About the only mascot that perfectly captures the spirit of leftist academia these days is the Nothing referenced in “The Neverending Story” since that is the amount of freedoms we’ll have left once the interests of every conceivable ethnicity with the exception of the White race is pandered to in the end.
Another leftist plot is afoot here, in North Carolina, to reinforce the ignorance of our young students of their history, their heritage, and their REAL American culture. And this is not the first time the left has tried this move in North Carolina.
All across America, various environmental organizations have been engaged in schemes to deter development such as housing, new energy plants, or the horror of a manufacturing facility that might actually employ people. In some states, the attack has been on farms and ranches, finding ways to punish their owners for improving their land in any fashion such as digging a drainage ditch.
Scott Brown is not a Pro-Choicer. He has stated he is not making a priority of overturning Roe v Wade. Instead, for the time being, he is pragmatically supporting efforts to reduce the number of and demand for abortions by promoting adoption, and assisting mothers in KEEPING their babies; opposing tax funding of abortion, and supporting parental notification laws etc. So what’s wrong with that?
Instead of collecting taxes on each gallon purchased, revenuers plan to install censors at gas stations capable of reading the global positioning systems to be installed in nearly all vehicles and, from that, tabulating how far a vehicle has been driven or into what zones they have motored. Proponents of the program claim citizens have nothing to fear from Big Brother since the system would only tabulate mileage rather than specific itinerary.
Over the years, it has become common practice among most members of the media elite and the bureaucracies of major medical organizations — not to mention the U.S. Congress and state legislatures — to ignore the reality of what abortion is while also glossing over the actual harmful effects of medical, chemical and surgical abortion. Why this is so does not need explanation; it’s called power over people conjoined with financial profit.
His political skills consisted of rarely voting on anything that might be deemed controversial. He went from a legislator in the Illinois legislature to the Senator from that state because he had the good fortune of having Mayor Daley’s formidable political machine at his disposal.
That he was able to win in the first place was the result of a carefully orchestrated campaign of disinformation that with the collusion of the world media allowed an inexperienced community organizer with an extremist far left record to pose as some kind of racially transcendent “new man” for a new America.
Historians are likely to look back at 2009, the first year of Barack Obama’s term in office and assess the damage it has done to Americans and to the image of America as the primary line of defense against the world’s thugs.
Well then, leftists track this guy down, complain to his employer, and demand that he be fired. His crime? Did he advocate violence? Did he make personal threats to another person? Did he commit a crime? No my friends, he did none of those things. Not even close. He disagreed with a political agenda, nothing more.
Make no mistake about it: a coup de’tat has taken place in America. The socialists have taken over the government of the country. While the people remain democratic, the government is socialist — from the White House to the Congress.
In the end, we can win all the elections we want, but as long as the left still controls much of the culture, all victories will be temporary. We have to stop thinking about delaying and impeding the left, and start working towards re-taking the country.
Remember, folks, that the louder the left screams, the less common sense it makes. To obligate the residents of Pennsylvania and the United States to foot the bill for Mumia Abu-Jamal for over 20 years is criminal in and of itself. Now that the left is whining about how this could be it for Mumia, we can only gather that carrying out the original sentence is the right thing to do.
We know what the Democratic grassroots are all about. They’ll show up with in buses, be paid, and wearing identically printed shirts and signs. They’ll spout off the scripts they’ve been given, and “speakers” claiming to be “doctors” at town halls will be Democratic plants. Sound familiar? It was done all this summer in response to the Tea Parties.
Are you going to continue being a lapdog for these people, or are you starting to see them for what they are? If you have a single shred of integrity left, you MUST resume your Constitutional duty as the watchdog of this Republic. Report it all, good, bad, and ugly. No matter what side of the political spectrum it falls, regain some sense of objectivity.
The grand Pooh-Bahs of journalism are asking for breaks in the tax codes that will allow local newspapers to function as non-profit groups. This is not to be confused as the sort of non-profit groups that lose money every quarter because they provide a crummy product, for newspapers have already gotten that one down pat.
Barack Obama is only one man. A bad man, yes, but he is a symptom more than a cause. Without millions of fawning Americans, he would just be a community agitator, vainly preaching Alinsky principles from a soapbox. Of course, he is a symptom that exacerbates the underlying problem, and symptomatic treatment — to ease immediate pain and hardship — is certainly in order. But it is only the worst of physicians who focuses only on symptoms while ignoring the cancer eating away at the patient’s midst.
The problem, one that was anticipated and feared by the Founding Fathers, is the continued expansion of the federal government’s control over all aspects of our lives. The creation and existence of the departments of education and energy have harmed America in countless ways. The Environmental Protection Agency is an assault on science and property rights. All are essentially unconstitutional.
Over the last several years there has been a push for more and more government run daycare services. To illustrate what the left intends, and what they are teaching in some daycares, I’ll show you some excerpts from a curriculum developed by National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
The war in Afghanistan is making me nervous. Everyday, as I read the wire reports, and listen, and watch the broadcast news and glean the news from the Internet, I am detecting many of the same mistakes the US made in Vietnam being made in Afghanistan. Micromanaging the war from Washington has already cost the lives of more US servicemen than is necessary.
For 47 years, Sen. Kennedy made his bones on one singular premise – Take money from people who earned it and give it to those who didn’t earn it. That has been the modus operandi not only of Kennedy, but the entire Liberal-Progressive Axis of the Democratic/Republican Party going back over 100 years.
With so many of the President’s advisers being either avowed communists, or at least functional communists, it was only a matter of time before I ended up quoting Marx. Up for discussion today, is the “Diversity officer” of the FCC, Mark Lloyd. He seems to have some interesting ideas about media.
Today, Americans are just beginning to awaken to learn that the nightmare they are experiencing is not a nightmare one experiences during REM sleep. In fact, they learn, to their utter surprise, they are NOT sleeping. This nightmare is NO DREAM. It is REAL.
