Comes the lead-in by CBS Early Show host Chris Wragge, on September 13: Survivor: Samoa begins tomorrow night right here on CBS. It’s the first time the show has returned to the island nation since the deadly tsunami two years ago….

CBS News “journalist” Betty Nguyen, in the studio:

It happened so quickly. Just before 7 a.m., kids on their way to school — and many others were just waking up. A massive, 8.1 magnitude earthquake hit near Samoa on September 29, 2009. And what happened minutes later changed so many lives.

Joe Annandale: “We started panicking when we saw the water receding.”

Nguyen: Joe Annandale and his wife Tui knew what to expect of the tsunami — but NOTHING could prepare them for what would unfold.

Wait just a doggone minute. Clichés are already intolerable, but mutually contradictory clichés?

Either the Annandales did or did not know what to expect of the tidal wave. Nguyen has them simultaneously riding two horses going in opposite directions. That ride can’t end well.

Nguyen:

Tui was one of 189 people to perish that September afternoon, many of them, children. The devastation to the island was un…imaginable…. The tsunami destroyed much of the island, but it couldn’t kill the people’s spirit.

So intoned, with overwrought reverence, Betty Nguyen, on CBS’ Early Show on September 13.

The Boss remarks: “So what, the people are happy, just as if the tsunami never happened?”

Annandale is a resort owner, and though many other resort owners gave up on rebuilding, he didn’t [Nguyen:] “… [B]ecause his is not a survivor’s story, but a love story.”

Nguyen went to an otherwise idyllic Pacific island, Samoa, that got hit by a tidal wave two years ago. But it could have been any generically “exotic” South Sea island—as long as it was the locale for a profitable CBS show—for this was a generic story of tragedy and re-birth… and hope … and affirmative action … and marketing.

Survivor is one of CBS’ biggest franchises, and a female TV “doctor” of South Asian descent had been on the other side of the island, which didn’t get hit, and so Nguyen plugs her rescue efforts, real or hyped, since she gets to thereby plug one of CBS’ properties, and to plug a South Asian employee, which the networks and cable stations obsessively do, these days.

Then Nguyen profiles elderly white resort owner, Joe Annandale, who lives on the island, and whose white wife, Tui, drowned in the tidal wave. According to Nguyen’s storyline and the widower, the dead wife is “everywhere” in the idyllic resort they built, and which she she designed. Except that, in the real world, she’s gone, and the resort is a reminder of everything he’s lost!

This is supposed to give viewers hope? This is supposed to be a happy ending? For lobotomized zombies, maybe. I see this poor son of a gun, grieving for his love of 40 years, and I want to shoot myself!

[B]ecause his is not a survivor’s story, but a love story.”

Annandale: “And her last words—and I still remember—her last words is ‘Jesus, help us.’”

Nguyen & Co. must have loved that part.

And the worst of it was that Nguyen wasn’t even telling the story of that island or that man. She was reading boilerplate with emotionally overwrought intonations, that could just as well have been about anywhere. All she had to do was insert the type of disaster, the place name, and constantly insert the word “survivor,” so as to crudely imprint the show in viewers’ memories:

Nguyen: The [disaster] destroyed the [type of locale], but it couldn’t kill the people’s spirit…. [B]ecause his is not a survivor’s story, but a love story.”

Tune in tomorrow, when Nguyen will continue with Part II, on “survivor economics.” You can’t make this stuff up!

A computer program could have written the story.

So, what is a Betty Nguyen? She’s female, attractive, non-white, and must, of necessity, have the right politics.

Time was, being Asian (Nguyen is a Vietnamese name, as anyone of my generation will readily recognize) didn’t generate any affirmative action points, but the Asian-American Journalists Association has been agitating for years—apparently, successfully—to change that.

Following South Korean Cho Seung-Hui’s April 16, 2007 massacre of 32 students and instructors at Virginia Tech University, I spent 10-15 minutes arguing on the phone with an AAJA propagandist out in California, I believe, who insisted on referring to Asians as “people of color.” When I pointed out to her that that phrase was a euphemism for “black,” she peed on my pants through the telephone wire from over 2,000 miles away—quite a feat—in insisting that she knew no such thing.

The reason I was speaking with a race hustler flack was that AAJA was working hard, and with a good deal of success, to prevent anyone in the MSM from committing journalism, in the wake of Seung-Hui’s massacre.

In spite of having, on average, a much higher IQ than blacks and Hispanics, and a better work ethic, today’s professional Asians want you to know that they are just as competent as the rest of the racial socialist coalition, when it comes to punching out brain-dead boilerplate, be it for “human interest” stories, multicultural propaganda, or marketing thinly disguised as journalism.

I never forgot it. When I was maybe eight years old, I saw the picture, The Battle of the Bulge, for the first time. I didn’t get the point of the title, but I did get “Nuts!”

That was the response, on December 22, 1944, of Brig. Gen. Anthony C. McAuliffe to the demand by the Gerries, who had laid siege to us four days before in the Belgian town of Bastogne, that we surrender.

McAuliffe’s Web page at Arlington National Cemetery calls his one-word response “probably the most famous quote of World War II.” It became synonymous with the American can-do spirit.

Beginning on December 16, the Germans had made one last, bold, mad offensive, and broke through Allied lines, causing a “bulge.”

Bastogne was a hub of seven roads, which made it crucial for the Germans’ westward thrust, and thus it was crucial for us to stop them there.

Bastogne was hopeless. Due to inclement weather, we had no air support, and dwindling supplies. The town was occupied by the paratroopers of McAuliffe’s 101st Airborne Division, crack soldiers, to be sure, but men who were overmatched in numbers and weaponry by the encircling German forces. And yet, our boys held until the bad weather cleared, and we could get them air support and fresh supplies. We had inspired leadership, fresh troops, and good morale, while the Germans were weary, and their morale low. And then, on December 26, it was the Gerries who were surrendering.

And that helped break the back of the German offensive.

My mom says that my late Uncle Irwin, who made it to sergeant in the war, and then went back for more in Korea, fought in the Battle of the Bulge, but I don’t know if he was at Bastogne.

During Memorial Day weekend, my 11-year-old and I had the pleasure of watching Battleground (1949), the first movie depiction of the Battle of Bastogne.

Shortly before McAuliffe’s 46th birthday, he “parachuted into Normandy [with his men] on D-Day and … entered Holland by glider.”

A mere 19 days after McAuliffe’s men won the Battle of Bastogne, FDR awarded him the Distinguished Service Cross…

…for extraordinary heroism in connection with military operations against an armed enemy while serving as Acting Commander, 101st Airborne Division, in action against enemy forces from 17 to 26 December 1944, at Bastogne, Belgium.

During this period General McAuliffe was in command of the 101st Airborne Division during the siege of Bastogne, Belgium, by overwhelming enemy forces. Though the city was completely surrounded by the enemy, the spirit of the defending troops under this officer’s inspiring, gallant leadership never wavered. Their courageous stand is epic.

General McAuliffe continuously exposed himself to enemy bombing, strafing, and armored and infantry attacks to personally direct his troops, utterly disregarding his own safety.

Brigadier General McAuliffe’s courage, fearless determination and inspiring, heroic leadership exemplify the highest traditions of the military forces of the United States and reflect great credit upon himself, the 101st Airborne Division, and the United States Army.

Which brings us to Cong. Allen West (R, FL), who is a retired Army lieutenant colonel. The jihadis at CAIR (the Council on American-Islamic Relations) demanded that West surrender, and denounce what they called “Anti-Islamic” groups, to which he has ties. Channeling the spirit of “General Mac,” the Congressman replied with a letter that simply said, “NUTS!”

That our Moslem enemies should fail to understand West’s response was to be expected. And I suppose it was to be expected that the MSM didn’t get it, either, under the category of shocking, but unsurprising. After all, they’re just as much our enemies as the jihadis, whom they support.

The matter most important to the alleged reporter supposedly covering the story for CBS News, Gio Benitez, who knows considerably less American history than my 11-year-old, was that he pronounce his name as if he were in a Latin American country. Senor Benitez told viewers, “This letter is extremely short, and nobody seems to know exactly what it means.”

But the people on the street interviewed by Benitez didn’t get it, either, and stupidly criticized West. “It doesn’t look too professional to me. It doesn’t look too thought out,” said one forty-something white man.

“Uh, maybe another sentence. Explaining?,” said an attractive woman in her thirties with a Spanish accent.

In its exquisite simplicity and powerful symbolism, West’s response could not have been better thought out, and explaining it would have ruined it.

Not that those dunces would have supported him, anyway.

One of the crack researchers at Benitez’ station then googled, apparently, and found what all patriotic Americans already knew, which the intrepid Senor Benitez announced as a scoop:

“Then we found this. During World War II, Gen. Anthony McAuliffe famously wrote a one-word letter to the Germans in response to a surrender ultimatum. The word used? Nuts!”

How can Benitez call it “famous,” if he’d never heard of it? Either the letter wasn’t famous, or he’s an utterly incompetent, affirmative action hire.

Benitez: [CAIR Jihadi Nezar] “Hamze doesn’t think he’ll ever find out what Congressman West meant with the word, because, he says, West has turned down all meetings with CAIR Florida.”

That’s funny. The Gerries figured it out, back in ‘44. Then again, back then the typical German officer knew more about American culture than today’s typical jihadi, reconquista, or media saboteur/insurgent. Heck, those people glory in their ignorance of American culture.

When Benitez asked CAIR Florida jihadi Nezar Hamze what he would say to West, Hamze replied, “I’d tell him to grow up, you know, to act like a congressman, and engage in dialogue, and to stop the schoolboy insults.”

What is there to talk about? The terms of surrender? To jihadis, “dialogue” has the same meaning that it does for black racists: ‘We dictate, and you submit, while nodding in assent.’

Benitez: “Now West did turn down an interview request from CBS4 News, and we are still waiting for a statement from his office.”

West had already made his statement.

Let me get this right. Even after one of the station’s researchers learned the meaning of “Nuts!,” the jihadi and Benitez still don’t understand what West said? No; they couldn’t possibly be that stupid. What they are saying is that they refuse to accept what West said, and want to wear him down, by demanding that he “explain” himself.

I don’t need to read any polls to know that Congressman West just got himself a big surge among patriots.

So, how’s he on immigration? According to NumbersUSA, where illegal immigration is concerned, he’s as good as it gets. I was unable to determine the Congressman’s position on legal immigration.

Remember, “You can have any color you want, as long as it’s black.”

In his famed poem, Mending Wall, the American poet, Robert Frost chided the rock wall that he and his neighbor would mend each spring, replacing fallen rocks. “He is all pine and I am apple orchard. My apple trees will never get across and eat the cones under his pines, I tell him. He only says, ‘Good fences make good neighbors.’

Begun in the fifth century B.C. and added to by later dynasties, it succeeded in defending China from invasions by northern tribes. In 1600, it helped the Ming dynasty defend against the Manchu, but when the gates at Shanhaiguan were opened in 1644 by a dissident Ming border general, the Manchus quickly seized Beijing and that was the end of the Ming dynasty.

There has been a growing call for a wall on the U.S. southern border with Mexico. Given the way Mexico has fallen into a state of barbaric anarchy by warring narcotics gangs, including increasing murders of Americans foolish enough to go there, it is a very good idea.

There are currently an estimated twelve million Mexicans and “other” illegal aliens residing in the United States, enjoying many benefits. Instead of aggressively dealing with the problem, the government under several administrations and the current one has opted to offer “amnesty” and grant them a citizenship they have not earned and do not deserve in the context of our laws.

The only thing these amnesties managed to accomplish was to encourage more millions of illegal aliens to cross our borders, to stay on beyond their visas, and to otherwise flout our immigration laws. They are not “undocumented”. They are criminals.

Naturally, when British Prime Minister David Cameron and French President Nicolas Sarkozy recently gave speeches or expressed their opposition to “multiculturalism”, it made news when it turned out they were appalled by the failure of this idiotic concept. Germany’s Chancellor, Angela Merkel, had already expressed that opinion.

There was a time when someone was proudly British, French or German. Today, their distinctive cultures are being hollowed out by waves of immigrants who have no desire to assimilate or adopt the values of their new homelands.

All of which raises the question of why, here in America, you have to “press one” to conduct a conversation in English, Islamic foot baths have been installed in the Kansas City airport, why ‘Islamic immersion’ classes have been inflicted on children in a California school district, there was a demand an Arabic public school in New York and a mosque within sight of Ground Zero, and why government documents are often printed in foreign languages.

The victory over Europe that the Muslims could not achieve by invasion and which ended with the defeat of a Muslim army outside of Vienna on September 11, 1683, has been achieved by a constant flow of immigrants from the Middle East and northern Africa as Europe opened its doors because their indigenous populations failed to reproduce in enough numbers to maintain their economies.

It is a principle of demographics that, as a nation becomes more prosperous its population tends to replace itself more slowly. Birthrates in America across the racial spectrum are in decline, reflecting those in Europe By contrast, places like China and India are where you find a billion or more people.

In 2008 Los Angeles County, population 10.2 million, was where 42% of workers were paid cash and did not pay taxes; 90% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles were for illegal aliens; more than two-thirds of all births were to illegal aliens; nearly 40% of all inmates in California were Mexican nationals who were there illegally; and, nationally, while less than 2% of illegal aliens were picking crops, 37% were on welfare.

These and a mountain of other statistics testify to the failure of the American government to enforce its immigration laws and deter an army of illegal immigrants from invading the nation.

The argument will be raised that America is “a nation of immigrants”, but that was then and this is now. The earlier flow of immigrants from Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Germany and Russia were needed in the 1800s to provide workers for the nation’s industrial base and as farmers for its expanding land mass. And they were white and Christian.

“The importation of Afro-Americans as slaves, starting early in America’s history, led to the Civil War, followed by the horrid “Jim Crow” era until the Civil Rights movement in the 1960s. These days they are minority population smaller than Hispanics and, thanks to a variety of liberal welfare programs, are too often a dysfunctional element of American society.”

There is an unrelenting tyranny to demographics; the statistical study of migrations and birth rates of peoples throughout the world. Unless Europe and America address it, putting the breaks on further immigration, they are at risk of falling prey to it and failing as a result of it.

England, France and Germany’s leaders have finally begun to speak out about and against it. It may be too late. America refuses to even acknowledge it.

One of the reasons newspaper circulation and TV news ratings are falling is because people no longer trust journalists. They are tired of being mislead as reporters select and distort news coverage to conform to the media’s ideology.

Monday produced two prime examples and both involved slanted opinion surveys.

The first was headlined: “Gap seen between public, General Assembly on recent stances.” The story showcased a Christopher Newport University survey that claimed eight out of ten Virginians supported a new law that would require background checks for all firearms purchasers at gun shows, including those who purchase from private individuals.

The reporter, Jim Nolan, predicts an obstinate Virginia General Assembly will ignore “the public’s strong preferences.” What Nolan doesn’t say is the survey was dishonest and specifically designed to produce an answer supporting additional regulation.

The question read: “Under Virginia law, in order for an individual to be able to purchase a firearm at a gun show from a licensed firearms dealer, that individual must first pass a criminal background check. However, that same individual could purchase a firearm at that same gun show from an unlicensed seller without first having to pass a criminal background check. This is known as the GUNSHOW LOOPHOLE. Do you support changing the law to close this loophole so that anyone purchasing a firearm at a gun show has to pass a criminal background check first or should the law remain as it is?”

There are two methodology problems that distort the results. The term “unlicensed seller” implies someone is skirting the law and gives a negative connotation to the listener. Second, using the pejorative term “GUNSHOW LOOPHOLE” is simply malpractice. Repeating the term “loophole” doubles the dishonesty. The technical term for this, aside from lying, is tainting the sample.

An honest poll uses neutral language. A biased, pro–gun control poll uses loaded language to influence results.

I’m surprised only 80 percent wanted to change the law, maybe a few lobbyists slipped into the sample. American’s don’t like “loopholes” that slippery people use to get by with something.

The only loophole a vast majority of the public would not support eliminating is one that allowed adultery; and even then women would be for elimination.

If the sponsors of the survey — CNU, The Virginian–Pilot and WVEC–TV — had been interested in accuracy, the question would have been:

“Under Virginia law, to purchase a firearm at a gun show from a licensed firearms dealer an individual must first pass a criminal background check. However, that same individual is allowed purchase a firearm at that same gun show from a private citizen without first passing a criminal background check. Do you support changing the law so that a person who makes an private sale at a gun show is required to conduct a criminal background check before he can sell the firearm to another individual or should the law remain as it is?”

This answer would truly reflect public opinion, because the wording accurately and neutrally describes the existing situation. The CNU poll does neither.

If a Republican candidate conducts a poll with questionable wording, he’s blasted for conducting a “push poll.” When the media does it, the poll is a public service.

Example two concerns Obamacare. This story claims strong opposition is at the lowest level since September 2009, once again based on biased questioning: “In general, do you support, oppose or neither support nor oppose the health care reforms that were passed by Congress in March?”
The misleading term is “reforms.” “Reforms” implies something was wrong with the status quo and the law corrected the situation.

Interestingly, the word “reform” does not appear in the Associated Press story, evidently because the term served its purpose in the questionnaire. Yet, even after cooking the books, AP still couldn’t get the desired outcome, so the reporter simply distorts the results.

He doesn’t tell you “strong opposition” levels are three times that of merely “oppose.” Which is the reverse of most polling, where general support or opposition is usually far higher than intense feelings.
Even more damning is that “strongly support” Obamacare is 21 percent, while “somewhat support” is 19 percent, almost a one–to–one ratio.

Successful political consultants know the side with the intense support is the side that wins and opposition to Obama’s “reform” remains far more intense, regardless of temporary polling fluctuations.
Recently the Richmond Times–Dispatch and PolitiFact.com have partnered to produce the “Virginia Truth–O–Meter” where august journalists evaluate the veracity of statements made by politicians after they filter the facts through their own ideological prism. The scale on the meter ranges from true to “pants–on–fire.”

My suggestion for the partnership would be to perform a real public service and broaden its focus to include another category of dangerous fantasists: liberal political reporters.

I’m a very chastened conservative this week. In looking over last year’s columns I find I’ve used the words: jewelry, sneeze, impatient and grab. By my calculations — assisted by Chris Matthews and those helpful people at MSNBC — I’m responsible for one burglary, a swine flue scare, two fire–zone parking violations and a groping on the Metro.

Prior to the cowardly shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and her constituents in Arizona, I had no idea that ‘progressives’ and the media considered conservatives to have such awesome motivational power. I thought we were a bunch of rednecks who sat on lawn furniture and read the Constitution aloud because we refused to support the media by buying newspapers.

Personally, I thank a merciful God that I never used the words ‘Glock’ and ‘target’ in the same piece. If I had only known my words had such power I could have used my talent for good…

And while having liberals and the media acknowledge the persuasiveness of conservative thought is a welcome change, I don’t think it logically follows that conservatives are also granted custody of all the nation’s crazies. That constitutes ideological patient dumping.

Let’s take a look at Jared Loughner. He’s a registered Independent who did not trouble himself to vote last November. Loughner posts incoherent videos on YouTube that display an obsession with grammar and the odd flag burning. Pima Community College suspends him after repeated classroom outbursts disturb teachers, administrators and students. In the backyard he has an altar featuring a skull and candles. And finally, G.I. Jared is rejected by the Army for repeated drug use.

Deranged, drugged and disruptive. Sounds the master of ceremonies at a Code Pink convention. A gas spectrometer could not find a molecule of conservatism or TEA party DNA in this character.

Besides, if “conservative vitriol” is inspiring a leftist, why is he shooting Democrats?

The Democrat rush not to let this crisis go to waste is enough to give exploitation a bad name. And did you notice the Democrat and media ‘solution’ to American discord allegedly caused by conservatives just happens to fit hand–in–glove with ‘progressive’ legislative goals?

First, forget about the repeal of Obamacare, that’s way too contentious for Congress during a time when liberals want lowered voices.

And speaking of voices that members of Congress often hear, Rep. Robert Brady (D–Timid) plans to introduce legislation that would make it a federal crime to “use language or symbols that could be perceived as threatening or inciting violence against a…member of Congress,’ which would grant them the same protections from anxiety and verbal unease that homosexuals now enjoy on virtually every college campus.

Rep. Louise Slaughter (D–Hysteria) wants to revive the “Fairness Doctrine,” so there would be no “hate” on the radio and no Rush either.

And certainly a shooting like this vindicates ‘progressives’ call for more gun control legislation.
Yet, as a wise friend of mine pointed out, in no state of the Union is it legal to drive to your nearest shopping center and start blazing away at the customers. It doesn’t matter if they are Congressmen or custodians — shooting them is equally illegal.

When ‘progressives’ go after what they don’t want to hear on the radio, somehow we never hear criticism of the music industry for incitement, even though one of Loughner’s videos featured a song by Drowning Pool containing the refrain, “Let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor.”

Possibly because cracking down on artistry like that would be hitting a little too close to home. (Columnist note: by “hitting” I mean “landing” and not the actual impact of a fist with a member of Congress’ face.)

That would be censorship of the same type of people who often provide the soundtrack for Democrat political rallies. To say nothing of the music company execs that contribute to Democrat campaign coffers.

And as for more gun control, there is a good chance Loughner would never have been able buy a gun if Sheriff Clarence Dupnik had done his job and investigated him for making a number of death threats in the months before he opened up on Rep. Giffords.

When one looks at the before and after incident performance of both Arizona and Washington officials there is a lot of blame to apportion and not much praise. But there is one notable exception: When my son begins deciding where to attend college, if the choice comes down to Pima Community College or Virginia Tech, he’ll be heading to Arizona since Pima is 1 – 0 versus crazy and Tech is 0 for 2.

…but nothing else.

Now that “Don’t touch my junk!” has become a rallying cry, I must ask a question: What’s with this youth-culture tendency to refer to male genitalia as “junk”?

Since I keep my nose to the ground, I noticed this slang innovation long before John Tyner drew his line in the sand; it seems to be a phenomenon of the last five years or so. And it’s one I’d like to put on the junk heap.

If I have any junk, it won’t be on my body and probably will end up in the trash bin. And if the TSA wants to rummage through it, hey, be my guest. It’s said that you can tell a lot about a person by examining his refuse. So you can touch my junk — but let’s be a bit more careful when we lay our hands on the language, shall we?

When complaining about this, I must admit I’m a little self-conscious. I really don’t want to sound like the über-sensitive professional complainers who say that the term “black hole” (density-approaching-infinity-so-not-even-light-can-escape-it hole is a little clumsy, dontcha think?) is insensitive to blacks or, God forbid, like the harridan feminists who would have us supplant “snowman” with “snowperson” (Frosty the snowperson was a San Francisco soul….). But something needs to be said about this, and if I don’t say it, perhaps no one will.

Does it strike anyone else as strange that we’re now referring to male genitalia with a word that means “garbage”? Oh, I know dictionaries indicate that this usage of “junk” can refer to female genitalia as well, but in the real world it seems to be used almost exclusively for the male variety.

Some may roll their eyes and say I have to be hung-up to be focusing on this. If that’s your attitude, then I hope your interest in reading further will at least be piqued by the idea that you’re viewing the musings of a very strange man.

But, look, what’s truly strange is that we live in an age of intense anti-male sentiment. This shouldn’t require illustration in 2010, but as evidence I can cite Christina Hoff Sommers’ book The War Against Boys; the continual portrayals of men as dolts in movies, on shows and in commercials; the pieces I’ve written on the subject; 11-year-old student Sam Besserman’s firsthand account; the acceptance of anti-male t-shirts sporting sentiments such as “Boys are stupid; throw rocks at them!”; or products such as the “All Men are Bastards” knife block, which gives the happy housewife the opportunity to keep her kitchen knives handy by sticking them in the body of a male figurine. And these are just a handful of examples.

Given the above, is it mere coincidence that this anti-male age sees a phenomenon whereby that which symbolizes manhood, at least physically, has come to be called “junk”? And what might we conclude about this anti-male environment’s psychological effect on recent generations of boys and young men when they will readily refer to that symbol of their manhood (in fact, a fellow’s privates are sometimes called “his manhood”) with a demeaning term? My self-image has never been so bad that I wanted to characterize part of my body as garbage.

Having said this, I won’t fall into the feminist trap of taking my own psychological analyses as gospel. Perhaps this phenomenon is driven by nothing more than the notorious adolescent desire to be “cool” (it doesn’t seem likely, however, although it certainly is a contributing factor). You also shouldn’t think I’m offended by it; I’ve always echoed the apocryphal saying, “Offense cannot be given, it can only be taken.” I just think it’s stupid beyond words. And it certainly doesn’t represent healthy social change.

Moreover, given that feminist women don’t even like being called “girls” — when that’s just the equivalent of “guys” — I can just imagine how the “womyn” at NOW would react if the word “junk” was widely used to describe a female body part. Oh, not that I blame this on them, or on normal women. While the Online Etymology Dictionary doesn’t yet have an entry for this junky usage of “junk,” I’m guessing it was originated by a young man. And men are certainly the ones who most use it.

I also don’t expect men to do much about it. You could say that my sex rolls with the punches, that we really will take these things “like a man.” Then again, you could also say that many of us have been feminized to the point where we’re ineffectual doormats. This is why we’ll listen to blather about “racial profiling” without ever pointing out that men are profiled six ways to Sunday and that what’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. And nothing will change until we junk the politically correct junk and stop acting like capons.

Germany lacks 400,000 workers. The solution to this problem obviously lies in the replacement birth rate.

Will Germany serve as a replacement valve in the future for the surplus 30 million Chinese men who cannot find wives in their own nation?

Nations across Europe are dying, for they have failed to maintain the replacement birth levels of their respective populations.

Germany foolishly imagines that it can incubate Turkish and Muslim hatchlings in the national nest, and that somehow these “gastarbeiters” will become loyal to Germany, in the face of global “jihad.”

Such reasoning is the equivalent of imagining a silk purse may be fashioned from a sow’s ear.

The survival of Germany and all other Western nations hinges on the concepts of “blood and soil” and “Lebensborn.”

Let us not be squeamish or wishy-washy in discussing the survival of the white race.

Alien cultures cannot be integrated into the host nation, as their prime function as itinerant gypsies, is the destruction of the nation-state concept. They serve as unwitting third world corporate shock troops, who come at the behest of the international bankers.

In the Eastern Hemisphere the battle cry of these “guest workers” is “jihad” and here in the Western Hemisphere, it is called “La Reconquista.”

The making of children by “immigrants” is the modern face of war and conquest.

Germany can continue to celebrate the Trojan Horse of “diversity” under the “politically correct multiculturalism” of the Bolsheviks, or it can acknowledge that its most sacred duty is the flowering and survival of the German people as a distinct national entity.

Germany must provide economic incentives for Germans to have more children, NOT allow the tiger of unlimited immigration, to continue to feast on the leg of Germany, until its fangs strike a vital artery.

What holds true for Germany, is also the formula of survival for all Western national cultures. Lebensborn is the concept of survival of a distinct people. It is the continuation of the individual nation-state concept.

The Lebensborn concept may be compared to the heroic Chinese man who faced down a line of tanks–blocking their advance–during the Tiananmen Square Revolt of 1989. The tanks in this case being the steam roller of one world government, which seeks to impose vassalage over the individual nation-state under overlordship by the United Nations.

Nations must follow their own manifest destinies and “just say ‘no’” to the phony storefront of the international bankers; the United Nations.

All nations become human petting zoos for serfs and a “tangle of squabbling nationalities” under this United Nations paradigm of so-called “diversity,” for the formula of diversity is predicated on integration, which NEVER occurs.

Blood and soil is what holds a nation together for its posterity. The fine wine of national culture becomes diluted by sewer water from the Third World, under the multicultural model.

“Multiculturalism” is indeed a dead concept, for the only promise it delivers, is the destruction of the host nation, which is foolish enough to allow the guest worker to breed and allegedly “integrate,” as he in fact absorbs the host as a parasite.

Any nation which adopts such a naive concept of geopolitical weltanschauung, only ensures that it will continue to allow annexation and conquest of its territory by the interloper to flourish.

Germany has now realized that the social engineering experiment of these bankers, which forced Germany to adopt the “bird-free diet” of Alley Cats Anonymous, under a “multicultural” paradigm, has now come to its final conclusion. It was given fair currency in the market place of ideas, but proved to be counterfeit currency, like the fiat money of the international bankers.

The law of the sea is predator and prey. Those who fail to reproduce their own kind, cannot depend on the charity of an alien race for the perpetuation of their family tree:

MSNBC denounced the Tea Party as overwhelmingly White. Will the network denounce illegal aliens as overwhelmingly Hispanic?

Cops should have probably shot the owner along with or rather instead of the dog at a DC street festival. As with people that drag newborns out into extreme cold or heat, often those that have to drag their dogs to mass gatherings unless they are seeing-eye type dogs merely want attention for themselves and don’t really care about their animals.

First Nag Michelle Obama believes restaurants should serve more apples and less butter. And that is from someone that’s probably barely cooked a meal in her entire adult life. Her mother lives with here and she has had a chef on her staff back when she was a nobody just like the rest of us. Frankly, if one goes out to eat, one is going out for the slop. One can eat healthy at home.

The government is deploying X-ray vans to gather intelligence of motorists. The stated purpose is to find contraband such as weapons, narcotics, and human smuggling. But given the Obamas’ propensity to control every aspect of your existence, what is to prevent them from determining what kinds of foods you are purchasing at the supermarket?

Bob Schieffer condemned John Boehner for smoking. Did the CBS correspondent ever go after with similar vehemence Ted Kennedy’s boozing, whoremongering, and generalized subservience to Moscow? Is Bob Schieffer going to point out the medical drawbacks to Barney Frank of the alternative lifestyle wallowed in by the lisp-speaking Massachussetts Congressman?

Time magazine’s 2010 annual national service issue insists to “Teach Is To Serve”. So if government teachers can get paid upwards around $45,000 to $50,000 and still be considered to be engaged in public service, why should the rest of us be continually hounded about “giving back to the COMMUNITY” for free when the occupations we are engaged in are as every much a social and economic necessity as the teaching profession?

According to the 9/14/10 edition of USA Today, Colorado provides a free school breakfast for all students. From the text and photo, it seems this meal consists primarily of a carton of milk and a prepackaged serving of cereal. If parents can’t afford this at home, THEY OUGHT TO KEEP THEIR PANTS ON AND REFRAIN FROM PROCREATNG!!!

Because the preponderance of students achieved standardized assessment benchmarks, the principal of Bladensburg Elementary dressed as a giant wiener and allowed students to squirt condiments such as catsup, mustard, and relish all over her. Perhaps the taxpayer-subsidized school lunch program needs to be curtailed since no one enrolled there is near starvation if food can be spared for such deliberate waste.

Those that go around burning books or flags at mass rallies have too much time on their hands. A sizeable percentage of these probably live on some kind of welfare — be it government (Food Stamps or foreign aide) or ecclesiastical (handouts collected by threatening congregations how they will incur God’s wrath if they don’t pony up into the collection plate).

Maybe if thousands of Afghans were as enthusiastic about going to work and actually taking care of their families as they are about rampaging in the streets, that nation wouldn’t be one of planet earth’s toilet bowls.

Are these hayseed clergymen so bereft of rhetorical and homiletical aptitude that they must resort to pyrotechnics in order to exort as to the dangers of false teaching?

Before threatening to resort to pyrotechnics, did these pastors actually take the time to teach their respective congregations as to the dangers posed by Islam or its methods of ensnaring minds and cultures?

A Tennessee pastor stepping forward to burn a Koran needs to be asked exactly how does burning one make you a better Christian as he insists.

In his Sept 11th remarks, Obama insisted Americans need to “give back to their COMMUNITIES”. You’ll be doing plenty of that in more ways than you realize come January when tax rates are expected to rise.

For supposedly being among the toughest people to walk the earth, the NFL certainly gets its collective athletic supporter in a jumble in regards to every politically correct cause that comes down the pike.

Wonder if cashiers at Aldi’s more foo-foo line of Trader Joe’s stores also toss the food in the cart as if the customer is a piece of gutter trash.

An immigrant woman in line proceeded to pay for eggs and such with WIC credits. She then paid for chips and such out of her own pocket. If she has enough for the extra snacks, she essentially doesn’t need the government “entitlements” to provide necessities.

So if Focus on The Family has altered its abstinence curriculum to curry the favor of Chinese Communist overlords, does that mean there will be an episode of the audio drama “Adventures in Odyssey” assuring the kiddies its OK to compromise your values and to deny the Lord when it suits your pragmatic agenda?

Salvatore Giunta is the first living recipient of the Medal of Honor since the Vietnam War. Wonder how many other soldiers named John Smith have acted as valiantly but whose names were not alluringly exotic enough to merit such public accolades.

A kook suspected of threatening the President is being charged in part with illegally possessing body armor. So basically, the police are allowed to protect themselves from homicidal miscreants but we as citizens are not allowed to protect ourselves from homicidal miscreants which easily include errant police. Since no one is harmed if an individual owns a bullet proof vest since the vest alone cannot be used as an implement of violence, a free citizen would be allowed to own a bullet proof vest.

In coverage of a lunatic possessing body armor believed to be a threat to the President, it was remarked one should not be allowed to threaten the President. And that is absolutely correct. But shouldn’t it be as much a crime to threaten all of America as a whole? As such, the Ground Zero Imam should be taken into custody as well.

Interesting how the leftist media will ridicule someone for having repented of witchcraft as if it doesn’t exist but will herald it as an alternative, enlightened form of spirituality when it is advocated in mainstream cultural dialogue. You don’t hear them snickering at J.K. Rowling. If Obama used dope as a youth, technically in terms of Biblical definition, wouldn’t that make him a greater sorcerer than Christine O’Donnell likely ever was?

Obama removes mention of Creator from recitation of Declaration of Independence. Makes you wonder what else liberals expunge from the historical record.

When you read the comments section of an article about Islam, you will see the argument: I have some Muslim friends and they are good people. The conclusion: good Muslims mean that Islam is good. If the talk is face-to-face, the person may ask: Do you have any Muslim friends? There is a hidden implication that if you do not, then you don’t really know anything about Islam and you could be a bigot.

What is actually going on? The Kafir (non-Muslim) with Muslim friends does not know any real facts about Islam and wants to move the argument to feelings, not facts. If the Muslim friend is nice, Islam is nice. There is no need to know any facts about Islam. And, if Islam is nice, then speaking against it is bigotry.

It is amazing how much people can talk about Islam and never mention a single fact. It is easy to tell if someone is speaking about Islam factually. A fact-based discussion will include the Koran and the Sunna, which means that the words Mohammed and Allah will be heard. If there is no Mohammed or Allah, then the discussion is not about the facts of Islam; it is about opinions that come from the media, authorities and the web.

Here are questions to ask people with Muslim friends.

· Do you have any Muslim apostate friends?

An apostate is one who has left Islam and under Sharia law may be murdered. Who would know more about the true nature of Islam than someone who knows it at the core of their being? The apostate knows both sides of the story.
Here are other questions to ask those with Muslim friends:

· Do you have any Christian friends from the Middle East?
· Do you have any Armenian, Serbian or Coptic friends?

These people have suffered cultural and religious annihilation by Islam over the past 1400 years, shouldn’t you also meet them? About 60 million Christians have been murdered over the last 1400 years, and Armenians, Serbians, Copts (Egyptians) and the rest of the Christians of the Middle East furnished the body count. Doesn’t it make sense to talk to who has personal experience in engaging Islam?

There are other questions to be asked. There are 13 verses in the Koran that say that a Muslim is not the friend of a Kafir. How can this not be talked about? According to Islam, we are Kafirs. Why can’t friends talk about such things?

Koran 4:144 Believers! Do not take kafirs as friends over fellow believers. Would you give Allah a clear reason to punish you?

What this means is that a Muslim may be friendly with a Kafir, but if a Muslim has a choice between favoring a Kafir or a Muslim, he will favor the Muslim. Why can’t this be discussed among friends?

Now to the most critical question: Is a Muslim ever really the friend of a Kafir? Any Muslim who fully accepts the doctrine of Islam cannot be the true friend of a Kafir—friendly, yes, but not a true friend. If he is a true friend, then he is not obeying the Koran and not following the Sunna of Mohammed.

The difference between friendly and a friend is that a Muslim who is true friend will sometimes choose the Kafir’s side in a dispute about it. A friendly Muslim will be pleasant, but will always choose Islam’s side in any politics or dispute about Islam. A Muslim friend who is a true friend will listen to reasonable criticisms and occasionally tell you that you have a point there. The Muslim Arabic FBI translators who cheered on 9/11 were quite friendly, but chose Islam over the Kafirs on 9/11.

This does not mean that a person, who calls himself or herself a Muslim, cannot be a real friend. They may see the Golden Rule as more attractive than Islam’s dualistic ethics. If they can see the other person as not being a Kafir, but a human being, then they can be a true friend.

It is important to see that these ideas concern implications about the practical application of Islamic doctrine. In this case the Islamic doctrine of friends is examined. These ideas are not about any particular person who calls themselves a Muslim. Generally, to be a Muslim, you must act according to Islamic doctrine. However, the term Muslim has come to mean anybody with any degree of adherence to Islamic doctrine, however if such a person adopts the Kafir Golden Rule then they can be a fine person and a fine friend.

This friend business is perhaps one of the worst parts of the Islamic ideology and shows how great the divide is between Islam and all other doctrines.

Mass murderer Omar Thornton and his girlfriend, Kristi Hannah If the predominantly white MSM has sought to paint black race warrior Omar Thornton as a victim of white “racism,” it is because the MSM see in him an ally in the race and class war that they are waging on ordinary whites.

The above headline, about black shooter Omar Thornton’s August 3 mass murder of eight whites and wounding of two others before killing himself in Manchester, Connecticut, is both completely false and completely true; completely false, because the “family” is claiming that white racism caused him to snap. Completely true, because Thornton’s own racism caused him to snap. (Please do not confuse Omar Thornton with the many other alleged recent black mass murderers. I realize that it’s getting harder and harder to keep these stories straight.)

The “family” of the headline is false, either way, because it refers not to Thornton’s family, but to that of his white girlfriend, Kristi Hannah. (Or is this some sort of diversity redefinition thing, where you not only call someone a “spouse” who isn’t, but now call people unrelated by blood or marriage a “family”?)

Yet relatives say Thornton, 34, finally cracked after suffering racial harassment in a company where he said he was singled out for being black in a predominantly white work force.

“Everybody’s got a breaking point,” said Joanne Hannah, the mother of Thornton’s longtime girlfriend.

According to the girlfriend’s mother, “Thornton had said he found a picture of a noose and a racial epithet written on a bathroom wall… Her daughter told her that Thornton’s supervisors said they would talk to his co-workers.” (Note that reporters immediately took third-hand rumors as gospel, because the rumors indicted white murder victims as “racists.” The mother said the daughter said the thieving, mass-murdering boyfriend said…)

Most whites or Asians who have worked at any job with extensive dealings with black colleagues or customers have had to endure constant, often violent racism. And yet, I never hear of any of them coming to work and blowing away blacks. (I said, “most whites or Asians,” because in such workplaces there is frequently a small number of whites who stay on the good side of the blacks by setting up their fellow whites for racist abuse. Diversity trainers praise such anti-white whites as “allies,” and encourage their viciousness. The “allies” are pillars of what I call The New White Racism: Whites who engage in deliberate racism against their own race. Among the upper classes, The New White Racism has a strong class component. Much of the passion animating the New White Racists is their class hatred of poor, working-class, and increasingly lower-middle class whites. The NWRs make common cause with racist, incompetent blacks and Hispanics, whom they favor, in order to protect their own children from having to compete for admission to highly selective universities, and later for fast-track jobs against gifted but impecunious whites.)

Omar Thornton was a despicable thief and racist. He was caught on video stealing from the beer distributorship that employed him, but instead of being arrested, as the owners would likely have done to a white man they had caught stealing, the Hollander family that owned the distributorship apparently never even considered prosecuting Thornton. Indeed, so concerned were the liberal Hollanders about Thornton’s delicate self-esteem that they gave him the option of resigning, rather than of being fired. He signed his resignation only seconds before beginning to murder his benefactors. Thornton, 34, went to the workplace armed with three guns, had planned on killing as many whites as he could, and regretted to a 911 operator that he hadn’t killed even more whites:

I wish I coulda got more of the people. The Hollanders are so liberal that company president Ross Hollander, 63, sued the government of his town, Bloomfield, to force it to spend an additional $94 million on behalf of black schoolchildren, has been involved in liberal racial activism since the 1970s, and is known for maintaining an “integrated social life.”

Omar Thornton shot company VP Steve Hollander twice, but Hollander survived. He said that Thornton took “many good people today for absolutely no reason at all, people who’ve never said an unkind word to him. He was just shooting at anyone that was near him and just cruelty beyond cruelty,” Hollander said.

Outside of the Daily News’ Virginia Breen, however, the MSM weren’t interested in Hollander’s view. You’ve got to stay on message.

A WCBS-TV news report mentioned that Thornton let some workers live, but gave no further explanation. Of course not, they were non-whites!

Thornton’s uncle, Will Holliday, said of Thornton’s telephone call home just before the latter killed himself, “He said, ‘I killed the five racists that was there that was bothering me.’ He said. “He said, ‘The cops are going to come in so I am going to take care of myself.’”

“Racists” is just a code for “whites.” But Thornton murdered eight whites and shot two other whites, as well. He was a liar, even in his last moments.

According to his girlfriend, Thornton was a hapless victim of racism: She claims that he had seen a drawing of a noose in a bathroom stall, accompanied by the “n-word,” and overheard colleagues in the bathroom saying that they were going to get rid of him, referring to him with the same epithet.

Even though depicting a noose was a crime in Connecticut—the First Amendment be damned—and had he been telling the truth, Thornton could have cleaned up in a shakedown discrimination lawsuit, he had never complained to his union, his employer, or any public agencies.

Union President Bryan Cirigliano must have been one of the “racists” to whom Thornton was referring. After all, Cirigliano was one of the first people Thornton murdered. Cirigliano’s “crimes”? Helping to get Thornton promoted to driver one year ago, and defending his rights at the August 3 meeting. But Thornton’s grieving white girlfriend, Kristi Hannah, is unbending in her fidelity to the “racism” narrative.

Like millions of other blacks in this country, Omar Thornton was in the grips of what I call black race mania. The more whites helped him, the hotter his racism burned, and he projected his own shortcomings onto them.

During the 1960s, some observers took to calling black militants, “People who won’t take ‘yes’ for an answer.” Over 40 years of black racial privilege in education, employment, and the law has led to the lunatic black fringe having since become the lunatic black mainstream, and now most blacks have the mentality of the militants of yore.

Thornton was apparently functionally illiterate or barely literate (his girlfriend claims she wrote a letter for him to sign), and not mechanically inclined, either, having lost a previous job as a truck driver, because he couldn’t get the hang of driving the rig.

According to his girlfriend—for what her word’s worth—he quit other trucking jobs, when he was allegedly cheated out of raises he was due.

Although his employer, Hartford Distributors, was a union shop and promotions were thus based on seniority, he couldn’t understand that, either, and saw the system as “prejudiced” against him. He felt that it was wrong for him to have to have to start at an entry-level job. When he started, he wanted to get a driver’s job, without waiting his turn. (“Why we can’t wait.”)

And so he complained to his union boss, though not of “racism,” insisting that less qualified workers were getting promoted. And the union head went to bat for him, and he got the driver’s job. It’s still not clear whether he was entitled to that job, or got it through whining.

(That union head would be the late, aforementioned Teamsters Local 1035 President Bryan Cirigliano. Thornton decided that Cirigliano and the Hollanders were cousins, and were conspiring to get rid of him. The brilliant conspiracy apparently involved getting Thornton a job paying up to $60,000-a year in salary plus great benefits, and then manipulating him, through mind control, into stealing and reselling the company’s property.)

But getting a job that paid him so well, considering his meager abilities, didn’t satisfy Thornton, either.

Seniority rules meant that the new driver got the crappy routes, and had to work much harder than the other guys, but Thornton again saw himself as being harassed.

So, he “handled the problem,” as he told the 911 operator, before committing suicide.

Millions of young blacks today—almost all young blacks—grow up being told by parents, black (and white!) educators, black social workers, black preachers and black (and white) politicians that they are victims of (white) “racism,” and that any harm they do to whites is thereby justified. It’s no wonder that, although the vast majority of blacks live in predominantly black areas, black criminals go out of their way to victimize whites, more than they do blacks.

And though the MSM has long had a full-court press on, to censor reporting on grisly black-on-white racial atrocities, and to demonize as “white supremacists” those who complain or write about them (including yours truly), heinous acts such as the Wichita, Knoxville, Pearcy and Manchester massacres are becoming increasingly routine (see here for a partial list of other such atrocities), not to mention the increasingly popular pastime of black men raping and sadistically murdering lone white women, such as the Imette St. Guillen, Laura Dickinson, Jennifer Moore and Anne Pressly rape-murders.

In Missouri’s 2008 Kirkwood Massacre, a black, occasionally violent, perpetual traffic scofflaw who owed thousands of dollars in parking tickets, Charles “Cookie” Thornton, 52, decided that he was a victim of white racism. So, Thornton went to war, murdering two white police officers and three white city council members who had offered to forgive his traffic tickets, shot and wounded two other whites, and attempted to murder an eighth white, before police shot and killed Thornton. As I said of that atrocity, You may not be interested in race war, but race war is interested in you.

If the predominantly white MSM has sought to paint black race warrior Omar Thornton as a victim of white “racism,” it is because the MSM see in him an ally in the race and class war that they are waging on ordinary whites.

Postscript, September 4, 2010: Back in 2007, when I read the transcript of Coleman’s police interview, I remember thinking to myself, “How can she talk about the girl being led out of the rape room with only a top on (i.e., with her private parts showing), and not mention how she must have looked, after so much horrific torture, and so many horrible beatings and rapes.” Channon was bruised, battered, and bloody, from the top of her head to the soles of her feet. And I didn’t even know then about the wounds to her lower lip.
