There is no single duty that a President has as Commander-in-Chief that is more important than ensuring the nation’s engines of defense remain at a level that will deter and defend against any attack upon America or its allies.

How is that going under the Obama Administration? As this is being written, the U.S. Air Force and Navy are seeking alternative ways of powering their aircraft after having been ordered to cut fuel costs by $20 billion. The Obama solution includes an August test flight of the C-17 transport aircraft attempt to fly missions on tallow, which is a nice way of describing animal fat.

The push for biofuels notwithstanding, the notion approaches absurdity considering the fact that, beneath the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve, there are millions of untapped barrels of oil to power military aircraft. The absurdity is compounded by the White House attempt to shut down deep water drilling in the Gulf of Mexico which has been struck down by the courts not once, but twice.

My interest in the status of our air defense was piqued while watching a recent C-SPAN broadcast of some Senate committee discussing funding of the C-17. I paid scant attention until one senator said, “We don’t have the money.” Suffice to say, that caught my attention.

Of course we have the money! There are billions unspent in the failed “stimulus” act and millions more wasted weekly across the spectrum of a government that funds all manner of idiotic “research” programs of dubious value. Some $20 million was just spent on signs touting construction projects funded by the stimulus bill.

As Frank Gaffney, the founder and president of the Center for Security Policy, recently noted, “Barack Obama came to office promising to ‘fundamentally transform’ America.” Gaffney and others are increasingly concerned that Obama is “changing the United States from ‘the world’s sole superpower’ to a nation that may require the permission, or at least the help, of others to project power and defend its interests around the globe.”

Nothing invites mischief and outright attack more than weakness. Theodore Roosevelt said, “The pacifist is as surely a traitor to his country and to humanity as is the most brutal wrongdoer.” The latter is a good description these days of Iran.

“The backbone of America’s power-projection capability is its ability to get to a fight ‘the firstest with the mostest,’” wrote Gaffney. Something tells me that doing it with aircraft fueled by slaughterhouse renderings is a very bad idea.

No less important is the future of our fighter jet fleet. It is the subject of a huge congressional debate concerning the next generation of fighters, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). More specifically, the debate involves the engine to power it. But the rub doesn’t involve which engine to use; the argument is whether the F-35 engine should be sole-sourced to a single manufacturer or whether production should be shared by two manufacturers.

One engine is the F135, made by Pratt & Whitney. As with any technological advance, Pratt & Whitney encountered various problems in the development process because the F-35 is designed for use by three different service branches, each with different missions and engine requirements.

More to the point, these services comprise the overwhelming majority of our national jet fighter capability so many in Congress are advocating the production of a second engine. That would be the F136, produced jointly by General Electric and Rolls Royce.

The issue centers on fleet reliability and comes down to an easy and obvious question: Is it prudent for 80-90% of the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Marine Corp’s fighter jet fleet to be dependent on a single engine from a sole-source provider? The answer is no.

If mechanical flaws or difficulties occur, or if that sole-source provider suffers an industrial accident, a labor dispute or terrorist attack, the entire fighter fleet could be grounded.
The Government Accountability Office (GAO) laid it out in starker terms, noting, “Because the JSF is expected to be the primary fighter aircraft in the U.S. inventory, and Pratt & Whitney will also be the sole-source provider of F119 engines for the F-22A aircraft, DOD is faced with the potential scenario where almost the entire fleet could be dependent on similar engine cores, produced by the same contractor in a sole-source environment.”

Despite the strategic risks noted by the GAO, the GE/Rolls Royce engine has been batted about in Congress like a ping pong ball. As Defense Industry Daily noted some years ago, “The Pentagon attempted to remove Fiscal Year 2007 funding from the F-35 Lightning II’s second engine option, the GE/Rolls Royce F136.” But eliminating that funding wasn’t so neat and tidy, and the newspaper further reported, “Many in the U.S. Congress, meanwhile, were openly skeptical of handing Pratt & Whitney’s F135 engine the keys to the entire F-35 fleet.”

F136 funding was re-inserted and development continued on schedule until the FY 2008 budget came around and the Pentagon again tried to remove funding. Congress disagreed and, supported by the GAO’s estimate of $20 billion of tax savings over the life of the program with both the F135 and the F136 engines, again reinstated funding.

Production on the F-35 is increasing but testing is not expected to be complete before 2014 and the engine issue remains unresolved. The Obama Administration now considers avoiding the risk of a systemic sole-source engine failure as a luxury and seems willing to back up that position.

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has reportedly urged President Obama to veto the 2011 defense authorization bill if the final version includes any money for the GE/Rolls Royce engine.

I cite this to alert you to the irrationality that is driving decisions affecting our most vital national defense capabilities. When a Secretary of Defense proposes a veto of an entire defense authorization over an additional engine for the next generation of fighter jets we’re witnessing something that’s not just absurd; it’s reckless.

The notion that we can’t afford a second F-35 engine is not true. What we cannot afford is to permit our jet fighter fleet and our air transport fleet be put at an indefensible risk when the fate of the nation rests upon both.

In spite of all of Hollywood’s assurances, I’m losing faith in our ability to intercept a rampaging asteroid, millions of miles away in outer space, before it smashes into planet Earth. Even though Bruce Willis in Armageddon saved us with a minimal amount of discomfort, the problems we’ve experienced trying to plug an oil leak a mere 5,000 feet under the surface of the ocean have undermined my trust.

If America can’t fix something we can see on underwater TV – without the transmission delay experienced in space – I think it will be curtains when Mr. Meteor comes calling.

(Which brings to mind a question: isn’t it lucky Jiffy Lube isn’t owned British Petroleum? Somehow Permanent Lube doesn’t have quite the same marketing appeal.)

In the meantime, I certainly feel safer with this week’s announcement that President Obama is sending Attorney General Eric Holder to the Gulf. If there are any oil–soaked illegal aliens washing ashore, he will see to it that they are adequately cared for and put on the fast track to citizenship.

Holder’s secondary mission will be to see if there was any “malfeasance” in connection with British Petroleum’s salt water lube job. This is certainly reassuring because there is nothing like videotape of oil executives posting bond to dry up an oil leak.

An added educational benefit, too. Now “environmentalists” know how conservatives feel when the administration treats terrorism as a law enforcement matter. Talk about your “junk shot.”

Arresting the same people who are in charge of plugging the leak may complicate the chain of command, at least in the near term. Sort of like one of those French Foreign Legion movies where the authorities capture the band of deserters only to discover they have to depend on the runaways to help them fight their way out of rampaging Arab tribesmen (not to be confused with rampaging asteroids).

But it was obvious a “get tough” policy was coming when the most public relations–obsessed administration in history declared it would no longer share a news conference podium with BP. Which for the BP folks is the crisis equivalent of coming home after a hard day at the wellhead and finding your clothes on the front lawn.

Obamanites are angry because BP was unable to provide the White House with a plan for plugging the leak that contained a firm timeline, PowerPoint presentation and location for the “Mission Accomplished” news conference after the oil stopped squirting. Their thinking was — BP knew the leak was down there, why didn’t they try something that worked the first time?

Obviously this manifestly inexperienced administration has never heard Gen. Helmuth von Moltke’s maxim: “No battle plan survives contact with the enemy.”

Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell’s plan to start offshore drilling in the near future and use the royalty revenue for roads won’t survive this spill either. Obama has pulled the plug on any additional offshore drilling leases to placate the enviro lobby.

I foresee high schools changing their charitable efforts from diseases to infrastructure by holding car washes to raise money to repair highways, although how the kids think they will be able to drive when the gasoline is $10/gallon escapes me.

The good news is at those prices, traffic won’t be a problem on the road. The bad news is society may be a problem like in The Road.

What’s more, we will get all this social decay without waiting for the advent of “global warming.” Which brings me to Virginia’s intrepid Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli and his latest faceoff with the Commonwealth’s universities. Cuccinelli has subpoenaed documents from former UVA professor Michael Mann who is currently embroiled in the “climategate” email scandal.

Cuccinelli is investigating whether Mann deliberately skewed climate data to support his case for “global warming” when he applied for publicly–funded grants. This sort of behavior is called fraud and should attract the attention of any AG doing his job.

Naturally uproar ensues. My favorite was when the newspaper on the Potomac described the university as “fiercely independent.” Try fiercely infantile: the university sucks at the government teat for almost all its sustenance and throws a temper tantrum whenever it doesn’t get its way.

These welfare intellectuals have “academic freedom” which means they aren’t bound by the petty rules the taxpayers who foot the bill have to live by. The fact that Cuccinelli’s investigation touches on “global warming,” the new elite belief system, only adds to academic outrage.

I wonder what the response of university administrators would be if Cuccinelli was investigating a creationist professor? A professor the AG thought was concealing breakthrough evidence that Adam & Eve did not actually ride dinosaurs when they were expelled from Eden. A professor who reportedly flaunted his season tickets to lacrosse games.

You know as well as I do that “fiercely independent” administrators would be passing out torches and pitchforks at the student union.

President Obama’s Administration and its supportive media repeatedly say our 1970 Apollo 13 experience is analogous to the effort to contain and cap the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Not hardly!

The rescue of Astronauts Jim Lovell, Fred Haise and Jack Swigert, after an oxygen tank explosion on their spacecraft, illustrates how complex technical accidents should be handled, in contrast to the Gulf fiasco. Nothing in the government’s response to the blowout and explosion on the Deepwater Horizon and its aftermath bears any resemblance to the response to the Apollo 13 situation by the National Aeronautic and Space Administration and its Mission Control team at the Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston.

“Failure was not an option” for Gene Kranz and his Apollo 13 flight controllers and engineers. In contrast, failure clearly has been an option for President Obama and those claiming to have been on top of this situation “from day one” in his White House and in the Departments of Interior, Energy and Homeland Security. With no single, competent, courageous and knowledgeable leader in charge of a comparably competent, courageous and knowledgeable team as we had with Apollo 13, the Administration has been doomed to failure from the start. The President, without any experience in real-world management of anything, much less a crisis, has no idea how to deal with a situation as technically complex as the Gulf oil spill.

Whatever may be the culpability of British Petroleum and its federal regulators in causing and dealing with the accident, it has been left to BP engineers and managers and to Gulf State officials to respond as best they can in a regulatory environment that is politically charged, incompetent, fearful and hesitant.

Absolutely no reason exists to assume that any part of the Federal Government has engineering expertise comparable to the petroleum industry that can be applied to this or any future energy-related crisis. Certainly, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, and Energy Secretary Steven Chu have no more experience in these matters than does the President.

Salazar’s empty threat to “push BP out of the way” has no basis as a realistic option and best illustrates the floundering of the Obama Administration. Indeed, from “day one,” the expertise of the entire U.S. and British drilling and production industry should have been mobilized to combat this spill, with a single experienced engineering manager in charge. It still is not too late to start doing it right.

A more appropriate analogy from the Apollo era would be the recovery from the tragic fire during a pre-launch test on January 27, 1967, that took the lives of astronauts Gus Grissom, Ed White and Roger Chaffee. The Apollo 204 fire occurred in the clearly recognized crisis atmosphere of the Cold War, in which America raced to demonstrate to the world the superiority of freedom over the Communist oppression of the Soviet Union. The Deepwater Horizon explosion took place in the equally apparent crisis of America’s dependence on sources of oil from foreign nations governed or intimidated by our enemies or economic competitors. There, however, the validity of the 204 fire analogy ceases.

The NASA’s response to the 204 fire was to rapidly implement its previously well-formulated, objective investigation of its causes, both technical and managerial. Managerial responsibilities were identified, and George Low and his engineering team made appropriate changes without a prolonged exercise in finger pointing or the delays of another Presidential, buck-passing “commission.” NASA of that day moved forward and even accelerated the Apollo effort to its successful conclusion. Apollo 8’s Frank Borman, Jim Lovell and Bill Anders orbited the Moon less than two years after the 204 fire. Seven months after that, on July 20, 1969, Apollo 11’s Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin, with Mike Collins in orbit overhead, landed on the Moon.

The lessons from the 204 fire were applied and we moved on. In contrast, President Obama’s and his Administration’s otherwise rambling response to the Deepwater Horizon explosion has been to stop offshore oil exploration by the United States. How misguided and, indeed, how either ignorant or devious can our President be!?

President Obama has shown repeatedly that the best interests of the American people are a lower priority than his ideological goal of changing America from what it has been, to some mystical, socialist utopia with a renewable-energy-based standard of living equivalent to that of the late 1800s. As if the Administration could not make its ineffective, disjointed response to the Deepwater Horizon accident any worse, it did not even use previously established sea surface burn-off and dispersant procedures to minimize the effects of the spill.

In addition, it has inexcusably delayed approving and assisting in Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal’s request to protect the state’s shores and wildlife habitats, by building offshore sand barriers – as unnecessary as having to make that request should have been. And this is the government that Congress and the President want to run healthcare, immigration, banking, carbon emissions, auto manufacturing, and everything else in American life?

The geologists, engineers, and on-site managers responsible for the Deepwater Horizon drilling effort understood that drilling to an oil reservoir through 13,000 of rock in 5000 feet of seawater would be very difficult. They knew that their geophysically defined target, typical of Gulf petroleum reservoirs, would be a complex mix of crude oil, natural gas and brine, contained in porous and permeable rock. Because of the rock and water depth, the reservoir also would be under very high pressure. In this situation, a reliable blowout preventer, a crimping device installed on the pipe near the floor of the sea, would be essential to reduce the risk of both a spill and potential explosion on the Deepwater Horizon.

Current information indicates that BP installed a defective blowout preventer and did not have a deep-water, robotically emplaced crimping technique as a backup to the blowout preventer. Essential to the prevention of future accidents will be an objective, complete technical and managerial investigation of why a geological and engineering situation of known risks spun out of control. The primary question is, will such an investigation be possible in the politically charged, adversarial “boot on the neck” atmosphere created by President Obama and his team? Imagine if such an atmosphere had surrounded the 204 fire investigation and recovery.

Responsibility for the Deepwater Horizon accident ultimately lies with the chaotic regulatory environment for petroleum exploration created over recent decades by the Congress, courts, Department of the Interior and environmental pressure groups. Will we learn anything about regulatory overkill from this tragic loss of eleven lives, extensive environmental damage, and disruption of business and employment in the Gulf?

Elimination of access to most on-shore and near-shore oil production prospects has driven American exploration away from more easily discoverable and producible resources – and into the much more dangerous and technically challenging deep waters of the seas and oceans. Even then, drilling and production accidents are exceedingly rare, in spite of the geological, engineering and weather-related difficulties that explorers and producers face as a consequence of these misguided restrictions.

Long-term, history reminds us that naturally and accidentally released oil in the oceans disappears due to bacterial action. Remember that the fuel oil which blackened the world’s beaches as a result of World War II ship destruction disappeared after only a few years, and ocean life survived. The Gulf oil spill will not be this Nation’s most serious environmental crisis: World War II tops it by orders of magnitude in more than just this respect.

If America and freedom are to survive indefinitely, the next Congress must begin to restore sanity and intelligence to national energy policy. Until economically competitive alternatives become fully feasible, fossil fuels will remain the mainstay of our economy. Our dependence on unstable foreign sources of oil has become one of our greatest national security vulnerabilities, and only domestic production can solve it in the next 50 years.

The 2010 elections thus become a critical starting point to bring rational, constitutional, America-first thinking back into the Federal Government.

“In a ‘candid and constructive’ human rights dialogue with officials from the People’s Republic of China last week, Obama administration officials brought up Arizona’s new immigration-enforcement law, telling the Chinese Communists it was an example of a “troubling trend” in the United States and an indication of ‘discrimination or potential discrimination’ in American society.”

China has fifty-five minority groups, which comprise a mere 8% of the nation’s population. These ethnic groups of China are all Asiatics, with Han Chinese making up 91.9% of China’s population. The Han dominate all of China, both culturally and politically.

Communist China (PRC) is an insular and racially homogeneous society, with the dominant Han culture being restricted as to internal travel within that nation. Red China does NOT recognize the “multicultural” paradigm, much less the freedom of the open road.

In a culture such as China, where saving face is of paramount importance in garnering respect, the Obama administration has proven once again that it is composed of a bunch of rank amateurs in the field of diplomacy and international relations, not to mention domestic ones–where the alleged “president” offends the American people by labeling them “irresponsible” for enforcing federal law.

The subject of “American racism” was not broached by the commie Chinese, but was mentioned repeatedly–as if America had a guilty conscience for repelling Mexican invaders– according to Michael H. Posner, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State.

That guilty conscience comes from a “president” with no paper trail, whose illegal alien aunt just skated on a free pass.

Such base groveling is more worthy of a client state, than a superpower, but the Obama administration has “distinguished” itself by repeated violations of international protocol, in bowing before foreign potentates and apologizing for the many alleged sins of America.

Senators John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) have called on the State Department responsible for human rights issues to “retract and apologize” for informing officials of the Communist government of China–in an indulgent, gut-spilling manner– that Arizona’s new immigration-enforcement law is an example of a “troubling trend in American society.”

Senator John McCain knows a kowtow when he sees it, from his time of suffering as a POW of the North Vietnamese.
In a letter to Assistant Secretary of State Michael Posner, the senators indicated that during the recent U.S.-China Human Rights Dialogue, Arizona’s law was implied to be the moral equivalent of the way China treats its own people, so the gut-spilling and kowtowing on the part of the State Department was not only a useless apology by America, but a not so subtle hint that China is a human rights abuser. Thus two gaffes were committed with one stone. The letter also indicated that according to the State Department’s 2009 Human Rights Report, “China remains one of the worst human rights offenders and its record is only worsening.”

America has shown the face of weakness–not strength–by the self-indulgent “admission” that the country which elected a black president, must now apologize to a country which has discriminated in the past against black Americans, during the Chinese Olympics in 2008.

What must Red China now be thinking of a nation which apologizes for defending its borders and electing a black president?

“Beijing police have been visiting bar owners in the popular Sanlitun area and asking them to sign pledges agreeing to not serve black people or Mongolians and ban activities including dancing.

Bar owners said that police have been clamping down on black people and Mongolians, who are sometimes implicated in drug dealing and prostitution, as part of an Olympic clean-up campaign that they and locals fear will make for a secure but sterile Games.”

“But reporter Amy Beeman of AHN, notes that ‘some Africans reported being charged double what other’s pay as entry fees,’ and others recently told the World Net Daily that they were forced to show their passports prior to being allowed into a bar. No one else had to show such identification.”

“Athletes who display Tibetan flags at Olympic venues — including in their own rooms — could be expelled from this summer’s Games in Beijing under anti-propaganda rules.

Unfurling Free Tibet banners or wearing Save Darfur T-shirts at Olympic venues are acts likely to be regarded as a breach of the charter, which was introduced after the American athletes Tommie Smith and John Carlos gave the Black Power salute on the podium at the 1968 Games in Mexico City. But there are still many grey areas and concerns among human rights campaigners that athletes’ right to free speech will be curtailed to avoid embarrassing their Chinese hosts.”

Maybe the citizens of Arizona should also put an end to the practice of the Mexican occupation army marching in the cities of Arizona at the head of a Mexican flag and running that flag up over federal installations as an overt act of war. If Arizona were to enforce “anti-propaganda rules,” perhaps a truly “candid and constructive” dialogue might be prosecuted, which would not “offend” China.

This writer is “sure” the commie Chinese will be “really sensitive” to the fact that apparent Mexican nationals will now be required to show identification–on the commission of a crime– in Arizona.

The Red Chinese are in fact so “culturally sensitive” that they think nothing of their top generals mouthing off to America that it will be vaporized by Chinese nuclear weapons and that the Chinese are a superior race, in search of lebensraum in America.

China is prepared to use nuclear weapons against the U.S. during a confrontation over Taiwan:

“If the Americans draw their missiles and position-guided ammunition on to the target zone on China’s territory, I think we will have to respond with nuclear weapons,”

General Zhu Chenghu.

“The State Department is pushing back against allegations that it, in essence, apologized to China over potential human rights violations here in the U.S.. Assistant Secretary of State, Michael Posner, told reporters Friday in a discussion about human rights, the U.S. delegation brought up Arizona’s new immigration law, calling it a ‘troubling trend in our society.’

Both of Arizona’s Republican senators demanded a retraction and apology from Posner, calling his remarks particularly offensive. And Indiana Republican Congressman Dan Burton slammed the comments made to what he called ‘one of the most repressive societies in the world.’”

The only “troubling trend” is the apology tours of the Obama administration.

Resident Obama has failed to learn the lesson he suffered when he made overtures to China, by refusing to meet with the Dalai Lama and then found that those efforts had not been reciprocated by better cooperation on the part of China with North Korea, Iran and other vital U.S. interests.

The Obama administration needs to consult the field guide for chief executives written by the Greatest American, Patrick J. Buchanan. That book is: Where the Right Went Wrong, Chapter Five.

“America must open her eyes. Rulers who brutalize Christians and dissidents, conduct cultural genocide in Tibet and forcibly perform abortions on and sterilize women for becoming pregnant with a second child, speak with forked tongue when they tell us they share our values. What they do to their own, given the power, they will do to us.”

This writer was watching a program–about a Nevada homicide investigation unit last night– on television, regarding a drug deal gone bad. The detectives were covering the case of a group of Latino gang-bangers who had committed the execution-style murder of two fellow Hispanics. The killers were “doing jobs Americans won’t do,” by serving as humble porters and packing the corpses into suitcases for transport to their car trunk.

Various interrogation techniques employed by police detectives to garner confessions from the suspects were showcased. A sting operation was set up in the apartment of one of the gang-bangers, with a hidden camera and recording device installed inside the television set, to extract an unwitting confession of murder from the perpetrator. The Mexican national who killed the men bragged “I’m smart!” on tape, in front of his accessories to the crime.

This television saga of crime and punishment is directly applicable to the most current outrage coming off Capitol Hill, as the Speaker of the House has now directly implicated herself on tape as a severely incapacitated individual, i.e. mental defective, who has become a direct threat to the national security of the United States of America.

Nancy Pelosi has now appeared on film and uttered the words which by all standards of keeping the public safe from white collar criminals, would qualify her for a straitjacket and a seat in the rubber room. She is telling musicians and other creative types to just quit their jobs and the state will take care of everything by rewarding them with free health care. She imagines this “magnanimity” will translate to an “entrepreneurial” spirit, which will free artists to pursue their thing without the complication of having to work for a living.

This public parasite, Pelosi, is so used to living off the slavery of the American people, that she imagines herself in a position to bestow dukedoms to deadbeats along with baronies and baloney.

Pelosi made these remarks while speaking at the Capitol on Wednesday to the Asian American and Pacific Islanders Summit.

What was that about the Obama administration labeling the citizens of Arizona “irresponsible?”

This woman is as mad as a March Hare and she can no longer control her glaringly apparent insanity. She is an obvious danger to herself–in the form of a noble legacy–and others.

According to this bill, even if one is a bad musician, that places him on an equal footing with an artist who makes enough to purchase health insurance. Salieri, meet Mozart!

Never mind, there is no logic here to decipher. What stands for reason is pure unadulterated communism and Mad Hatter shenanigans.

If this writer were Rachel Maddow, he–Victor/Victoria– would call it “racist and illiterate.”

A blogger with the handle “SirAndrew,” summed up the Pelosi mind-set quite succinctly:

“I am thinking of building a 8ft tall model of the George Washington bridge using toothpicks & glue. The reason leftists and other loony liberals(Marxists) of the intelligentsia choose to marginalize the great American people, by labeling the patriots of the Tea Party movement as “right-wing nut jobs,” is because they are projecting their own inadequacies onto people who have a legitimate stake in preserving their country, from those who would destroy it, by turning it into Animal Farm.

It is the liberals of the Obama administration who are quite literally insane and they prove it daily by not fulfilling the will of the American people, but to the contrary, doing everything in their power to thwart the national resolve.

This latest utterance of Nancy Pelosi clinches the argument and stands as solid testimony and self-damning evidence that she can no longer conceal her irresponsible weltanschauung, especially in light of the fact that she has openly called for granting citizenship to Mexican invaders who break into our country.

Somebody must have spiked the water supply on Capitol Hill with LSD-25, as all of the lawmakers seem teetering on the brink of total cranial meltdown.

Or maybe those musicians are the mariachi street band members who want to “rewrite” our national anthem.

This modern-day Marie Antoinette has now advised every current and potential deadbeat that entrepreneurship has now been redefined. “Let them eat the toil and sweat of the taxpayer” says she.

Months ago we warned that Obama’s Socialist government would be coming after the American workers/retiree’s savings. We warned that our new “collectivists” government was going to seek some way of looting America’s retirement funds and simply taking that money for America’s new socialist government to use towards payment of the humongous debt the Obama Regime has run up with their host of socialist/marxist’ programs… including ObamaCare.

Many of you thought it was a stretch, and you didn’t believe us because, well, it was just TOO difficult to believe that your government, an AMERICAN government would do that to it’s citizens.

What you didn’t take into account was… the Obama Regime is a SOCIALIST Regime! America is now a SOCIALIST COUNTRY!

We warmed you about ALL of this long before the election in 2008 and the majority of American voters either refused to believe they were voting for a socialist, or WANTED TO VOTE FOR A SOCIALIST! Either way, America wound up with a socialist government having already elected a socialist majority to run the US Senate and the US House of Representatives in 2006.

Well, dear American Electorate, you got what you voted for: Change – change from a constitutional republic and a capitalist economic system to a socialist/marxist government and a faltering capitalist economy headed for the doldrums because it cannot operate efficiently with overbearing government oversight and intrusion.

Wall street’s seeming resuscitation is momentary. Conservative pundits have been telling you for months to expect this uptick in the economy – before it nosedives again.

None of this comes as a surprise to us. We TOLD you it would happen. And now it has.

Now comes even more confirmation of our predictions concerning the government confiscation of your pension.

From Investor’s Business Dailey comes this: “Government Retirement: Democrats have obliquely admitted they covet Americans’ pensions. Last week, congressional Republicans told them to stay away. The shame is that they had to do anything at all.

The first rumblings were heard in the 1990s, when Democrats were said to be coming after our retirement accounts. Back then, the warnings were easy to pass off as hyperbole or a cranky conspiracy theory. Today, they pass as prescient.

In January, Bloomberg reported the “U.S. Treasury and Labor Departments will ask for public comment as soon as next week on ways to promote the conversion of 401(k) savings and individual retirement accounts into annuities or other steady payment streams, according to Assistant Labor Secretary Phyllis C. Borzi and Deputy Assistant Treasury Secretary Mark Iwry.”

Alarms went off. In February, former House Speaker New Gingrich and policy analyst Peter Ferrara warned in our “On The Right” column that “Washington is developing plans for your retirement savings.”

“The idea,” they said, “is for the government to take your retirement savings in return for a promise to pay you some monthly benefit in your retirement years.

“They will tell you that you are ‘investing’ your money. … But they will use your money immediately to pay for their unprecedented trillion-dollar budget deficits, leaving nothing to back up their political promises, just as they have raided the Social Security trust funds.”

In the same article IBD reports the following: “Last week, Connie Hair wrote the following in Human Events about the Annual Report of the White House Task Force on the Middle Class released in February:

“The radical solution most favored by Big Labor is the seizure of private 401(k) plans for government disbursement — which lets them off the hook for their collapsing retirement scheme. And, of course, the Obama administration is eager to accommodate their buddies.” (Read the entire article HERE.)

It IS coming – unless we stop them. The American socialist government IS going to redistribute America’s wealth. They are going to take it from those who worked their butts off to earn it and they are going to give it to those who did not — for whatever reason. That is what socialists do. That is how socialists gain and maintain their power.

Someone once said: “When you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can always count on the support of Paul!” That is gospel truth, dear reader! The recipients of the seeming government largesse will go to the polls in tidal waves to protect their source of sustenance.

This coming November, if we want to save America and return her to a constitutional republic as the founders intended, we cannot sit on our butts and expect others to do the job for us. Because, dear reader, we are simply outnumbered. And — if Amnesty For Illegal Aliens (Immigration Reform) is passed into law — we will be even more outnumbered as they trample over each other to get to the polls to vote for those who made them citizens — even though they are lawbreakers.

Look around you fellow Americans! Look at the cesspool America has become since the Obama Regime took office. Look back as far as the election of 2006 when the socialists were chosen to rule the Congress. There is clearly a red line drawn across the recent history of America that only a blind fool cannot see!

We must save America from the socialist menace. We owe it to the millions of Americans who have gone before us and given their lives to preserve the constitutional republic of our Founders. We owe it to our children and our grandchildren to hand an America, at least as good as the one we inherited from our parents, on to them.

Just as surely as Germany made a national mistake, which led to their destruction in the Second World War, we Americans have made a huge national mistake, which is leading us straight down the path to destruction. But, unlike the Germans, we have the power to correct that mistake — if we move quickly. If we do not take advantage of the moment, we will soon find ourselves as helpless as the Germans of the last century and we, too, shall be destroyed.

Remember in November. We must rid ourselves of the albatross of an American Socialist Government hanging so heavily around our necks and purge our Congress of the Socialists, and Progressives, and Marxists now in power.

We have one chance at this – one chance to make this right. We must not fail.

Bare Naked Islam posted a video of  Attorney General Holder’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee.  In this video, Eric Holder is being questioned by Rep. Lamar Smith R, Tx., who is trying to coax the A.G. into giving a straight answer to a crooked question. I have attempted to format Rep. Smith’s questions  in Century Gothic and A.G. Holder’s answers in Ariel.

In the case of all three attempts in the last year, the terrorist attempts, one of which was successful,  those individuals have had ties to radical Islam.  Do you feel that these individuals might have been incited to take the actions that they did because of  radical Islam?

Because of? –Radical Islam.–There are a variety of reasons why I think people have taken these actions. Its hard–I think you have to look at each individual case. I mean we are in the process now of  talking to Mr. Shahzad to try to understand what it is that drove him to take the action he took.

But  radical Islam could have been one of the reasons ?

There are a variety of reasons–But was radical Islam one of  them? –  There are a variety of reasons why people do these things. Some of them are potentially religious convictions–But all I’m asking is if you think among those variety of reasons, radical Islam might have been one of the reasons that the individuals took the steps that they did?– We say radical Islam…I think those people who espouse a version of Islam that is not–Are you uncomfortable with attributing any of their actions to radical Islam it sounds like it?–No, I don’t want to say anything negative about a religion that is not appropriate–I’m talking about radical Islam, I’m not talking about the general religion–Right and I’m saying  that a person like Anwar Awlaki,– for instance, who has a version of Islam that is not consistent with the teachings of of it and espouses a radical version–Could Radical Islam have motivated have motivated these individuals to take the steps that they did? –I certainly think that it is possible that people who espouse a radical version of Islam have had an ability to have an impact on people like Mr. Shahzad.–And could it have been the case in one of these three instances ?–Could that have been the case?–Yes–again, could one of these three individuals have been incited by radical Islam? Apparently you feel that they could have been.– I think potentially incited by a view of Islam that is inconsistent with–It is hard to get an answer   yes or no but let me go on to my next question, …

Rush Limbaugh & Sean  Hannity had fun with this video clip, playing the sound track for their audiences.  They drew attention to the fact that Holder carefully avoided attributing terror attacks to “radical Islam”.  Since I am an amateur, not dependent on advertisers for revenue, I can analyze the dialog more deeply than the professionals who are beholden to political correctness.

There are two critical statements in the dialog.

• “No, I don’t want to say anything negative about a religion that is not appropriate”
• “I’m talking about radical Islam, I’m not talking about the general religion”

These politicians are trying to convey a false concept of Islam: that it is a religion with  ‘radical’ and ‘moderate’ forms.  Islam is a way of life, not a religion.  Its religious component is a social control mechanism which shields the aggressive way of life from recognition while it motivates Muslims to participate in genocidal conquest.  Their tactic has two objectives: first, to avoid being labeled  “racist” & “bigot”, second to avoid offending potential voters.

Some insightful person whose identity I have forgotten, said “Its Islam, Stupid.”.  Qualifiers such as ‘radical’ and catch phrases such as ‘Islamofascism’ distract us from objective factual reality which few are willing to acknowledge.

This hadith reveals too much about Islam, pay close attention to the parts I have emphasized.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will madisgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Jihad and agriculture are presented as alternative ways of life, agriculture is rejected in favor of jihad.  Jihad is their “original religion”.  That should give you a clue.

Don’t hand me the standard line of crap about jihad being a struggle against your ego. Moe waged war against anyone he could plunder, he did not struggle against temptation. After all, he married a six year old girl. He also married the wife of his adopted son  and seven other women besides captives and slaves he sexually exploited.  Jihad is defined in Islamic law as “to war against non-Muslims“.
One  Qur’an verse  conveys vital knowledge, affording you another clue.

9:111. Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .

Fight in Allah’s cause, kill & be killed; its what Muslims do.  Got a clue yet?  The Qur’an mandates jihad, declaring that it is ordained for Muslims.  It also commands Muslims to wage war against disbelievers. Surah Al-Anfal  39 commands Muslims to fight pagans until  resistance ceases and only Allah is worshiped.  Surah At-Taubah 29 commands them to fight “people of the book”  until we are subjugated and submit to annual extortion demands. Moe confirmed those imperatives, as recorded in Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387.

Think back to the playing of the cockpit voice recorder after 9/11.  What did they say while they slit the  throats of the crew?  What did Nidal Malik Hasan  say when he opened fire at Fort Hood?  Why shout “All?hu Akbar”? Mohammad Atta has the  answer for you: “When the confrontation begins, strike like champions who do not want to go back to this world. Shout, ‘Allahu Akbar,’ because this strikes fear in the hearts of the non-believers.”  Allah is greatest just happens to be what they say when they slaughter a goat for eid and when slitting the throat of a captive.

What is the objective of striking fear?  It is done for the purpose of rendering us confused, agitated and unable to mount an effective defense; to make us easy prey.  It is commanded in Surah Al-Anfal 12 & 60.  It is exemplified in Surat Al-Ahzab 26 & Al-Hashr 2. It is celebrated in Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331 & 4.52.220.  Terrorism is not exceptional.  Terrorism is not radical. Terrorism is not extreme; it is an intrinsic part of orthodox Islam.

This past March, AIPAC (The American Israel Public Affairs Committee) released a statement in which they took the Obama Administration to task for what they described as “escalated rhetoric” from the Obama Administration. In their statement, AIPAC said the following:

“The Obama Administration’s recent statements regarding the U.S. relationship with Israel are a matter of serious concern. AIPAC calls on the Administration to take immediate steps to defuse the tension with the Jewish State.” AIPAC went on to say: “The Administration should make a conscious effort to move away from public demands and unilateral deadlines directed at Israel, with whom the United States shares basic, fundamental, and strategic interests.”

I agree with AIPAC.  In fact, a growing number of Americans agree with AIPAC.  There can be no question that Obama is anti-Israel.  For anyone who has paid attention to Obama’s attitude toward Israel, it is clear that the American President is making a deliberate effort to destroy the US/Israeli relationship.  With every back-handed slap at Israel and their Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, it is ever more evident that Obama wishes to break all ties the US has with our only ally in the Middle East.

The naiveté of Obama is going to cost America and the world a terrible price.  For war is coming in the Middle East.  The coming war will render the two current conflicts involving the US, Iraq, and Afghanistan, the status of Sunday School picnics.

Historically, whenever Israel’s enemies sense a lessening of the strong bonds between Israel and the US, they attack.  Now that those bonds have been publicly loosened, if not completely broken, there is no doubt Israel will soon be under attack from both the north and the south and possibly even from Iran, directly, with ballistic missiles.

Obama may be afraid to use nuclear weapons in defense of this country, but rest assured that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is certainly not afraid to protect his country’s very existence with Israeli nuclear weapons.  Israel has made it clear that in a life or death struggle, they WILL turn to their nuclear arsenal — and they have a substantial number of nukes, more than enough to wipe out a few prime targets located in their enemies country.

On the immediate horizon, however, is the impeding air strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities.  With the bonds broken between Israel and America, the Israeli government will feel no compulsion to “request” permission to strike Iran when THEY make the decision to do so. And that could be any day.

Of course, there is the strong rumor about that Obama will order US aircraft to shoot down Israeli bombers. Understand, there is strong hostility towards Israel from the left wing in the Obama Administration as well as from the Congress.  Zbigniew Brzezinski, you may remember him as the former National Security Advisor from the limp leftist administration of Jimmy Carter, has suggested that it may become necessary for US aircraft to shoot down Israeli bombers as they pass through Iraqi airspace en route to bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities. (SOURCE).  Iran’s Bushehr reactor is expected to go online sometime this summer.  Time is growing short for an attack to neutralize that threat to Israel.  And Israel knows it — and they have not been sitting idly by.

We can only speculate as to why Obama feels so hostile toward Israel as he so obviously does.  Some have suggested that it is a result of the time he spent with Rashid Khalidi (reported to be an associate of Yassir Arafat at the time) while at the University of Chicago.

Whatever the reason, it has become evident that Obama intends to cut the ties between the US and Israel.  Of all the blunders, and grievous errors in judgment Obama has made, so far, this is the worse, by far.  It could easily blow up in his face. It could spark another world war.  Blundering narcissistic fools who perceive themselves as Caesar-like emperors have a way of triggering events that lead to the deaths of multitudes of their fellow human beings.  I fear we are about to witness one of those events.  One might even say we are on the threshold of Armageddon.

Nero fiddled while Rome burned the legend tells us.  Obama just makes endless speeches filled with the words “I.” “Me,” “my,” “mine,” and droning on about his accomplishments and his plans for his government.

Just over the horizon we can see the glow of the flames of an approaching conflagration.

It is almost beyond comprehension that Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) and Sen. Joseph Lieberman (I-CT) will introduce the Cap-and-Trade Act on Wednesday, May 12th, for consideration by the Senate. It is being passed off as a “climate bill” with provisions for more oil drilling, but it is an assault on reality, on science, on common sense, and on any future economic growth of the nation.

The nation’s prisons are filled with men still claiming to be innocent after trials filled with evidence of their guilt. Denial of the truth is their last resort and this metaphor reflects what is happening in the utterly corrupt community of “global warming” liars and their associates in the U.S. government.

Recently 225 “scientists” wrote a letter defending global warming. It was published in the journal “Science”, one of the many such publications that have become as corrupt as those at the center of the global warming scam.
Based on last November’s leaked emails among those most responsible for the data at the heart of the global warming scam, it was revealed that the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change had been systematically publishing false climate information and analysis.

Moreover, the photo used to illustrate the “scientists” letter was photo-shopped to show a polar bear on a small piece of ice surrounded by water. The deception included the fact that many of the signatories to the letter lack credibility. Among the first 20 listed, none work in the field of climate science.

As reported by Tony Hake of Climate Change Examiner, “Pediatric surgeons, an expert in the Maya and Olmec civilizations, a chemist that studies bacteria, and a ‘computer pioneer’ with Microsoft, an electrical engineer, the chairman of a biotechnology firm, and even an expert studying corn are but a few of the 225 experts that signed the letter.”

Dr. Gerhard Kramm, an atmospheric scientist at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, fired off a letter disputing the usual claim that human activity is causing carbon dioxide emissions that are, in turn, causing global warming. “Until today, there is no scientific evidence that an increase of the globally averaged near-surface temperature by less than one Kelvin during the last 160 years can be linked to the increase of the atmospheric concentrations of so-called greenhouse gases.”

There is no global warming. Whatever warming occurred followed the end of a mini ice age that began around 1350. Around 1850 the Earth’s temperature increased about one degree Fahrenheit to its current level.

The United Nations has been the locus of the greatest hoax perpetrated in the modern era, codified in the bogus Kyoto Protocol, an international agreement that many nations signed onto in1997. The Clinton administration signed the agreement, but did not implement it due to a Senate resolution that unanimously rejected it.

The real aim of the global warming scam is the prospect of selling “carbon credits” in exchanges around the world, in effect selling air!

If the Cap-and-Trade Act is passed at the urging of the Obama administration, it will constitute the greatest tax on energy use in the history of the nation and it will energize exchanges, such as the one in Chicago, set up to buy and sell the carbon credits.

As reported by Investor’s Business Daily on May 7, “The carbon trading system being pushed here has spawned crime and fraud across the pond. Cap-and-Trade is not about saving the planet. It’s about money and power, and absolute power corrupting absolutely.”

The European Emissions Trading System is a warning to America. IBD described it as “a scam built upon a scam.” British and German law enforcement authorities have been busy arresting miscreants “as part of a pan-European crackdown on carbon credit VAT tax fraud.” And VAT, a valued added tax, is being advanced in the United States as a way to raise money to pay off our ever increasing debt.

“Last December,” reported IBD, “Europol, the European criminal intelligence agency, announced that Emissions Trade System fraud had resulted in about five billion euros in lost revenues as Europe’s carbon traders schemed to avoid paying Europe’s VAT and pocket the difference. In announcing the raid, the agency said that as much as 90% of Europe’s carbon trades were the result of fraudulent activity.”

The entire global warming theory has been a scam, a hoax and a fraud from the day it was first put forth. Its advocates, corrupt scientists, corrupted science journals, and all of the environmental organizations are hoping the same Congress that foisted Obamacare on Americans will do the same with Cap-and-Trade.

Illegal alien

2. a foreigner who enters the U.S. without an entry or immigrant visa, esp. a person who crosses the border by avoiding inspection or who overstays the period of time allowed as a visitor, tourist, or businessperson.

The hysteria pumped up by the useful fools in mainstream media and cable news network anchors over Arizona’s new immigration law is shameful. The temper tantrums by mayors and race baiters like Al Sharpton demanding the State of Arizona ignore the lawlessness in their state caused by the illegals invasion is putrid. A U.S. Congressman calling for the Department of Fatherland Security under Jan (the man) Napolitano to ignore any requests from law enforcement in the State of Arizona to determine citizenship status is beyond words. This is what such irresponsible actions are creating:

“It’s going to change our lives,” said Emilio Almodovar, a 13-year-old American citizen from Phoenix. “We can’t walk to school any more. We can’t be in the streets anymore without the pigs thinking we’re illegal immigrants.”

The pigs?

All to protect criminals. When was the last time you saw massive demonstrations and mayors come out in support of bank robbers?

Thieves steal what doesn’t belong to them. The same applies to the 22 million illegal aliens who have invaded our country openly and in our face, stealing jobs, natural resources and bankrupting the states in welfare, food stamps and medical care. Not to mention the massive amount of drugs coming across the border as well as gangs and terrorists. Arizona should just roll over and do nothing while their citizens suffer such madness.

There is no difference. A thief is a thief.

Oh, make no mistake about it, illegals are in an uproar and things are likely to get very ugly. Back on March 27, 2006, I wrote a column titled When Illegals Go Berserk, Will Your State be Prepared? Well, the situation is moving into a dangerous direction. Go watch to this harridan shout, “We will not stop! We will take up our shovels and pickaxes and we…we will use them against you! Believe that!”

We saw the hordes back in 2006 brazenly walk the streets shouting for non existent rights. Regardless of what activist judges who should have been removed from the bench by Congress say, since an individual has no right to be on U.S. soil, they don’t have constitutional rights. It doesn’t matter how loud they scream or how many media mouthpieces in print and cable support these criminals, it doesn’t change legal facts. Humane treatment during detention and then deportation.

When President Hoover deported a million illegal aliens and President Eisenhower deported 1.3 MILLION illegals, we did not see this blatant shove it you know where from mobs or the media. Hoover and Eisenhower had the guts to stand up to special interests to support the law and American workers. Jobs here in America belong to legal and naturalized citizens, not illegal aliens regardless of country of origin.

Today, the “progressive” media and their mouthpieces, politicians, advocacy groups and extremists like Al Sharpton have absolutely NO regard for American workers or the carnage heaped upon our country, destroying thousands of families and the victims of illegal aliens. It’s all about getting votes after rewarding criminals with amnesty and registered as Democrats.

Here are a few sobering facts:

We Spend about $397 Billion dollars in Welfare and Other Social Services for Illegals since 1996
There are about 5 million children of Illegals in the Public Schools.

There are  420,137 Illegals in the State of Arizona.

There are Currently 22,753,048 illegal immigrants in this country in our jails and 740,000 fugitives
They hold 11,570,070 Skilled jobs in this country.

The cost in human suffering from murders, rapes, slaughter by drunk Mexicans on our roads and highways, illegals driving with no insurance can’t even be calculated.

We have 26 million unemployed Americans. Those 11.5 MILLION jobs belong to Americans NOT illegals from Ireland, the Republic of Georgia, Philippines, commie China, Mexico or South America.
Dozens of states are on financial life support because of the financial meltdown which is going to get much worse. States cannot continue to fund unemployment for their citizens that are running into a year or more. States cannot continue shelling out millions for welfare because their legal citizens can’t find work because the jobs are held by illegal aliens.

America’s public school system has been run into the ground with the massive numbers of illegal students. And, once again, the Catholic Church is butting their nose into politics and issuing threats. America’s children are being cheated as resources are stretched thin because you have 5 MILLION illegal alien children in class rooms. Have you seen the militant college students who are here illegally demanding tuition breaks while you can’t even help your son or daughter pay for a community college because you’re being taxed to death to support illegals?

Illegals in Arizona now know they can be thrown into a federal holding/detention center if caught under this new law and then deported to country of origin. That means they can’t go back to their dwelling. If they have a mortgage, unless someone pays the loan, it will go into foreclosure. Their auto will be impounded, so that is gone. They won’t be able to run home and get the boyfriend, clothes, make up or anything else. Which is as it should be: Smuggle yourself across the border and you pay the price. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been here one day or 15 years. It doesn’t matter if you’re six or sixty, you have no right to be here. This isn’t a popularity contest about who is nice. Nice people don’t break the law. Do we excuse bank robbers just because they “want a better life” by stealing what doesn’t belong to them?

SF Mayor Gavin Newsom, as oily and smarmy a politician as they come, is calling for a boycott against Arizona. Other useful idiot mayors are joining the politically correct fray to protect illegal aliens and promote further lawlessness. Here’s a news flash for you, Mayor: I wouldn’t step foot in San Francisco if you gave me the keys to the city. I’m leaving next week to visit my family in California. Instead of heading up Colorado to 80, then west, I’m going up to Highway 40 which runs through Arizona. I’m spending my money at a hotel in Arizona as well as food and gas.

I say it’s now time to crack down on those who enable illegal aliens to remain in this country. The enablers have spent decades “empowering” these criminals while the U.S. government, specifically the Federal Department of Justice, has simply refused to prosecute them.

It’s time to change the game.

First, is employers. SHAME on any company in this country that knowingly hires illegals. I know a man in California who owns a construction business. He told me he hires illegals because they are cheap labor and with all the regulations and laws, he just couldn’t make his business stay afloat. After that conversation, I’ve never spoken with him again. Whose fault is that? Here’s the answer:

1. Why do employers so severely impacted keep voting the same job destroyers into your legislatures? If you state rep and/or senator continues to pass so many laws and regulations that make it impossible to run a profitable business, why do you keep voting them back into office?

2.  Why do employers across this country continue to vote the same incumbents back to Congress, like Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) who voted for treaties like NAFTA, GATT and CAFTA that have destroyed MILLIONS of good paying jobs and sent them off shore?

3.  Why do employers across this country continue to vote the same incumbents back to Congress who continue to allow agencies like the EPA, USDA and Dept of Labor to run amok issuing more and more regulations that make it impossible to run a profitable business?

4.  Why do employers across this country continue to vote the same incumbents back to Congress who refuse to get rid of the withholding tax and stop the unnecessary federal income tax? That would free up mountains of money so people can buy your products and services. Illegals are responsible for stagnant wages and higher taxes.

The solutions are there, but no one seems to want to implement them. Congressman Ron Paul has twice introduced bills to stop the bogus withholding tax which would pump millions of dollars into the economy tomorrow. There was no support from Republicans or those so caring Democrats. Yet, on March 2, 2010, here in Texas, every single incumbent running for reelection to Congress won their primary. That is a fact. For some reason, all those voters decided that sending the same crooks and whores back to Congress is going to change something.

Enablers

“But, what about state legislators who have voted to give these criminals driver’s licenses so they can work? Remember what the usurper in the White House, Obama/Soetoro said, “When I was a state senator in Illinois, I voted to require that illegal aliens get trained, get a license, get insurance to protect public safety. That was my intention. The problem we have here is not driver’s licenses. Undocumented workers do not come here to drive. They’re here to work.”

“They’re here to work? They have no right to even be in this country, much less help themselves to jobs that belong to Americans. Comrade Obama wants to reward them by stealing the fruits of your labor to train them, give them driver’s licenses and steal American jobs. This is the morally bankrupt individual people voted for to bring “change” and “hope.” Marxist Obama brought more of the same and worse. Juan McCain stands right next to him on this issue.

“This rot has seeped into the state houses as well. Four states of the Union allow these criminals to have driver’s licenses: Hawaii, New Mexico, Washington and Utah. Those state legislatures are aiding and abetting criminals who have violated federal laws. Those legislators and the governors have signaled loud and clear that it’s a good thing to reward those who break the law and rub it in our faces. What happens when an illegal with a Utah driver’s license hits and kills an American citizen in San Diego and then skips across the border? Are we then supposed to thank Utah’s legislature for the carnage they let loose?”

Why hasn’t the Director of the U.S. Census Bureau been indicted? February 2, 2010.

He visited several dilapidated makeshift homes off of a dirt road in a Laredo neighborhood called San Carlos to stress that census data will be kept confidential and not turned over to immigration authorities.”

However, the federal government recently notified the state that it was illegally determining eligibility for publicly-funded medical care known as Medicaid.”

County Gives $100k To Group That Aids Illegal Immigrants April 20, 2010

“In a disgraceful waste of tax dollars, a community group that assists illegal immigrants in the U.S. and helps them evade arrest has received $100,000 from a county that ironically has increased immigration enforcement in the last year.

“The public funds went to Progreso Hispano, a nonprofit in Fairfax Virginia that proudly helps illegal aliens and aims to empower them and improve the quality of their lives and communities. The charity also counsels illegal immigrants who get arrested and offers a handy guide for “undocumented” residents dealing with federal agents.

“Progreso Hispano openly advices the areas illegal aliens to refrain from providing government officials with information about their immigration status, not to carry papers from another country, not to open the door if authorities come to their home, not to run and to sway co-workers to collectively remain silent and ask for an attorney in the event of an immigration raid.

“The Fairfax County Supervisors that recently approved the public funds aren’t bothered by Progreso Hispano’s work and predict it won’t negatively affect future allocations, according to the local newspaper that broke the story this week. One supervisor says she has no problem with “extending outreach” that informs people on how to comply with the law.”

Let the war begin.

Tea Party group in Fairfax County, victim of an illegal alien: Go after the county supervisors because through that grant they ARE knowingly assisting illegals.

It’s time to start making elected officials AND police who refuse to uphold the law accountable and hit their wallets. Victims of illegal aliens need to get an attorney and go after them. The “best” case scenario would be individuals who are victims of illegal aliens to get together, hire a good attorney (share legal costs) and go after state officials and that includes, as Jon says, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi:

Arizona’s law was written with federal statutes in it. The whores in the media have deliberately withheld the actual language of the bill and are going ahead full steam to use the race card to whip millions of illegals into a frenzy. I say it’s time to declare legal war against every individual in the covered categories under the Federal Immigration and National Act of 1952. That law can be OUR non violent solution to part of the problem.

If you have a group or organization, put your extra pennies together, hire a good attorney to go after your state legislator if he/she has voted for benefits of any kind and to give driver’s license to illegals.
We the people need to take the power back into our hands by using the law because no one is above the law, period.

If you are part of a tea party organization that is concerned (as we all should be) about the illegals invasion, talk to them about hiring good legal counsel and go after state legislators.

State legislators: I don’t know how it would work, but any city in your state that has declared itself to be a sanctuary city – use whatever legal means necessary to go after the mayor, city council and county board of stupidvisors under that federal law. Here is a web site that has been tracking sanctuary cities in this country. If possible, have your Attorney General go after mayors and other elected officials of sanctuary cities.

Send a short hard copy letter to your state legislator – even if they are out of session. No email. Look up your state legislator, get their home address if possible or the capitol and let them know about the law that is on the books. Ask them to take the steps outlined above. It’s also time for the states to challenge the bogus “anchor babies” and the true meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment, which I discussed in a recent column.

Yesterday I called the SF Chamber of Commerce to let them know I will not visit SF while I’m in California because of Mayor Newsom and his stupidity. I wrote a letter to Sen. Russell Pearce who got Arizona’s new law written and passed to personally thank him. Sen. Pearce’s son, a deputy sheriff was shot by an illegal alien;  he survived. I’m printing out this column and sending a copy to Sen. Pearce and to my state rep and senator with a cover letter: Enforce the law against the enablers.

Are we going to get tough on this issue or let useful fools like Keith Olbermann, Rachael Maddow and other “progressives” push us around using the race card?

Are we going to buy into the propaganda from Democrats that Republicans will suffer in November if they support Arizona’s new law or push for the same in their state? Tell that to the families of the victims murdered by illegals. Tell that to the father or mother who can’t get a job because an illegal has it. Tell that to the parents of a ten year old little girl raped and murdered by some animal from south of the border.

Another Illegal Alien Sues Over Arrest.

“In the latest of several lawsuits filed by illegal immigrants against U.S. law enforcement agencies, a Mexican woman claims that an Arizona sheriff’s department mistreated her during a workplace raid that led to the arrest of dozens of undocumented workers. For three years Celia Alvarez used a fake identity to work at a Phoenix landscaping company that was raided last fall by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department. Alvarez, who has four U.S.-born anchor babies, was among the 60 illegal immigrants arrested in the operation.”

She’s got no husband and four kids. She stole a job that belongs to an American using fake ID. Put her and the kids on a deportation bus and send them back to Mexico because as I mentioned in a recent column, a very important lawsuit germane to the one above was decided by an appeals court and the illegals lost. It is these types of lawsuits filed by criminals that are costing millions of dollars and clogging up the courts.

Tune out noise by LA Cardinal Roger Mahoney and his absurd rant: “..reverting to German Nazi and Russian Communist techniques whereby people are required to turn one another in to the authorities on any suspicion of documentation.” If the Catholic Church wants to engage in promoting and rewarding illegal aliens, perhaps the IRS should look into their tax exempt status. The same goes for any denomination. Mahoney has clearly taken the position that our laws mean nothing.

Are we going to allow individuals of Mexican ancestry who have now gotten themselves elected to Congress and state legislatures push us around using the race card?

“Twenty-four percent of the county’s total allotment of welfare and food stamp benefits goes directly to the children of illegal aliens born in the United States, according to Antonovich’s statement. “Illegal immigration continues to have a devastating impact on Los Angeles County taxpayers,” Antonovich said in the statement. “The total cost for illegal immigrants to county taxpayers exceeds $1 billion a year – not including the millions of dollars for education.”

Art Torres, California Democratic Party chairman, at the Latino Summit Response to Prop 187 at U.C. Riverside (Jan. 14, 1995): “Power is not given to you, you have to take it! People say to me when I was on the Senate floor, when I was in the Senate, why do you fight so hard for affirmative action programs. And I tell my white colleagues: because you’re gonna need them. Those are the “undocumented” Villaraigosa protects that has bankrupted his city. How did he get elected? It’s a no brainer with vote fraud and three MILLION illegals parked in the LA basin.

Federal immigration law applies to any individual regardless of country of origin.

This isn’t about race, it’s about the law.

We don’t need another immigration “reform” bill out of Congress. The last one signed by Ronald Reagan opened the flood gates. The Department of Fatherland Security has a $40 BILLION dollar a year budget and our borders are still wide open. Enforce the laws on the books and support states who say enough is enough.

Millions of illegals can march off a few pounds this Saturday, but we the people are going after the enablers while other states follow Arizona’s example of doing what is right.
