as well as regional peace,” What really poses a challenge to peace?  The true threat to peace flows from the Qur’an’s injunctions to permanent warfare, contained in 8:39 & 9:29.  It is ratified by Moe’s declaration that he was “commanded to fight“.  It is codified in Shari’ah:  “The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians :…, “The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim“… .

The last sentence in that paragraph from the forward exposes the OIC’s tactical objective: “The situation merits a concerted effort on the part of the international community to evolve norms that would underwrite, promote and protect interfaith and inter-communal understanding, respect and harmony.”

They demand, in the UNHRC, its Ad Hoc Committee on Elaboration of Contemporary Standards and the General Assembly, that all criticism of Islam be criminalized.  Each year they ram through two non binding resolutions condemning “defamation of religions”. In November, the committee meets again to work on a legally binding protocol to ICERD.

Existing human rights covenants have unenforced provisions which require that Islam be proscribed by law because its canon of scripture  incites war and genocide besides violating the right to life.  It is up to us to remind the World Court of its duty to enforce those provisions.  I urge you to sign, promote and publicize the  International Qur’an Petition.  That petition is all that stands between our liberties and the OIC .  We must use it!

On page ten, in the context of the executive summary, they state their vision and recommendations.  Three points in their nine point list require close attention.

Western countries should prohibit by law, publishing or uttering of matters that grossly abuse or insult matters held sacred by any religion or stereotype its followers.  Discrimination on the grounds of race, ethnicity, and religion should also be prohibited by law;

That is a repetition of the demand that all criticism of Islam be outlawed.  If we can not name and shame the enemy which attacked  us and continues to threaten further attacks,  then, in the words of George Washington:   “If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”

Hate crimes should be defined broadly and the information deficit must be addressed;

Broadly defined legislation is the worst enemy of  liberty.  That is an Islamic attempt to establish their tyranny.

Younger generations should be provided with educational programs that would foster tolerance, understanding and respect to “the other”;

If any sentient person understands Islam, he will not tolerate it. The OIC demands that our children be indoctrinated with Islamic hagiography to render them intellectually defenseless.  That is the opposite of education, it is a tool of enslavement.

Recent events have shown the absolute futility of expanded federal law enforcement abilities and reducing the citizen’s ability and rights to defend themselves. WASHINGTON – “A 23-year-old Nigerian man was charged Saturday with trying to destroy a Northwest Airlines flight with a powerful explosive device attached to his body as the jetliner approached the Detroit airport on Christmas Day.” Interestingly the passengers stopped him, not a federal air marshal, and no intelligence agency with millions of cameras and trillions of dollars.

Here is my point of fact, a government cannot possibly protect us from someone intent on doing us danger, and if they could, we would win every battle, conflict, and war without a casualty. It is far better that we be able to protect ourselves from that which the government cannot than the alternative. The alternative is thousands of people dying and having more cameras put up, more rights taken away and less ability to defend ourselves. Makes sense right, wrong. Thankfully, we have a president that does not care for what you or I think at this point.

Here is what your Commander and Chief the man tasked with your protection thinks of American lives. Instead of simply sentencing him in a court without the benefit of citizenship and our Constitution, as he should be, he has been granted all the rights of citizens and in fact more rights than our soldiers who must fear international courts versus our own. WASHINGTON - “President Obama’s chief counterterrorism adviser on Sunday defended the administration’s decision to try in federal court the man charged with attempting to bomb an airliner on Christmas Day and indicated that he would be offered a plea agreement to persuade him to reveal what he knows about al-Qaeda operations in Yemen.”

Yes that’s right a terrorist caught by civilians without Federal Law Enforcement training stopped a mad bomber who according to the Government was a known terrorist or at least had terrorist ties, and now your president is granting him the rights of a United States citizen as a reward? And offering him a plea agreement, “hey we know you wanted to kill a bunch of our Citizens but since you didnt get it done all the way we figure you can be given immunity or less prison time and keep your sorry life if you give us a few othger names.“  According to ABC news ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) - “An official briefed on the attack said the U.S. has known for at least two years that the suspect in the attack could have terrorist ties.”

So are you still comfortable with having more laws restricting the use of private firearms and training? Are you still comfortable giving away your rights to defend yourself, I mean I am sure these people could have dialed 911 and the police would have made it to an aircraft flying 30,000 feet up right? That is what we have been told correct, wait for the police, give them what they want? This man wanted everyone on the plane dead, your government could not stop it, the ultra Leftist regime in command of this nation preaches giving them what they want. Ask the passengers on that plane if this is what they will do in the future, ask them if they will simply bend over for every criminal out there because they are supposed to trust a government for their safety? I am willing to bet that if those plane passengers are not already armed they will soon be.

Keep your socialist leftist worthless politicians I will be voting for someone who can and will guarantee me my rights to defend my family and myself! The Republican and Democratic Party want no change except further restriction of your rights!

In June in Arizona, I will be voting for Jim Deakin. And if you think I am racist for believing this President does not care about the people than so be it.

Although you understand the debilitating impact of the [Gorelick] wall, I cannot imagine that the commission knew about this [1995] memorandum, so I have declassified it for you and the public to review.

The tragic murder of 14 people (I include the preborn baby) at Fort Hood last week by Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan was the first terrorist attack on U.S. soil since 9/11. This terrible act has brought to the fore all the usual suspects, recriminations and rationalizations. Each day brings new revelations or “red flags” concerning this Muslim fanatic that military officials, the FBI, CIA, NSA, Homeland Security and even Hasan’s medical colleagues knew about for years, but did nothing.

Two things shielded America’s enemies from swift justice: 1) Political correctness, which I call “perversity correctness,” or what conservative intellectual Michael Savage calls “political cowardice”; and 2) the Gorelick Wall.

Let’s take the first shield Maj. Hasan (and technically untold millions of Muslims) have protecting him – PC, political cowardice. Our military brass and Congress are so cowed by even the appearance of singling out Muslims to prevent terrorists attacks in America that they literally looked at every other thing in the room but the 800-pound gorilla sitting in the corner shouting Allahu akbar! – until it was too late.

This insane PC policy of American cowardice toward Muslims is evidenced by the Obama administration refusing to use the phrases “war on terror,” “Islamic terrorism,” “terrorists” or “Muslim,” preferring the less judgmental term, “manmade disaster.”

The second policy America has launched against itself is the infamous “Gorelick Wall.” What is the Gorelick Wall? It is a policy developed by Clinton appointee and former Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick, who after the first terrorist bombings of the World Trade Center of Feb. 26, 1993, was placed as the head of a blue ribbon commission to find the causes in our internal security that allowed these bombings to occur.

In March 1995, Gorelick co-wrote a radical and treasonous memo that, in the words of Attorney General John Ashcroft, “go beyond what is legally required … [to] prevent any risk of creating an unwarranted appearance that FISA [the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] is being used to avoid procedural safeguards which would apply in a criminal investigation.”

What does this mean? It means that the FBI cannot share intelligence with the CIA, the NSA, the DEA, ATF, the military or any other security agency in America. It is a unilateral, self-binding policy reminiscent of the proverbial saying, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.

In his opening statement before the 9/11 commission on April 13, 2004, Attorney General Ashcroft was outraged to learn that the commission had not investigated or been told of Gorelick’s memo and her role regarding the “wall.” To show the utter duplicity and incompetence by politicians of both parties, Ashcroft’s assertion was disputed by former Sen. Slade Gorton, R-Wash., a member of the commission, who said, “Nothing Jamie Gorelick wrote had the slightest impact on the Department of Defense or its willingness or ability to share intelligence information with other intelligence agencies.”

Furthermore, after almost 15 years since Gorelick’s memo, it is now beyond question that the Gorelick Wall led to barred anti-terror investigators from accessing the computer of Zacarias Moussaoui, the 20th hijacker, already in custody on an immigration violation on 9/11. The Gorelick Wall also caused protracted, internecine struggles between the Janet Reno Justice Department and FBI Director Louie Freeh because Reno (and President Bill Clinton) viewed terrorist attacks as police matters rather than issues of counterterrorism.

How did the Gorelick Wall prevent our security agencies from discovering and expelling Maj. Hasan from the military before he could commit his murderous acts against our brave soldiers? The treachery of Gorelick’s Wall was that it kept all of our security agencies in the dark. It prevented security agencies’ access to the common-sense tactics of the past in sharing intelligence with one another to stop terrorist attacks and future terrorist plots on American soil.

Of course, I realize that we can’t put all the blame on poor Ms. Goerlick, for the Gorelick Wall extended back in one form or another to the treasonous “Church Committee” of Sen. Frank Church, D-Idaho, in 1975. Church was one of the many enemies within that virtually destroyed the CIA, FBI and other intelligence agencies under the pretext of protecting Americans from being spied on, forcing the agencies to comply with the restrictive strictures of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978. Thanks, President Carter!

I lay Maj. Hasan’s murderous treachery directly at the feet of the Church Committee, for leading to FISA in 1978, the 1995 Goerlick Wall memo and, finally, to the “manmade disaster” policies of Obama in 2009.

Thanks to progressives, Democrats and Republicans for being such political cowards and fearful of a “Muslim backlash” post-9/11 that they created policies and allowed harmful policies to stand for decades that in essence allowed murderers like Maj. Hasan easy access to our great military.

Even a socialist like President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 67 years ago in the throes of World War II, had the leadership and fortitude to immediately hang six of the eight Nazi saboteurs in the 1942 case, In Re Quirin. What will Obama, the Stalinist media, the Democratic Party and the Republican Party do to protect us against the evils of Muslim-inspired terrorism? These PC bureaucrats will continue to drone on and on about Hasan’s “constitutional rights,” fear of a Muslim backlash, that Christianity has nut jobs, too, and how we should not “jump to conclusions.”

Jump to conclusions? It is common sense for America’s security to prevent a murderous Muslim fanatic like Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan from even being admitted into our military; however, if we continue on this PC road of political cowardice, then America will jump not to conclusions, but jump into the abyss of self-genocide.

To paraphrase President Ronald Reagan’s 1987 speech at Berlin, “Mr. Obama tear down this Gorelick Wall!”
