Petition for Investigation of CAIR
We are GREATLY CONCERNED about past and ongoing activities by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), and look to our U.S. Government to immediately commence a thorough investigation into the organization, including its leadership, affiliates and activities.
If The Cause Is Great Enough, The Price Is Irrelevant
Yes, there is reason to believe that within days, or weeks, or months of the US pulling out of Iraq and Afghanistan, they will revert to their pre-war totalitarian ways. Many of us feel that is the most likely scenario. And yet, there is the optimistic outlook, which says democracy will win out, and the newly freed people will manage to pick up the pieces and build nations able, willing, and even eager to take their place amongst the democratic peoples of the world.
The Fruit of Islam
The fruit never falls far from the tree. What are the practical results of Islam’s political and cultural ideology? What is the fruit on the tree? Islam is a complete civilization that rejects every aspect of kafir civilization as being inferior. Islam’s Golden Age claim is an assertion that Islam is the superior civilization. The Koran says that Muslims are the best of nations. [1] How does the best of nations compare at the level of politics, economics, and culture?
Resistance in Denmark
Multiculturalism, tolerance, and “niceness” are destroying the foundations of our cultures because they prevent us from responding to the existential threat that is political Islam. Shakespeare suggests in Hamlet that “heaven” will direct what happens in Denmark, this is wrong. We must direct what happens in Denmark — those who love freedom and justice and embrace the value of the individual must oppose the forces of the oldest totalitarianism, political Islam.
The Middle East Maze
The central problem affecting the Middle East and much of northern Africa where Arabs rule is Islam. The Islam of the Middle East is utterly resistant to change. Not all of the world’s billion-plus Muslims practice Islam with the same intensity as many Arabs do (and we should note, as Iran’s Persians have pursued since their revolution in 1979.)
Ignorance as a Political Point of View
There is a rational basis for discussing Islam, but people do not want a rational basis because they really don’t want to open the box and look inside. There is a profound fear of actually looking into the eyes of Mohammed and knowing the mind of Islam. Fear, because we feel ourselves to be in the position of a spouse who has suspicions that their partner is cheating on them.
