Rubio’s ‘sweeping’ immigration speech took swipes at both Republicans and Democrats for playing politics with an issue so crucial to Hispanics, calling for a compassionate approach for dealing with the issue of illegal immigration.”

http://conservativebyte.com/2012/01/the-marco-rubio-speech-on-immigration-that-everyone%e2%80%99s-talking-about/

In Answer to Senator Rubio

Nobody is “playing politics here,” except those who want the United States of America to fundamentally transform its institutions; law; culture and dominant racial composition.

Hispanic political darlings and “La Raza” need to “get a grip” on reality.

This message of Sen. Rubio is hardly “sweeping” in scope and I would wager to say the whale of inspiration Rubio feels, hardly makes a flutter in the oceanic consciousness of the American people, as to being any kind of national priority.

Anyone who talks of a “compassionate approach” toward our porous borders and those who breach them, is in truth, soft-in-the-head and that individual should be put out to pasture with a nose bag, by the deliberate resolve of voters in this country.

One has to ask why this issue is so “crucial” to Hispanics, especially in light of the fact that what should be the topic of conversation here, is what is crucial to those who identify themselves as Americans.

The real crux of the issue is that this nation belongs to the American people and no one special interest group, based exclusively on a racial identification.

People who identify themselves as “Latinos” first, are NOT really Americans and their opinions should be discounted as nothing more than part of a concerted effort to undermine the Anglo-Saxon foundation of this republic.

America does NOT belong to the world and it is NOT a mini- United Nations, where the people “henceforth” pledge their allegiance to the New World Order of the international bankers and their “tangle of squabbling nationalities.”

America must not play Santa Claus to the world, nor should it surrender its national self-determination to the hostile foreign power of Mexico.

As the state of our Union currently stands; an illegal alien usurper occupies the White House, to impose his tyranny over the American people. Of course he wants to remove all obstacles to his own personal power and glory and ensure his reelection, by opening the floodgates of Fortress America, to the third world incursion.

The nation cannot afford to allow Barack Hussein Obama to miscast himself in the role of Abraham Lincoln, while tolerating a Mexican occupation army, engaged in full annexation of American territory.

Resident Obama does not hold the best interests of the American people at heart, for his degenerate policies and abject failure to enforce the border, would allow alien cultures to run roughshod over the American landscape, to wreak their havoc with impunity.

The largest contingent of Hispanics is coming from Mexico, to prosecute “La Reconquista,” through a blatant race war, predicated on the so-called “anchor baby.”

Americans feel that they are under no compulsion to adopt the Mexican Lebensborn movement, by incubating Mexican hatchlings in the nest of the American Eagle, nor do they feel honor-bound to correct the mistakes of interlopers, no matter how long they have been here.

Now that the children of these Mexican nationals have grown to college age, these interlopers expect massive concessions to be extended to their offspring, when they came to this country with full knowledge and intent to fundamentally transform America into Mexico, as evidenced by the entitlement mentality they display.

Those who speak of a “comprehensive immigration reform,” are parroting a broken record, which finds no resonance with the American people. This is because those who mouth this mealy mantra have NO fundamental grasp of what is at stake for the future survival of America, under a Marxist “multicultural” paradigm.

America is under no compulsion to adopt the wretched citizens of alien cultures, who would impose their weltanschauung over the deliberate American people.

True recognition of the problem lies with exactly what is meant by a “comprehensive” approach to the attempted annexation of American territory for Mexico, by “redistricting” through sheer demographics.

The American people define “comprehensive immigration reform,” as a hollow political slogan, designed to perpetuate the Marxist “politically correct” mythology that any person in the world can just come here and start making demands, in the form of his alleged “civil rights.”

Moreover, the American people are expected to suffer the spectacle of seeing Los Angeles and other American cities occupied by armies of “guest workers” marching 500,000 strong, while raising the Mexican banner over buildings and federal installations in an overt act of war.

Further, this faux ideology decrees that America should just “snap to attention” to better serve as a safety valve for failed nations and those who come here in the name of conquest, whether it be named “jihad,” Sharia law, or “La Reconquista.”

Those who adhere to this half-baked political theory, harbor the fantastic notion that Americans–who stand up to defend the territorial integrity and racial make-up of our nation– be labeled as “cowards” in the discussion of race matters, or be dismissed as “racists,” by degenerate lawmakers and media personalities. These elites have no clue as to the real meaning of words.

While there is a certain ethnocentrism involved with maintaining cultural balance, it hardly behooves the discerning mind to capitulate to the idea that Americans should just hand over their country to those bent on cultural genocide against the unwitting host nation.

The “unhappy campers” who come here to “squat and drop,” are not content to follow the failed national paradigm and social proposition imposed over America by the bankers who weave the fiction, that our nation is a so-called “melting pot.”

These alleged “immigrants” disavow the title, except when it suits their nefarious purpose. The rest of the time, they proclaim themselves the “lawful owners” of North America, while at the same time demanding that the Anglo-Saxon presence return to Europe.

They rend the fabric of American society with acts of lawlessness and chaos, diametrically opposed to the established order and balance of Western Civilization.

The plain truth is that the border did not cross these individuals—as they maintain—but they broke into our national house and now they must leave, because they are enemy combatants who came to eclipse the Anglo-Saxon race in its own homeland.

As it turns out; the real “coward” in racial matters, is Attorney General Eric H. Holder, who has failed to enforce the laws which protect our nation from invasion.

What is behind this misconception by lawmakers, of societal obligation which comes under the rubric “compassionate conservatism?” Does it mean that this nation must turn the other side of its throat to the Mexican Deguello, during a time of war for our national survival?

The plain truth is, that our politicians do not recognize the face of The Second Mexican War and this telegraphs a dangerous message of weakness and lack of national resolve, to all adversaries of this great nation.

The real litmus test of national survival is to define a nation by its borders and not subscribe to the failed theory of a Marxist usurper that America be redefined by a “sense of fairness,” in submitting to wholesale invasion of our shores by intruders who come from every corner of the globe.

Nor does this test decree that everyone must pay his “fair share” of danegeld payment to the Federal Reserve Bank, which extorts trillions of dollars from a people enslaved to the chains of usury, at the hands of a central molesting bank.

Definitions are most important, when drafting grand plans of social engineering or defining a problem for our national perusal and consideration—not hollow political slogans, like “Built to last.”

Just what is exactly meant by the so-called “comprehensive immigration reform,” which keeps turning up like a bad penny, every time it is swatted down by the American people?

Does it really mean that America must accommodate the hostile foreign power of Mexico in its delusions of grandeur and conquest of America? Does it involve solving Mexico’s social ills, to the exclusion of the God-given right of the American people to secure their country and political process from infiltration by those who would bring this republic to its knees and eclipse our national self-determination?

These matters must come under closer scrutiny and discussion which enlightens degenerate politicians as to what exactly the American people will or will NOT tolerate– especially in light of the glaring fact that these alien cultures are inassimilable to the national body, as evidenced by the crimes they commit after gaining admission to our shores.

Our country has unwittingly served to incubate the eggs of a parasitic agenda, of the deadliest hostility to the national security interests of the United States of America.

This failure to hold politicians accountable for saying exactly what they mean and who they represent and stand for, is the great task for which the American people must be the architects of a solid structural foundation, based on reality they convey to their “leaders.”

“La Raza” is that alien entity, which seeks to subvert the American political process with “Latino civil rights.”

The glaring reality which now confronts Americans, is the open race war prosecuted against our dominant Anglo-Saxon culture by those minorities which feel entitled to eclipse the white race, by employing baby-making as a strategy of war.

“You don’t speak for me,” is the mantra and name of an organization of Hispanics, who beg to differ with the fiction in the Mexican mind—as openly expressed by a long line of Mexican presidents—that the borders of Mexico extend into the United States of America.

The position of the American people is that there will be NO sappy sentimentality, nor will there be a “compassionate” approach to the hostile overtures coming from Mexico and the ten Central and South American countries, which set the outrageous precedent of filing legal suit against the state of Arizona, for alleged “racism.”

“To survive as an independent nation, America must discriminate. America must exclude, and no longer tolerate its enemies. America must be prejudiced.”

Dr. David A. Yeagley

http://www.badeagle.com/2011/03/03/amercia-must-discriminate/

“Today in the United States, 70 million immigrants later and pouring in at 2.3 million annually–both legal and illegal–our nation shudders from San Francisco to New York and from Chicago to Miami. We rose from 200 million to nearly 300 million in three decades. What was once a benefit to our country is now a full-scale overpopulation and societal crisis.”

Frosty Wooldridge

http://www.frostywooldridge.com/articles/art_titanic_united_states_2003dec.html

Politicians will not like to hear that “true comprehensive immigration reform” means defining the word “immigration,” to mean a euphemism for war. It is offered as the “Newspeak” of Big Brother oligarchy, which employs the so-called “guest worker” as an unwitting third world corporate shock troop, designed by the corporations to subvert the autonomy of the nation-state concept.

The true definition of CIR, means holding Mexico accountable for prosecuting a race war of cultural extinction against the American people.

There can be NO toleration of a Marxist “dual citizenship” paradigm, which comes under the guise of poor, hapless Mexican peasants just wanting a better life…at the expense of the American people, who are resolved on maintaining the cultural integrity of their nation.

America—along with the rest of the globe—finds itself in the midst of worldwide depression, with nations falling like dominoes to the wiles of the international bankers.

These banking swindlers are the dream weavers who impose the “multicultural” model, in the vain hope America will be destroyed by a mish-mash of peoples.

Despite this planetary crisis, the alleged “president” of the United States—who cannot provide a paper trail, as to his identity and qualifications—is importing hundreds of thousands of Muslims, citizens of El Salvador and other nations, into what has become Zoo America and a Tower of Babel.

This transparent subversion of our economy, coming from an obvious quisling, must be met by the firm assertion of the American people that Hispanic concerns are NOT American concerns, especially in light of the fact that every facet of American life has now been infiltrated by an alien influence—which comes at the behest of the international bankers.

The White House and Department of Justice have colluded with the Mexican incursion and must be met toe-to-toe by the American people, who will wag their collective finger in the face of our usurper, Marxist “president.”

The Obama administration has foolishly imagined that it can winnow-out the state of Arizona, for “special handling,” never realizing in its supreme folly that the states are indivisible.

The entire country will back Arizona’s play against federal tyranny.

An attack on one state, is an attack on all of the American people, and will be firmly met by the outrage of the entire country.

The Department of Justice has opted to selectively enforce the law, under color of authority.

Attorney General, Eric H. Holder, was too lazy to even read SB 1070, before coming to the conclusion that Arizona was “racist.” This failure on Holder’s part, illustrates his complete incompetence as a lawmaker, as evidenced by his coming to a judgment, without first examining the facts of a legal case.

The Obama administration has comported itself as a fifth column and despot over the American people.

As things currently stand; a guest worker program for Mexico would definitely be to the benefit of both nations, but it must have certain prerequisites, before it can be enacted—among them; the formal signature of Mexico in abandoning all claims within the United States of America, as defined by the international border.

Mexico must understand that there will be NO reconquest of American territory for Mexico and that the host/parasite arrangement between our two nations has come to an end.

Any concessions made to Mexico must include the fundamental understanding that America is NOT Santa Claus, in gifting American citizenship to the world, nor is it a safety valve for failed nations.

The alleged “president” who fashions himself a “Citizen of the World,” has failed to fathom this fundamental concept. That is because he is an illegal alien.

Mexico must pay for the welfare of its own citizens while they are true “guests” in this country and the American people are in no way obligated to provide a social safety net for Mexican nationals—or perks of American citizenship, for that matter.

In short, Mexico will pick up the tab for building housing and educational centers for Mexican workers while they are in this country. Mexico will also provide social security benefits, medical care, food bank assistance for underemployed Mexican workers and all the other amenities and hallmarks of a civilized society, which they have historically failed to provide for their own people.

Such things are not the obligation of America.

Mexico is fantastically wealthy in natural resources, tourist beaches and Indian temples. That nation can well afford to pay its own way with silver, Mexican oil and agricultural products, without having to comport itself as a parasitic leech on the United States of America.

Mexico must understand that should it fail to come into alignment with the demands of the American people, the border will be sealed and the lid allowed to boil off the pot in Mexico City, for the Second Mexican Revolution.

The violence coming from the drug war spilling across the border, may actually necessitate a U.S. military occupation of Mexico.

Due to the millions upon millions of unemployed Americans; Mexican nationals will only be allowed to work in the agricultural industry and possibly the equestrian industry, where their special talents are badly needed. This must be a defining parameter of any new treaty, based on real friendship and mutual consideration, between our two countries.

All other American jobs will be off limits, as there are too many Americans wandering the streets, homeless, dirty and hungry—who can use the landscaping and other jobs currently held by Mexican nationals and other foreigners.

America abandoned slavery during the Lincoln administration, so the American people naturally want to see the Mexican people succeed and prosper, just so long as it is not at the expense of Americans and their cultural identity.

Americans must have the political self-determination as to who comes here and for how long they can stay, rather than having an unwanted Mexican occupation army forced on them, along with the responsibility of its care and feeding.

This writer read the story of two Mexican men, who walked across a fiery desert, bare-footed, in order to save their shoes for employment. Americans admire this kind of resolve and would truly prefer to be a “welcoming nation” for those who really want to improve themselves and provide for their families.

These Mexican nationals would be honored guests and treated with the utmost respect, by a generous American people. But as things now stand, our two nations are in a state of race war.

What politicians must understand, is that Americans are generous-to-a-fault, but that generosity does not extend to giving our nation away to the Mexican invasion and its attendant crime wave, which currently runs rampant over the Southwestern states of our Union.

It also means that the American people will NOT be seduced by hollow political slogans, which are sound and fury—signifying nothing, but capitulation, in this Second Mexican War.

The message here for Senator Rubio, is that the American people too, “have the courage and bravery to raise their voices” as well as the children of Mexican nationals.

Let us hope that the resolute message of the American people, is not lost on those who have thus far failed to differentiate their constituents from bold interlopers.

New Yorker Cartoon Exposes Bias and Not Historical Realities

It has been observed that often a picture is worth a thousand words. By this, it is meant that often a witty image can more quickly convey an idea than a written exposition.

Another truism nearly as classic insists that the only thing we learn from history is that we don’t learn anything from history.

A prime example of these working in tandem could be found on the cover of a late 2011 edition of the New Yorker Magazine. Depicted violating the U.S. southern border were migrants adorned not in sombreros but rather in what would be considered traditional Thanksgiving pilgrim garb.

Such doodling, though admittedly humorous, displays a number of questionable assumptions.

For starters, the cartoon assumes that the illegal aliens of today are the equivalent of the Pilgrim settlers.

In addressing this issue, emphasis must be placed upon ILLEGAL.

The migrants coming here today are doing so in violation of the agreed upon governing authorities of the territorial United States.

The English Separatists voyaging here aboard the Mayflower committed no such transgression. In fact, the pioneers making that trek were so eager to see law and order established that among their first acts was to promulgate the Mayflower Compact. They are not to blame if the Indians did not have an as developed sense of property as we have in our own Western tradition or that there was not as much of a need to enforce borders back then as there is today.

The naive will likely respond but, if our Founders were all immigrants, who are we to forbid entrance to those that come here after us?

If that is the case, should those making such a case (especially if they are White) be forced to not only provide shelter to any minority squatter that crawls in through an open window but also cook daily meals and provide laundered sheets for the uninvited house guests? If not, how is amnesty and assorted social welfare benefits going to those that have not earned them any different?

Those fawning all over the border violators of today will gush incessantly how moral and family oriented these blatant criminals are just like the Pilgrim settlers coming here to start a new life. Even the likes of alleged conservatives such as Dr. Dobson of Focus on the Family have at times been duped by this as evidenced by the time he got atop his Colorado high horse and proceeded to castigate Pat Buchanan regarding the syndicated columnist’s classic “The Death Of The West”.

However, just how moral are these new arrivals when one of their foremost weekend activities is bawdy drunkenness that often results in public urination? It’s doubtful many Pilgrims blared music until 3 AM given the solemnity and austerity for which the rigorous Protestants of that era were renowned.

Often leftists like to harp on the decline that befell the American Indians once the historical paths of these people groups intersected with those of the Europeans. Then let’s draw on some lessons from that episode as to why the United States of today must curtail the numbers crossing over the nation’s frontiers.

If the migrants of today are to be construed through the prism that they are the equivalent of the Pilgrim “foreparnets” (no need to set off radical feminists among fanatic grammarians), it must be pointed out that their famed work ethic wasn’t the only thing the early Puritans brought with them. They also brought a number of diseases against which the population already residing here had little immunity.

Sadly, little can be done to prevent the suffering and death from the epidemics that swept across the New World centuries ago. But with the germ theory of disease that has developed since that time, shouldn’t we honor those passing in that tragedy by clamping down on our own borders by only granting admittance to those from beyond our borders that adhere to the most rigorous of health standards?

Don’t think this is a valid concern? Then why are not only diseases once thought conquered or at least under control such as tuberculosis but even bedbugs as well making a resurgence?

Nation-states exist primarily for the benefit of those already living within the boundaries of a particular delineated territory that have a proper legal basis for being there. Once a culture loses its wherewithal to defend this particular principle, it won’t be long until it is swept into the dung heap of history.

By: Selwyn Duke

When we think of political persecution, places such as Tiananmen Square may come to mind. Increasingly, however, this tool of tyranny is coming to our shores – and it is not made in China. It is, in the case I’ll discuss today, made in Maricopa County.

Every avid news reader knows about the battles between Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the federal government; Leviathan has targeted him because of his principled stand against illegal immigration. What is not quite as well known, however, is that the sheriff and his supporters – most notably, former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas – have long been battling a corrupt local political machine bent on thwarting the rule of law and benefitting itself. Not surprisingly, as in the film Walking Tall, Arpaio’s and Thomas’ attempt to end local corruption has come at a price: the State Bar of Arizona (SBA) has begun prosecuting Thomas and two of his deputies in a move that reeks of political retaliation.

One of these underlings is ex-deputy county attorney Lisa Aubuchon. The other is ex-deputy county attorney Rachel Alexander, whom some readers may recognize as the proprietor of the website Intellectual Conservative. Alexander, despite having played only the smallest of roles in a racketeering case against the Maricopa County Supervisors, now faces suspension of her law license and significant career damage. And outrageously, Alexander’s supervisor, Pete Spaw, has not been charged despite having played a far larger role in the RICO case. This has led many to conclude that Alexander is the victim of selective prosecution.

The problems for Thomas and his deputies started when the County Supervisors filed wrongful prosecution charges against them with the SBA, which their leftist allies in the bar association ran with. What were these local politicians so upset about? John Hawkins at RightWingNews.com provides some background, writing:

Thomas came up with a unique way to prosecute illegal immigrants with a felony, instead of just letting them go with a slap on the wrist. He used a felony smuggling statute to prosecute them, describing them as “smuggling themselves.” With a felony conviction, they would be required to serve time and would not be able to return to the U.S. He even distributed money — which was seized from racketeering funds — to programs for youth run by the Boy Scouts and churches. By law, that money is to be distributed to organizations that keep youth away from crime and drugs. Thomas ensured that it was no longer only distributed to left wing politically correct organizations. Due to the proactive efforts of Thomas, along with Joe Arpaio and Senator Russell Pearce, illegal immigration has greatly decreased in Arizona. The population of illegal immigrants dropped by one-third over two years.

This didn’t sit well with the illegal-alien enablers in local government. Hawkins continues:

Thomas ran for re-election in 2008 on a platform of stamping out public corruption with Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Together they decided to take on powerful politicians who had gotten away with corrupt acts for years. Don Stapley, the Chairman of the County Supervisors, raised thousands of dollars to run for president of the National Association of Counties, even though he did not have an opponent. He then spent that money on personal luxury items. Stapley allegedly spent $6000 of these funds at Bang and Olufsen electronics, along with $1300 for hair implants, $400 for candleholders and $10,000 for furniture for his home. He also spent these funds, solicited as campaign money, to buy tickets to Broadway plays and movie theatres. He bought flowers, paid the grocery store and department stores, paid for massages – and paid for family trips to Sundance, to Utah to ski, a trip for his son and friends to Florida and a three-week vacation in Hawaii for his entire family at a beach house costing approximately $11,000.

Thomas brought charges against Stapley and a jury indicted him. Stapley was also indicted for failing to disclose his real estate dealings on financial statements. His business partner, Conley Wolfswinkel, is a convicted felon. Thomas also brought charges against Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox. She was indicted for voting on giving money to Chicanos por la Causa while failing to disclose she had a sweetheart loan deal from them. Wilcox, who drives a 2006 Corvette, gave herself prime real estate territory at Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport through the “minority-owned business” affirmative action program.

Unfortunately, though, the Maricopa Machine knows how to protect itself. These charges were all transferred to now retired judges – one of whom resigned in disgrace – and were dismissed. And the Machine plays dirty. At one point the supervisors removed Thomas’ entire 30-lawyer Civil Division from his jurisdiction – until ultimately being ordered to return it by the Arizona Court of Appeals. At another point they allegedly hacked into Alexander’s Intellectual Conservative website, cloaking it so that Google would block it; this severely impacted upon the site’s traffic (the hacking damage has since been undone).

To understand the kind of political persecution the SBA is guilty of, note that even some of Thomas’ opponents are rallying to his and his deputies’ defense. This includes the lifelong Democrat who, along with a Republican supporter of former Democrat governor Janet Napolitano and a third colleague, paid for an advertisement alerting fellow bar members to how their dues are being used for a political vendetta. What follows is an excerpt:
As John Hawkins points out in his piece, when an expert (Hazard) who helped draft the American Bar Association’s ethics rules says the SBA’s charges are without merit, it should raise a red flag.

Also sounding the alarm is the Maricopa County Republican Committee, which responded to the Machine’s injustice by taking the unusual step of condemning the prosecution. In a formal resolution, the MCRC pointed out that “even a columnist for the liberal Arizona Republic, Robert Robb, has denounced the Bar’s investigation”; the MCRC concluded with, “NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Maricopa County Republican Executive Guidance Committee that it demand the State Bar drop the baseless and politically motivated investigation into Andrew Thomas, Lisa Aubuchon and Rachel Alexander.”

Yet, in the sea of injustice that is this sordid affair, the charges against Alexander are so outrageous that even some who side with the SBA against Thomas have defended her. For example, Arizona attorney Greg Patterson writes that the case against Alexander – a woman “well known in the conservative blogging community” – “is both selective and overreaching.” David Roney at SonoranAlliance.com places matters in further perspective, writing:

Alexander is being charged, despite a long, unblemished record at MCAO [Maricopa County Attorney’s Office], solely for her role working on the RICO case. What was her role? She worked under her supervisor Pete Spaw’s direction. Shaw [sic] was an experienced RICO attorney who, according to my sources, started the drafts of the pleadings, finalized the drafts of the pleadings with Andrew Thomas, and developed the key theories in them. He exclusively dealt with opposing counsel, and filed all of the pleadings electronically. Alexander’s role consisted of mostly research for the pleadings, and taking direction from Spaw, nothing further. Yet Spaw was not charged by the Bar, only Alexander.

The real issue here is [an] allegation that Alexander sought to burden and embarrass county supervisors. The allegation is nothing short of hilarious on its face…. The supervisors, with a few exceptions, have done a pretty good job of bringing poor press and embarrassment upon themselves. And they did so all without the help of Alexander.

Without a doubt, crooks are very “embarrassed” when light is shone on their dark deeds. Yet the ideological component cannot be overlooked. There is a full court press on to destroy Thomas, Aubuchon and a woman running a website named “Intellectual Conservative” for the same reason the Machine targets Sheriff Joe Arpaio: They were pursuing an agenda some call conservative but is really just the upholding of the rule of law – and the antithesis of liberalism.

So this is a story of corruption. There is the garden variety, in which those who walk tall and stand against evil are targeted by those who wish to continue enriching themselves. But then there is the kind that is another hallmark of despotic regimes: political persecution. It is a phenomenon of fascism, whereby those who toe your line get benefits, and those who don’t get intimidated into silence or, when they’re too stout-hearted, destroyed.

By any means necessary.

Then, once big business and all other prominent people and entities are marching in lock-step, you have complete control over civilization. This is Chicago – and, it appears, Maricopa – politics. And we allow it to stand at our own peril.

Always restless to see what was over the horizon, they populated continents. There will shortly be seven billion of us on planet Earth, an extraordinary number and one with considerable consequences regarding issues of food, water, housing, transportation, trade, and energy.

In terms of our DNA, we are all one big family, closely and uncomfortably related to chimpanzees. A look back at the past five thousand years we call civilization reveals that, in addition to developing agriculture, building cities, and establishing trade, we have never stopped engaging in wars great and small.

In good times we reproduced like rabbits. In bad times, we gathered around the fire and hoped the food would hold out. Many packed up and went someplace else, anywhere else.

America is not called a nation of immigrants for nothing. Aside from the native tribes that were here for centuries, it was waves of immigration, first from Europe and then from everywhere else, that created the most unique citizen on planet Earth, the American. The lure was a fairly scarce commodity in the world, freedom and opportunity.

Anyone who takes an interest in demography, the study of the changes in age, birth and death rates, and racial identity, knows that the pressures of population and events cause people to move from nation to nation or, in our case, state to state. To an extraordinary degree migration has shaped history.

The United States is home to approximately 311 million people, natural born and immigrants, legal and illegal. In 2012, issues surrounding illegal immigration will be a factor in selecting candidates. The decision by Texas Governor Rick Perry to become a Republican candidate for President has required him to explain his state’s policies, but in truth many states are wrestling with growing illegal immigrant populations.

Data released by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) are extremely useful in understanding what is occurring now and how it will affect the future of America. It is culled from Census Bureau data.

Knowing how many people reside in the nation is incorporated in the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 2. “(An) enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent term of ten years, in such manner as they shall by law direct.” The composition of the House of Representatives depends on such information.

The CIS reports that “the nation’s immigrant population (legal and illegal) reached 40 million in 2010, the highest number in American history. Nearly 14 million new immigrants (legal and illegal) settled in the country from 2000 to 2010, making it the highest decade of immigration in American history.”

“The nation’s immigrant population has doubled since 1990, nearly tripled since 1980, and quadrupled since 1970 when it stood at 9.7 million.”

The following states saw significant increases between 2000 and 2010: Alabama (92%), South Carolina (88%), Tennessee (82%), Arkansas (79%), Kentucky (75%), North Carolina (67%), South Dakota (65%), Georgia (63%), Indiana (61%), Nevada (61%), Delaware (60%), Virginia (60%), and Oklahoma (57%).

States with the largest numerical increase over the last decade were California, Texas, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Washington, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. Overall, the immigrant population grew by 28% between 2000 and 2010.

The U.S. is going to add “roughly 30 million new residents each decade for the foreseeable future.” Americans in recent times have been struggling with immigration policy in earnest since the 1980s, debating amnesty for those here illegally, struggling to deal with the impact of more children in our schools, the need for more housing, more congestion on our highways, crime, and more competition for jobs.

The CIS estimates that every ten years America will need to build and pay for 8,000 new schools. It will need to develop land to accommodate 11.5 million new housing units and construct enough roads to handle 23.6 million more vehicles.

By mid-century, racial and ethnic minorities will become the majority population in America. More minority babies are being born, outnumbering the white population which is aging. A look back tells us that, in the past, it was the Italians, the Irish, the Russians, the Germans, and others who were the “minority” populations.

Immigration and in particular illegal immigration will force Americans to focus on these changes. As governor of a major border state, Perry is correct when he says “the federal government has failed in its basic duty to protect our borders. States are forced to deal with illegal immigration issues.”

In 2010 Latinos accounted for 65% of Texas’s population growth over the past decade. They are excellent citizens, no less than previous immigrants who came here. There’s a bit of irony insofar as Texas used to belong to Mexico, but so did California and much of the Southwest. .

Predictably, some politicians will demagogue these changes, but the nation must address them in a sensible way recognizing that while we need to stem the illegal flow across our southern border, there is a wealth of brains and talent eager to legally immigrate to the United States from around the world and studies demonstrate they bring innovation and job creation with them when invited to share the American dream.

And then there is the reality of those who are already here. We cannot wish away millions of illegal immigrants. We cannot wish away their children. For now, the states affected are seeking their own solutions in lieu of the failure of a federal government that has not addressed border security in a serious way.

The issues surrounding immigration are as old as the nation and the world. People, as always, are on the move and a lot of them want to live in America.

Perry’s Position On Illegal Immigration Is Worrisome

I am far more concerned over Rick Perry’s position on instate tuition for Illegal immigrants than I am over the all too obvious fact that he is no debater.

That he cannot debate does not concern me in the least. That he is not as polished a public speaker as a certain orator in the Oval Office doesn’t trouble me – at all. In fact, I am more than a little tired of the oily-tongued politicians from the halls of elitist academia. A heck of a lot of Americans are ready for a straight-shooter who will “tell it like it is” and is capable of doing so using less that “sixteen cylinder words.”

I am tired of Washington’s snake oil salesman telling me why all that is wrong with America is my fault – and — that I am too soft. That is a crock!

As I was saying – Perry has some problems with many conservatives over his in-state college tuition for illegal aliens. I’m one of them.

I have no doubt that Mr. Perry has done many good things along the US/Mexico border to try to secure it. But the American electorate, especially that portion from the southern states, and more especially the southwestern border states, want a President who will stop feeding us the line of bull about the border being more secure today than in the past. I, for one, want the border secured by the US military — even if that means changing federal law to place US Armed Forces on the border.

Rick Perry is on record as opposing the building of a fence along the Texas/Mexico border. WHY? I cannot fathom his thinking on a fence. Everyone knows the old saw: “Good fences make good neighbors.” Its old… but it is TRUE. A fence/wall would not only reduce illegal immigration but it would be a huge boon to national security, as well.

Illegal immigration is one of the most important problems facing America today. It is right up there in importance with the financial chaos of our economy and unemployment of Americans who actually want to work.

The following is a clip from an article in the Brownsville (Texas) Herald dated August 28th, 2007. It is datelined Mexico City and is titled “U.S. Congress lacks ‘maturity’ to solve immigration, Perry says.” The article states the following:

“Texas Gov. Rick Perry criticized the U.S. Congress on Tuesday for failing to make progress on immigration reform, suggesting its members lack “maturity” and calling the proposed construction of a fence along the U.S.-Mexico border “idiocy.”

Perry was in Mexico City on a trade mission intended to strengthen Texas and Mexico’s economic ties through trade, investment and energy initiatives, especially renewable energy.

“I don’t think this is that difficult of an issue if Congress would have the maturity to sit down and really discuss it and cut out all of the mean rhetoric and really talk about what is a solution to this issue,” Perry told a news conference.

Regarding immigration reform, Perry highlighted the importance of developing a foolproof biometric identification system to track individuals and to ensure that they pay taxes and “live within our laws.”

He suggested offering renewable, 24-month visas for those who follow such requirements and “incarceration and/or deportation” for those who do not.

He added that, under such a system, he would support a “free flow of individuals between these two countries who want to work and want to be an asset to our country and to Mexico.” (You may read the entire article HERE.)

Does that sound like a conservative candidate for President of the United States? More importantly, does that sound like a man who would actually DO something to secure the US/Mexico border, stop the flow of illegal aliens into the US across that border, and enhance the security of the United States? No, it doesn’t to me, either.

As a conservative voter I am still looking for a candidate I can vote for and expect that that candidate will have a fair chance of besting Obama in 2012. I am as frustrated today as I was at this same time in 2007.

I am not a fan of Romney but I am beginning to believe that he will, in fact, be the republican nominee for President. However, I still do not believe he can win against Obama.

There are two camps among the candidates, in my opinion, who want Romney to be the GOP candidate. They are: the Romney camp and the Obama camp.

I am convinced that the Romney camp believes conservatives will, in the end, vote for Romney as a vote against an Obama second term. At the

same time, I believe the Obama camp believes it can overcome Romney in the election because history teaches that voters will vote for the real thing every time over an imitation.

Perry is in trouble with conservative voters. His decline in the polls will become even more pronounced in the coming days. Romney AND Obama are counting in it.

It’s an important issue, and Perry will have to rethink the way he talks about Social Security in coming days. But not enough attention has been paid to Perry’s performance on an issue that could be his undoing in the GOP race: immigration.”
Byron York
http://campaign2012.washingtonexaminer.com/article/will-immigration…

Commentary from the Peanut Gallery

“…Immigration is a less important issue among Republicans…”

Where are you getting your erroneous information, Mr. York?

Governor Rick Perry doesn’t stand a “Chinaman’s chance” of getting elected, now that he has formally criticized the Arizona immigration law.

Perry unwittingly showed his cards only to crawfish on the bet that he would become presidential timber, after such a promising showing.

Perry’s astonishing stupidity will forever haunt any campaign he cares to prosecute with the specter of his failure to stand with the American people—as most vividly represented by his abandonment and censure of the citizens of Arizona.

Politicians will no longer be allowed to proceed from the starting gate, unless they confirm the will of the people by undergoing formal questioning as to political motive.

Politics is a blood sport and the people guarantee they will tear politicians limb-from-limb should they neglect to enforce the will of the American people.

“Do your job, Mr. President!”

These words by Governor Jan Brewer of Arizona, signify the resolve of our people to hold politicians accountable as public servants, should they continue to imagine themselves beholden only to international banks and corporations.

The American people stand firmly behind Arizona and against the illegal alien usurper in the White House, who works tirelessly to grant Mexican invaders priority over American citizens.

Further, “Resident Obama” is viewed as a fifth column who has colluded with La Reconquista of American territory, by directly thwarting the will of the American people for border security.

These are the actions of a quisling—not an American president.

If that were not enough of a damning indictment, Obama had to compound his treason against the nation, by running tattle-tale to the United Nations, to complain about bad old “racist” America, thereby providing proof of yet another sorry spectacle for the world of our national impotence and failed leadership.

Obama shamed and betrayed the country by attempting to surrender its sovereignty to the world body and hostile invading nations of Central and South America.

“Our” fictitious “president” paved the way for the incredible legal ploy by eleven foreign powers—including Mexico—to interfere with the American political process, by joining the lawsuit against Arizona.

Obama’s spurious charges of racism have infuriated the American people, who find they have had quite enough of treasonous politicians, who shred the Constitution and sell their own country down the river.

Governor Perry’s criticism of American citizens for simply defending our territorial integrity, by securing it from invasion and annexation by Mexico, shows that he too, is out-of-touch with the American people.

The American people are no longer concerned with what the Republicans or the Democrats think, due to the abject failure of both political parties to ensure the national security interests of this once-great nation.

Any politician who wants to get elected will have to dance to please the American people—NOT America’s secret government, run by David Rockefeller’s Council on Foreign Relations.

Any politician caught doing the “Mexican Hat Dance” around sensitivity for “La Raza,” will soon see that “politically correct” sombrero stomped into the turf, to return the favor of “Deguello” to Mexico.

America does indeed need Mexican guest workers, but only in the agricultural industry. All other American jobs must remain off-limits to Mexican nationals. That includes hotel, motel, restaurant, construction and all other jobs considered to be menial slave slots…like chicken plucking.

The American people recognize the two Mexican men who walked across a fiery desert barefooted, to save their shoes for employment, risking their very lives to better themselves. These men would be welcome here as honored guests.

We are not a heartless people, but we are deliberate in our requirement that foreigners stay in their own respective countries. This nation is NOT AN EXOTIC ZOO of so-called “diversity.” We are one people and one culture–not an outpost of Sharia law.

The “multicultural” petri dish experiment in cloning proles for Big Brother’s “New World Order,” has now been declared bankrupt, in both hemispheres of the planet.

Social engineering at the hands of international bankers has now officially failed. The people of the world now find this truth to be self evident.

Nations will survive under the American revolutionary paradigm. It is the oligarchy which is slated for termination by this republic.

Americans do not subscribe to the theory that our already clogged freeways should be subject to a national infarct, from the clogged artery of excess people, provided by a steady diet rich in third world invasion.

America belongs to the American people alone—not the world, nor the myth makers, who fashion us a nation of itinerant mongrels and tenement slums.

The American people pledge allegiance only to America; not the United Nations; the New World Order, nor any other global entity. We are NOT “citizens of the world” and we expect the same affirmation from the next president.

True “comprehensive immigration reform” will require holding Mexico accountable for the invasion, occupation and attempted annexation of American territory.

This Second Mexican War, has been prosecuted with a Mexican Lebensborn movement, designed to eclipse the American people in their own homeland, by employing the so-called “anchor baby.”

This is cultural genocide by Mexico against the white race and Americans are NOT afraid to discuss this race war openly declared and prosecuted by Mexico.

Contrary to what is believed by the “attorney general,” who fashions all white people to be cowards in discussing matters of race.

Now Mr. Holder has called down the thunder by thwarting the will of the citizens of Arizona; not doing his homework and playing favorites with the New Black Panther Party, whose members openly scorn him as a weakling.

The American people are tired of playing host to Mexico’s parasitic agenda and feel absolutely NO OBLIGATION to provide ANY social services to Mexican nationals—most especially our imperiled Social Security system.

A formal guest worker program for Mexico should be initiated only when Mexico comes to the table to sign formal terms of surrender, in this Second Mexican War.

The American people will not reward Mexico for its continuing attack on our country, even if the citizens of this nation are forced to get nasty about it.

“Rational middle ground” is in reality a hollow political slogan, when American politicians fail to hold Mexico accountable for the invasion of American territory.

True “reform” and rationality will come about only when Mexico clearly understands that there will be NO shotgun wedding—either by North American Union, or the outright incursion by a hostile foreign power on our national life.

What is required here is a formal statement by Mexico that the borders of that nation do NOT extend into America and that Mexico has grossly miscalculated the will and resolve of the Anglo-Saxon, black, Hispanic and other races to defend America at all costs—including our sacred honor.

Any politician who thinks it wise to bad-mouth Arizona, in order to score political points with the ruling elite, will find a rude awakening in the deliberate response of a revolutionary people, who are bent on conserving their country against the Mexican encroachment.

“Rational middle ground” is to meet Mexico halfway, with the kind offer to assist as a good neighbor, as long as Mexico clearly understands its obligation to cease and desist with “La Reconquista.”

Mexico must further understand that the American taxpayer will NOT play the role of Santa Claus to the world. We the People, expect a value-for-value relationship with Mexico, for the good and material advancement of both countries.

Mexico’s surrender will mean important advancements for the Mexican people and better cooperation between our two nations, based on reality—not Mexican wish-fulfillment and axe-grinding.

What America offers in the form of trade and friendship, cannot be stolen through the revisionist history of the Mechista, nor expropriated by bandito operatives engaged in guerrilla operations against our country.

These self-entitled foreign nationals, will indeed need “stinkin’ badges” to stay here, as the national body is defined by the skin of its borders.

In short, Mexico’s obligation– in addition to signing terms of formal surrender—includes making financial provision for Mexican social security, decent housing and education for its guest workers and their children while they are employed in the United States of America.

America has not in the past and will not in the future be built on Mexican slavery. Anyone who imagines this is soft-in-the-head.

It is criminal and immoral to maintain the status quo of peonage for Mexican nationals, by consigning their children to bathe in pesticide-laden run-off from the fields. This comes about with the current policy of NOT holding Mexico accountable for the welfare of its own people.

At any rate, the American people cannot make it any plainer for lawmakers that they have wilfully failed to do their job of protecting our national sovereignty and exacting terms of Mexican surrender, before even considering further concessions to Mexico.

Decent living conditions for Mexican nationals working in America, are to be paid for with Mexican oil and silver, not American taxpayer dollars.

Donald Trump is correct. America must be the payee and NOT the payer.

Mexico is fantastically wealthy in natural resources and it should be held accountable by retroactive charges imposed for past services rendered by this nation—including welfare, bread line service, emergency medical care etc.

Essentially, the American people see the trade deficit with Mexico coming from the Mexican side. We owe that nation nothing, until it learns to behave to suit us.

As the great Patrick J. Buchanan once succinctly observed: “Where did Mexico get an auto industry?”

Mexico comes here as an invader and thus deserves to be acknowledged and treated as such.

The old idea that Mexico can continue to export its poor to America– in the fashion to which it has become accustomed—as the vanguard of a peasant army of interlopers, will no longer be tolerated by the American people.

The American people expect our new president to hold Mexico accountable and if Mexico will not take responsibility for its own people, then America should retaliate by completely sealing the border; declaring a state of war and creating military bases and proving grounds along the border.

This nation currently has military bases in 130 countries to secure their freedom, while our own nation remains forfeit to a 40 million-man Mexican occupation army on American soil.

It is time for King Odysseus to return from war, to find the battle raging at home, with unworthy suitors eating out the substance of the realm, while they vie for the nation’s hand.

This equation must change if our nation is to survive the treason from within.
One of the prime reasons the Republican Party finds itself becoming increasingly irrelevant, is due to its abject failure to come up with the simple steps outlined here.

The real “cowards” are both political parties, who have imposed a “fuzzy math” of diminishing returns for the American people, under the guise of an alleged “humanity” for third world burglars in our national house.

Politicians must learn to speak the language which appeals to voters and it is NOT the “ Si, Se Puede” mantra of our illegal alien “president” and his treasonous attorney general. They must also make sure that they do more than make flowery speeches.

Mexico must dance to our tune, or that nation will soon find that its people are returning home in droves, as the same wretched scarecrows who invaded Arizona with a Mexican crime wave.

When that day arrives, the lid will boil off the pot in Mexico City and the Second Mexican Revolution will have finally arrived on the scene.

America must hold Mexico hostage to basic prerequisites for better bilateral relations, based on a true understanding of what the American people will or will not continue to tolerate in the future.

Mexican nationals need to understand that they are NOT the injured party when it comes to American concerns.

If the Republican Party thinks that it can put this issue on the back burner, it is gravely mistaken and committing the equivalent of political self-immolation.

This “ immigration” question vies with hijack of our banking system by the Federal Reserve, as one of the most important issues of our times. It can no longer be swept under the rug.

The hallmark of the Obama regime is selective enforcement of the law, based on a personal agenda. This glaring deficiency in an alleged “public servant” in no way qualifies Attorney General Eric H. Holder to level spurious charges of “racism” and “cowardice” against the American people.

Once again; it is the perpetrator, pointing the finger of blame toward the victim.

The American people are governed by their inferiors and they’re “not going to take it anymore.”

Barack H. Obama; Eric H. Holder; Sen. Harry Reid; Nancy Pelosi and Rep. Maxine Waters; may all now just “go to Hell.”

You too, Bill Maher, Chris Matthews, Michael Moore and Keith “Theodore” Olbermann (with two “N’s”!)

Would y’all like fries with that “Satan excrement sandwich?”

Why some are more “illegal” than others

Forty years ago he stepped across an imaginary line to make his home in Maryland. He married, worked hard, raised a family, sent his children to public school, paid taxes, saw one wife die of cancer and even played fantasy football. Placing him right smack dab in the mainstream of American life. No different from thousands, even millions of other hard–working Americans who were fortunate enough to be born in Maryland.

Then, without warning, armed sheriff’s deputies are pounding on his door at 3:30 AM, just like the KGB. They barge into his room, ignore his protests, snap handcuffs around his wrists and drag him off to jail. Leaving behind a stunned, broken family that has been brutally separated from their father and is now looking for a way to survive in today’s cruel America.

No doubt you’re wondering where you can join a protest or demonstration demanding an apology for this outrage, organized by indignado members of CASA de Maryland, the National Council of La Raza, the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund and the Pew Hispanic Center.

Unfortunately, this particular arrest doesn’t lend itself to intervention by professional Mexicans and border–jumping advocates. Which explains why this story is not another ‘little brown brother’ weeper. The problem here is Mr. Glenn Wilson is too white, too old, doesn’t hablar Spanish and is already an American citizen. Worst of all for Glenn, he’s not a member of a potential Democrat voting block.

Wilson’s offense — other than skin color and national origin — is he walked out of the courthouse in 1971 and didn’t return to face a minor burglary charge. In the ensuing four decades Wilson remained in Maryland and became a law–abiding resident. His only arrest was the one last week that put him in jail on a 40–year–old warrant.

Now if Wilson’s nombre had been Senor Guillermo and the line he crossed had been the invisible border between the US and Mexico, chances are all would have been forgiven. In Maryland it’s almost impossible to be arrested for a mere immigration violation. They’d sooner haul you away for parking tickets.

Border violators confess publicly, hold news conferences and testify before legislative committees, but — like the obscure actor who never got a part — they can’t get arrested in that town.

And if the Obama administration has its way, this de facto amnesty will soon spread nationwide.

It’s ironic that one of the few things this confederacy of incompetents has been able to do is deport illegal aliens. According to the Center for Immigration Studies, Obama’s Secure Communities program has shipped nearly 400,000 illegals south each year, which is 4 percent annually of the 10 million estimated long–term trespassers. Even this sizeable figure does not account for the chain self–deportations of relatives and the intimidated that follow the deportee home of their own free will.

Certainly a program like Secure Communities offends those who are willing to violate their oath of office to put their tribe before the rule of law, like Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D–La Raza). Which is why Obama intends to pull the plug.

The Obamanations are instead planning to “prioritize” deportations. But in reality the only priority is Obama’s re–election campaign. When Barack’s approval rating is in the 40’s, he needs every Hispanic vote that pandering will attract.

Since the administration has not been able to persuade Congress to pass “comprehensive immigration reform” (euphemism to English translation = amnesty), Obama intends to achieve amnesty by ordering the border bureaucracy to do it anyway.

Instead of deporting everyone caught who is here illegally, the administration will drop deportation proceedings if the illegal has been here a long time (each day adding another 24 hours to the original border violation) or is elderly, pregnant, in school, responsible for other family member’s care and has a number of relatives or friends who are potential Democrat voters in 2012.

Which means “catch and release” is no longer limited to fish.

What’s more, the illegals snared by Secure Communities will be allowed to apply for work permits, essentially rewarding them for a long series of bad decisions and thwarting the will of Congress and the majority of Americans.

This is like releasing burglars who steal less than $1,000.00 and helping them start a used electronics business on eBay.

Why obey the law when breaking it gains you a work permit? Unless you’re a citizen burglar with a warrant from another century, like the unfortunate Glenn Wilson, who probably rues the day he wasn’t born a Mexican.

Obama’s Back Door Amnesty for Illegal Aliens

There Must Be An Election Coming.

Once again the Obama Administration has by-passed Congress, federal laws, and the Constitution by granting what amounts to amnesty for illegal aliens within the US.

The Washington Times reported last week (Friday August 19th, 2011) the following: “ … the Obama administration said Thursday that it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria, such as attending school, having family in the military or having primary responsible for other family members’ care.

The move marks a major step for President Obama, who for months has said he does not have broad categorical authority to halt deportations and said he must follow the laws as Congress has written them.

But in letters to Congress on Thursday, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said she does have discretion to focus on “priorities” and that her department and the Justice Department will review all ongoing cases to see who meets the new criteria. (Read the entire article HERE.)

You may recall, dear reader, we warned months ago that Obama was seeking some method to grant amnesty to all those “undocumented democrats” in time for his reelection bid. Plus, we have warned many, many, times that Obama would do whatever it takes to win in 2012. This, I warrant, is just the beginning of the Obama Campaign’s shenanigans to secure his bid to return to the Oval Office in November of 2012.

The Washington Times article continued: “The top House Republican on the Judiciary Committee said the move is part of a White House plan “to grant backdoor amnesty to illegal immigrants.”

“The Obama administration should enforce immigration laws, not look for ways to ignore them,” said Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “The Obama administration should not pick and choose which laws to enforce. Administration officials should remember the oath of office they took to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land.” (Read the entire article HERE.)

When is enough … REALLY enough? Seems to me this is the Obama Administration thumbing its nose at federal law.

When, oh, when, is the Congress going to grow a spine and confront the Obama White House and explain that America does not have a KING! We have a constitution and the Obama Administration is trampling all over it.

How many times must we repeat that illegal aliens are law-breakers, criminals, and ought to be jailed and deported… period?

As soon as Congress returns it must pass legislation that outlaws exactly what the Obama Administration is doing by granting illegal aliens amnesty and refusing to comply with the federal laws already on the books. Seems to me this is serious grounds for impeachment proceedings.

This is such an in-your-face move aimed directly at the Congress that it defies explanation other than the Obama Administration has decided they are going to lose nest year and they’ve just decided to throw everything they have at the American people, and the Congress, and see what sticks.

And, really, isn’t it about time we rid ourselves of the Department of Homeland Security? I mean, it might have been a good idea at the time (one I did not agree with) but DHS has taken on far too much power and the fear of DHS by the American people rivals that of the German people for Hitler’s Gestapo. Even the name sounds like one of the Third Reich’s numerous security departments. Its not as if we don’t have enough intelligence agencies … we do. DHS is acting more like some state secret police than is comfortable for the people of a constitutional republic.

The Congress should cut off all funding for DHS and do so immediately. Just shut it down. It has grown far too powerful and is entirely too easy to manipulate by an administration, any administration, that wishes to force its will on the American people. In my opinion, it has become a threat to the liberty and freedom of Americans.

If this Congress allows the Obama Administration, including the Dept. of Homeland Security, to get away with this blatant refusal to enforce immigration laws, the law of the land, passed into law by the people’s representatives in the national legislature, then not a single currently serving senator or congressperson should be allowed to keep their seats in the Congress.

Look. It is very simple. If a department of government, or even a President, is allowed to refuse to uphold any law they choose, then what’s to stop them from refusing to recognize any other law they choose… say… like … oh, the second amendment, for instance?

The whole thing smacks of illegal amnesty for illegal aliens. Shouldn’t SOMEONE be drawing articles of impeachment? If we don’t stop this unlawful power play by the administration … what will they do next, huh?

It is long past time for the Obama Administration to be brought to heel. If we wait for the election – there may NOT BE AN ELECTION. There ARE ways to, uh, “postpone” an election. Do we really want to take that chance?

Illegal Immigration: Address Supply & Demand

Reversing the tide of illegal immigration is not a one–time operation. After all, Rome wasn’t invaded in a day. Elected officials can’t collar a single undocumented swimmer and expect the public to reward them for a job well done.

Successfully discouraging these lawbreakers requires affecting both supply and demand over the long term. The “social justice” crowd focuses on supply when it says we can’t deport an estimated 12 million illegals already here. But why should taxpayers be on the hook for transportation costs? We certainly didn’t pay to import the problem, why should we pay to export the trespassers?

The bulk of the illegal population will return home the same way they got here when conditions in the US are no longer attractive. (We saw a small example where I live when the Prince William Co. Virginia Board of Supervisors passed an initial anti–illegal alien ordinance and hundreds escaped this hellhole for more enlightened jurisdictions like DC, Maryland and Fairfax County.)

The most effective way to reduce the attractiveness of life here in El Norte is to make it harder to find a job. But in contrast to President Obama who is successfully discouraging business from hiring anyone, but I would prefer we concentrate our efforts on denying jobs to people who shouldn’t be here in the first place.

This is where the continuing commitment on the part of elected officials becomes crucial. And Chipotle, a national chain of burrito emporiums, provides the perfect example. The company wants board approval for a new restaurant to join the four others already in business in the county.

For those who are not familiar with the chain, even a cursory glance at the company’s website shows Chipotle is no mere South–of–the–border frijole franchiser. After spending my formative years in West Texas, I’m accustomed to ordering a burrito with gas, but at Chipotle your comida comes with a side order of pretension.

Chipotle’s corporate motto is “Food with Integrity”, but unfortunately the policy does not appear to extend to the personnel department. The Washington Examiner reports La Migra is cracking down on 60 Chipotle restaurants in the DC–Virginia for hiring illegal aliens and the Wall Street Journal says a criminal investigation of company management has been opened.

In defense a Chipotle spokesman explains, “Chipotle has “very robust” policies in place that “ensure that everyone we hire is legally authorized to work in this country.”

Here’s hoping the company’s E. coli prevention policies are more “robust” than it’s hiring practices, because once the investigation began Chipotle had to fire at least 40 employees in Northern Virginia. And last December 400 employees who were wrapping the burritos American’s didn’t want to wrap in Minnesota were told to vamoose.

And keep in mind these employees weren’t hired by some rogue franchise owner that’s enlisted in a modern day Reconquista. The more than 1,000 Chipotle stores are company owned and operated by a management that boasts, “It’s our promise to run our business in a way that doesn’t exploit animals, people or the environment. It is the philosophy that guides every decision we make at Chipotle.”

But the promise evidently does not apply to exploiting lax immigration enforcement.
In fact, Reuters quotes some fired illegals that assert Chipotle “ignored signs that pointed to the illegal status of some of its workers.”

Locally the Chipotle request for the new location is being reviewed by Planning–Environment–Land Use–Transportation Committee and one civic association leader is concerned that the design of the Chipotle store “harmonize” with the other structures in the shopping center.

But what’s vastly more important is that Chipotle hiring practices “harmonize” with board of supervisor policies that discourage illegal aliens. This Chipotle request should be dead in the water until such time as company management guarantees in writing that every employee working in the new and four previously opened stores in the county is legally permitted to be employed in the United States.

Whether that means Chipotle checks all employees with the E–Verify database, requires they have a valid US passport or limits itself to hiring Republicans the process must be legally binding and enforceable by the board. Without that assurance, the board should deny the permit.

Politicians are always eager to take credit for “creating jobs” and allowing a new Chipotle store to open will do just that. But it’s equally important to make sure the new jobs don’t go to employees who just arrived here from Acuña.

We had a perfect example last month where I live in Virginia. After doing everything possible — short of calling for Jimmy Carter’s intervention — to prevent passage and subvert enforcement of Prince William County’s anti–illegal alien ordinance, Jefe de la Policia Charlie Deane achieved a two–fer.

First, the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce honored him with the “Bridge Builder” award. The award citation read, “Chief Deane has been a voice of calm and reason in Prince William understanding the importance of protecting and serving all of the residents of the County, even in the face of adversity…Chief Deane has implemented a policy in the County police department against making routine status inquiries of crime victims and witnesses.”

It did not say if the award came with a certificate granting dual citizenship.

Of course the “adversity” the Hispanic Chamber mentions depends on which side the tortilla is buttered. This advocacy group for border violators is referring to the benighted County Board of Supervisors that insists on passing, over Deane’s objections, anti–illegal alien ordinances.

Then Deane takes credit for last year’s drop in the overall crime rate without once mentioning that the absence of thousands of illegal aliens who fled the county after passage of the anti–illegal ordinance may have had something to do with the decline.
Deane can’t seem to grasp the majority of actual citizens here support the ordinance and have re–elected all the supervisors who voted for it.

El Patron is extremely vocal about his foot–dragging. As he declared, with his thumb firmly in the board’s eye, “We made it very clear . . . that we were going to focus on individuals who had committed crimes, and that we were going to protect crime victims and witnesses regardless of their status, and we were not going to do racial profiling, roadblocks, sweeps or employment investigations.”

But what Deane is telling residents here is, that as long as he’s chief, the intensity of law enforcement will vary depending on the individual’s national origin.

Here’s how the system works under El Excelencia. Let’s say an English–speaking couple has a spirited discussion regarding the husband’s habit of sending au natural photos to a woman who is not his urologist. The discussion escalates to the use of cutlery, motor vehicles or firearms and someone, probably the husband, calls police.

John and Jane Doe then find themselves on the receiving end of the complete law enforcement package when officers arrive.

Background checks will be run on all the adults in the house and should one of them happen to have a warrant outstanding, say for trespassing, then they will be arrested even if they were not party to the original photo discussion. If during the investigation officers should see a stack of passports or other documents lying in plain sight featuring many names, yet the same photo, additional questions will be asked, particularly with regard to the individual’s real identity.

But now you’re thinking won’t this create a “climate of fear” in the English–speaking community? Isn’t there a danger Anglos will stop cooperating with law enforcement? If there is, El Supremo is evidently not concerned about it.

The situation is somewhat different when Pedro Perez and his esposa have the same photo debate. Officers wait outside until Chief Deane and the Mexican consul arrive.

Actually I just made that up, but the reality is not much better.

For Senor & Senora Perez the situation is similar to the Doe’s. If she drew blood, she’s going to jail. But if she does not go to jail then there is no check whatsoever regarding status because Deane doesn’t allow that outside the Adult Detention Center.

Witnesses are another gray area; officers take their information, but is it correct? Is the name false? If they don’t have a driver’s license or they give you an international driver’s license (a dead giveaway) what does the officer do now? Would additional questions be the dreaded “routine status inquiries of crime victims and witnesses?”

How thorough is the investigation going to be when your boss specifically de–emphasizes enforcement of any law relating to being in the country illegally?

I assume if an illegal went to the station and turned himself in, Deane would hold his nose and go ahead process him — on second thought, maybe he’ll just put a mental health detainer on Jose until he comes to his senses.

Dean’s policy of ignoring–while–Hispanic is just as selective and just as wrong as stopping someone for driving–while–black. How comfortable are we taxpayers supposed to be when the enforcement of the law here is subject to the whims of El Joroba?
