On the eve of the 213th anniversary of the passage of Thomas Jefferson’s Kentucky Resolutions of 1798, laying the intellectual groundwork of nullification, the people of Ohio exercised their power and nullified the insurance mandate in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

As Americans look about them today, they can see the effects of just toying around with socialism: A nation in decline, a nation financially broke, a nation of people depressed, hurting, and angry, a nation deeply divided by the race baiting and class warfare imposed on them by a major political party in their grab for the power to rule America as the “elite class” in a socialist America. We refer, of course, to the Democratic Party.
We conservatives must be prepared for the onslaught of vile propaganda unleashed on their efforts to rescue America. The Mainstream Media, which is totally immersed in the agenda of the liberal-socialist democrats, will ride to the rescue of Obama and his socialist agenda. It has already begun. They currently sing his praises as the “come-back-kid” after his mediocre successes in the lame duck session of Congress.
Obama is a fast learner. He has learned, since November 2nd, that he must hide his machinations from the new republican led House of Representatives. He is going to rely on his Czars and his regulatory agencies to pass into law the control over US citizens necessary to “fundamentally transform” (Obama’s words) America into the socialist utopia he dreams about.
The great issue of our times is the same great issue of the 1830s. The question is whether Congress can pass legislation or the President issue executive orders that are not authorized by or consistent with the Constitution?
There are some reports that at least ten states are currently, or soon will be considering nullification laws in their sovereign states that would make ObamaCare illegal with their borders. Fourteen other states are suing in the courts in an effort to have ObamaCare overturned and tossed out.
There are harsh facts being ignored about the present economic crisis. More than 42 million Americans were on food stamps in August, an all-time record and a number that is 17% higher than a year ago. The U.S. is experiencing massive unemployment and the American Bankruptcy Institute predicts there will be an estimated 1.6 million consumer bankruptcies this year.
ObamaCare is a lie, one of the biggest lies ever told the American people and one of the biggest lies/hoaxes ever perpetrated upon any nation on the globe. It was — and is — a grand “CON.” It is founded on Marxism and is, in fact, Socialism. But it is more than that – much more. It brings America to the threshold of becoming a police state.
Will Republicans take the pledge? I mean the Pledge to repeal ObamaCare. IWV seeks to ensure that our mainstream voices are heard in the media and before state and national policymakers, in order to educate the public about how our conservative principles benefit women, men, and families, and are critical to the future of our country.
Democrats have inadvertently stumbled across a sure–fire method of depressing Republican turnout in November: put House Minority Leader John Boehner (R–OH) on TV discussing how he intends to vote on taxes.
Contraception is dangerous to women, deadly to preborn children and destructive to the human family, each member of which possesses human rights that should be protected by the federal government. Instead, the Obama administration has made a full-time practice of doing all it can to drive wedges between human persons and their rights.
Americans are resisting the behemoth of the federal government under Obama’s control. The Tea Party movement is evidence that the American spirit is far from spent. Many states are joining together in legal suits to oppose Obamacare and to demand the federal government shut down the border traffic that is breeding crime and other costs.
As we bask in the afterglow of Missouri’s Proposition C, and the failure by the Feds to obtain dismissal of Virginia’s lawsuit against ObamaCare, it is once again time to revisit what should be the strategy of Conservatives in Congress (and those seeking office in 2010!) to re-affirm the will of the people in health care?
You may remember that all of the Republicans and 34 Democrats opposed Obamacare when it was passed on a narrow 219-212 vote earlier this year. That should mean that at least 212 members of the House should be ready to repeal ObamaCare since they were against it, and voted against it, just a few months ago.
The worst is yet to come because the end of the Bush tax cuts on December 31, 2010 will generate major increases in taxation that will affect all but the appalling 40% who pay no taxes at all. This isn’t redistribution of wealth. It is a penalty levied on investors, entrepreneurs, and those who still have jobs.
The very last thing Obama wants is for the American people to actually understand what Obamacare is going to do to the practice of medicine and healthcare as a whole in the United States. So, he HAD to recess appoint Berwick. There was no question of him ever going before a Senate hearing.
He says he’s against censorship, yet he appointed Cass Sunstein and Mark Lloyd, both of whom DO advocate censorship. His latest nominee to the SCOTUS also seems to think that the state can squelch free speech. He claims not to be a gun grabber, but his AG is. He still tries to portray his position as more moderate, and the MSM helps, but his appointees and nominees clearly reflect his true intent.
We must ask if the US government is considering bringing in doctors from abroad, docs who may, or may not have been trained up to the standards required of doctors practicing medicine in the US? Will he activate military reserve medics and doctors and place them in civilian hospitals and government clinics?

Let us pray, recollect ourselves and unite on the only thing that can save the pro-life movement: The bedrock principle that every human being is a person, each possessing inherent dignity, and with a claim to certain inalienable rights that we have an obligation to defend, chiefly the right to life, without exception and without compromise. Personhood Now!

Abortion advocates hate peaceful, prayerful Christ-centered pro-life activities. They especially hate the Christians who frequent abortion mill sidewalks all across the nation. How infuriating it must be for them when they can’t use their usual rhetoric because the pro-lifers outside abortion mills display the complete opposite.
…for Plotting to Treat Patients
Federal agents from the Internal Revenue Service, Bureau of Investigation, and Ted Kennedy Memorial Health Rationing Board swarmed a makeshift health clinic in Michigan yesterday, arresting eight doctors who were audaciously planning to treat patients without government authority.

Murder is not negotiable. Lives are not negotiable, nor are they political “issues” with which we can bargain. It is not the role of government to mitigate injustice, but to prosecute and correct it. Until it is formally and legally recognized that the preborn are persons, the prospect of publicly funding their executions will always be on the table and used for political gains.
It is time to get real. It is time to focus on the things that matter in America — and to Americans. If America is to survive ObamaCare must be repealed. Obama’s Cap and Trade Bill must be defeated, or repealed, and we Americans must retake our government, at the ballot box, and secure it from such threats as socialism, Marxism, communism and, yes, progressivism.
As the evidence of the Obama Regime’s lies and the congressional lies become ever more obvious to the American electorate, the level of outrage at the progressives, socialists, Marxists, Maoists, Stalinists, and just plain communists in America’s government today will only grow hotter. Remembering in November will not be a problem.
