It is astounding how many elected public officials support illegal aliens who sneak into our house like criminals in the night, stealing jobs that belong to Americans and bankrupting cities and hospitals for “freebies” they have no right to receive, backed up by federal judges who should have been removed from the federal bench decades ago. In April 2008, the very popular, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, prostituted himself during a speech for votes at an event sponsored by the Latino Leadership Alliance of New Jersey by assuring his audience illegal aliens were not really here illegally, but were simply “undocumented.”

The ‘unofficial’ number of unemployed Americans is close to 25 MILLION. Those “undocumented” criminals Gov. Christie refers to are illegally holding 11.5 MILLION jobs that belong to Americans and naturalized citizens. Shame on you, Gov. Christie for thumbing your nose at our federal immigration laws and encouraging even more criminals to break into our country. Roll out the welcome mat. Unemployment in New Jersey is holding at a steady 9.3%. Gov. Christie apparently doesn’t care if jobs go to illegal aliens instead of legal citizens in his state. After all, they’re simply “undocumented”. Well, what can one expect from someone who believes the hoax called ‘global warming’? Yes, Christie is on the record saying ‘climate change’ (the repackaged global warming baloney) is caused by human activity.

Gov. Rick Perry here in Texas is also pro illegals despite his carefully crafted stump speeches. Almost six years ago, Perry signed a bill into law to steal from the taxpayers of Texas to give tuition breaks to illegal aliens attending state universities. “Students” who have no right to even be on U.S. soil, much less take classroom seats in universities. Voters beware: Rick Perry is not who you think he is; Perry’s actions speak louder than his campaign rhetoric.

What exactly is this legal fiction called an ‘anchor baby’? The theory is that a child born on U.S. soil of an illegal alien, regardless of country of origin, automatically becomes a U.S. citizen.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Those favoring illegal aliens sneaking into our country use the Fourteenth Amendment as justification for babies born on U.S. soil by mothers who have no legal right to be in our country. They are wrong.

Amendment XIV – U.S. Constitution

Section 1. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

“Anchor babies” is simply a bastardization of the Fourteenth Amendment. Illegal means illegal. If the parent(s) have no legal right to be on US soil, their off spring are also illegal and must be deported if there is going to be any respect for our laws. I’m sorry for children of illegals, but they should blame their parents for sneaking across our borders, making them criminals in the eyes of the law.

The single largest number of illegal aliens (not “immigrants”) sneaking across the border are from Mexico. What does their Constitution say – and thank you to Mothers Against Illegal Amnesty for bringing this to light last year:

Mexican Constitution – Chapter II

Article 30. Mexican nationality is acquired by birth or by naturalization:

A. Mexicans by birth are:

I. Those born in the territory of the Republic, regardless of the nationality of their parents:

II. Those born in a foreign country of Mexican parents; of a Mexican father and a foreign mother; or of a Mexican mother and an unknown father;

Quoting one of the experts on the destruction of the illegal invasion and ‘anchor babies’, Frosty Wooldridge, wrote in one of his columns, January 6, 2011:

“April 4, 1997, President Sedillo of Mexico stated that “We will not tolerate foreign forces dictating and enacting laws on Mexicans. Our contention is that we are not enacting or dictating any laws on the Mexican illegal alien children born by illegal alien females in the US territory. Further, he states that “he was going to use all diplomatic and legal forces at his disposal to protect Mexicans living in the United States.”

What Sedillo was saying is legally correct:

Illegal aliens who smuggle themselves across our borders from Mexico are Mexican citizens and so are their off spring according to their Constitution, which is why he vows to protect “Mexicans living in the United States.” All ‘anchor babies’ whose mother is a Mexican citizen should be stripped of US citizenship because legally the child never had the legal right to acquire such status.

Consider these words from Edward J. Erler, Professor of Political Science, California State University, San Bernardino, in his column (I hope you take the time to read all of it):

Birthright Citizenship and Dual Citizenship: Harbingers of Administrative Tyranny

“In sum, this legacy of feudalism—which we today call birthright citizenship—was decisively rejected as the ground of American citizenship by the Fourteenth Amendment and the Expatriation Act of 1868. It is absurd, then, to believe that the Fourteenth Amendment confers the boon of American citizenship on the children of illegal aliens. Nor does the denial of birthright citizenship visit the sins of the parents on the children, as is often claimed, since the children of illegal aliens born in the U.S. are not being denied anything to which they have a right. Their allegiance should follow that of their parents during their minority. Furthermore, it is difficult to fathom how those who defy American law can derive benefits for their children by their defiance—or that any sovereign nation would allow such a thing.”

He further points out: “But in any case, to say that children of legal aliens are entitled to citizenship is one thing; after all, their parents are in the country with the permission of the U.S. It is entirely different with illegal aliens, who are here without permission. Thus repeal of the current policy of birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens would not require a constitutional amendment.”

Prof. Erler hit it out of the ball park: Children born on US soil of an illegal alien parent (or two parents) regardless of country of origin have no “right” to U.S. citizenship.

‘Anchor Baby’ Constitutional Amendment to Face Scrutiny in Congress – December 26, 2010 (FOX News)

“In a matter of weeks, Congress will go from trying to help young, illegal immigrants become legal to debating whether children born to parents who are in the country illegally should continue to enjoy automatic U.S. citizenship. Such a hardened approach — and the rhetoric certain to accompany it — should resonate with the GOP faithful who helped swing the House in Republicans’ favor. But it also could further hurt the GOP in its endeavor to grab a large enough share of the growing Latino vote to win the White House and the Senate majority in 2012. Legislation to test interpretations of the 14th Amendment as granting citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants will emerge early next session.”

There is a rancid bill in Congress right now that should be rejected: H.R.140 – Birthright Citizenship Act of 2011. Why? Because it includes citizenship for illegal aliens who serve in our military. The Department of Defense is so hard up for IED fodder for the on-going illegal invasions and occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan, they – with the blessing of the Outlaw Congress – have allowed illegal aliens to enlist. Currently there are about 29,000 illegal aliens serving in our military who should have been deported the minute their legal status was determined. Rep. Steve King’s bill rewards violating our immigration laws. That is not a solution, it’s a magnet for more illegals to invade this country and enlist. The military provides a lot of perks paid for by you and me. I’m sick of being fleeced to reward criminal behavior.

Forget about pandering to the “Latino vote.” I am so sick of racist politics shoved down our throats by minorities. This isn’t about anyone’s race. It’s about our laws and the financial destruction heaped on this country as a result of allowing nearly 25 MILLION illegals into this country. Pile on the number of children birthed by illegal female aliens and the numbers become staggering. According to a 2010 study released by the Pew Hispanic Center, 79% of the 5.1 million children of criminals (illegal aliens) were born in the U.S. That means just over 4 million babies have been given U.S. citizenship when they should have been deported immediately with the mother. Since their mother had no right to be on U.S. soil, the baby has no “right” to U.S. citizenship.

That might sound hard nosed, but the carnage caused by illegals since Ronald Reagan opened the door to this massive invasion back in 1986 would fill a hundred newspapers. The financial destruction to the states of the Union heaped on the backs of hard working Americans and those who came to America legally and went through the process, runs into the hundreds of billions of dollars — every year. Those 4 million illegal alien babies are recipients of your paycheck in the form of welfare and stealing the limited resources for education in the states.

Last year alone, the cost to taxpayers of LA County was whopping $600 MILLION dollars in welfare for children of illegal aliens. I guess it doesn’t bother the people there getting fleeced in taxes to pay for all that welfare because they continue to elect governors who refuse to lock down the border and sympathizers of the invasion across the southern border of California to their legislature. Remember the quote at the top of this column.

The Republicans controlled Congress from January 1995 – December 2007. For eight of those years, there was a Republican president, Bush, Jr. This mess regarding ‘anchor babies’ should have been taken care of once and for all: Regardless of country of origin, if you drop a baby on U.S. soil and you are an illegal alien, your baby does not automatically become a U.S. citizen. Both will be deported. The easiest way to detect this is from hospitals reporting the legal status of a woman giving birth. Oh, can you hear the screeching already from the American Communist Lawyers Union (ACLU), La Raza and other pro illegal, anti-American groups that illegals have rights!

No, they don’t and the ACLU, LaRaza and other militant anti-American groups can yell and jump up and down all they want. Either we get serious about deporting illegals or continue to suffer even more destruction to our country. Lawlessness breeds lawlessness. The U.S. State Department and the Department of Homeland Security support giving U.S. citizenship to illegal babies. Not surprising considering who heads up both of those cabinets.

It’s long past time the states of the Union stood up to the General Government on this issue. The states of the Union birthed the Constitution which created the U.S. Congress. They still hold the power.

As Prof. Erler stated above, there is no need for Congress to pass a constitutional amendment to deal with the issue of the ‘anchor baby’ scam. Art. IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution says: “The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.”

Last year Arizona’s state legislature tried to pass a bill dealing with this issue; it didn’t pass. Many, including myself, were opposed to the language in the bill as it would have changed the language of the Fourteenth Amendment and that can only be done by a constitutional amendment. However, the states can write legislation that succinctly spells out the myth of ‘anchor babies’ being protected by the Fourteenth Amendment and their right to turn the mother over to ICE to be deported right along with the baby.

That won’t happen unless the people of each state make this a major issue with their state legislature. That means all of us put the heat on our state reps and senators. It doesn’t matter if your state legislature is out of session, send that snail mail letter and remind them next year is an election year. It’s time to replace gutless legislators with real men and women who have the backbone to stand up to Washington, DC., the ACLU and America hating groups like LaRaza.

I am far more concerned over Rick Perry’s position on instate tuition for Illegal immigrants than I am over the all too obvious fact that he is no debater.

That he cannot debate does not concern me in the least. That he is not as polished a public speaker as a certain orator in the Oval Office doesn’t trouble me – at all. In fact, I am more than a little tired of the oily-tongued politicians from the halls of elitist academia. A heck of a lot of Americans are ready for a straight-shooter who will “tell it like it is” and is capable of doing so using less that “sixteen cylinder words.”

I am tired of Washington’s snake oil salesman telling me why all that is wrong with America is my fault – and — that I am too soft. That is a crock!

As I was saying – Perry has some problems with many conservatives over his in-state college tuition for illegal aliens. I’m one of them.

I have no doubt that Mr. Perry has done many good things along the US/Mexico border to try to secure it. But the American electorate, especially that portion from the southern states, and more especially the southwestern border states, want a President who will stop feeding us the line of bull about the border being more secure today than in the past. I, for one, want the border secured by the US military — even if that means changing federal law to place US Armed Forces on the border.

Rick Perry is on record as opposing the building of a fence along the Texas/Mexico border. WHY? I cannot fathom his thinking on a fence. Everyone knows the old saw: “Good fences make good neighbors.” Its old… but it is TRUE. A fence/wall would not only reduce illegal immigration but it would be a huge boon to national security, as well.

Illegal immigration is one of the most important problems facing America today. It is right up there in importance with the financial chaos of our economy and unemployment of Americans who actually want to work.

The following is a clip from an article in the Brownsville (Texas) Herald dated August 28^th, 2007.  It is datelined Mexico City and is titled “U.S. Congress lacks ‘maturity’ to solve immigration, Perry says.” The article states the following:

“Texas Gov. Rick Perry criticized the U.S. Congress on Tuesday for failing to make progress on immigration reform, suggesting its members lack “maturity” and calling the proposed construction of a fence along the U.S.-Mexico border “idiocy.”

Perry was in Mexico City on a trade mission intended to strengthen Texas and Mexico’s economic ties through trade, investment and energy initiatives, especially renewable energy.

“I don’t think this is that difficult of an issue if Congress would have the maturity to sit down and really discuss it and cut out all of the mean rhetoric and really talk about what is a solution to this issue,” Perry told a news conference.

Regarding immigration reform, Perry highlighted the importance of developing a foolproof biometric identification system to track individuals and to ensure that they pay taxes and “live within our laws.”

He suggested offering renewable, 24-month visas for those who follow such requirements and “incarceration and/or deportation” for those who do not.

He added that, under such a system, he would support a “free flow of individuals between these two countries who want to work and want to be an asset to our country and to Mexico.” (You may read the entire article HERE.)

Does that sound like a conservative candidate for President of the United States? More importantly, does that sound like a man who would actually DO something to secure the US/Mexico border, stop the flow of illegal aliens into the US across that border, and enhance the security of the United States? No, it doesn’t to me, either.

As a conservative voter I am still looking for a candidate I can vote for and expect that that candidate will have a fair chance of besting Obama in 2012. I am as frustrated today as I was at this same time in 2007.

I am not a fan of Romney but I am beginning to believe that he will, in fact, be the republican nominee for President. However, I still do not believe he can win against Obama.

There are two camps among the candidates, in my opinion, who want Romney to be the GOP candidate. They are: the Romney camp and the Obama camp.

I am convinced that the Romney camp believes conservatives will, in the end, vote for Romney as a vote against an Obama second term. At the

same time, I believe the Obama camp believes it can overcome Romney in the election because history teaches that voters will vote for the real thing every time over an imitation.

Perry is in trouble with conservative voters. His decline in the polls will become even more pronounced in the coming days. Romney AND Obama are counting in it.

Allow me to be blunt. I have had my fill of “compassionate conservatives” from Texas. In the last republican debate Rick Perry defended his stance on allowing in-state college tuition for illegal aliens in Texas. His defense fell flat with my wing of the Republican Party.

Perry wounded himself politically. He may have dealt a deathblow to his chance to occupy the Oval Office in January of 2013.

As I watched and listened intently to the debate I became instantly angry when Perry told those of us who disagree with his stance that we had no heart. That is pure Bovine Scatology!

Look. I am past tired of being the sugar daddy for uncounted millions of illegal aliens who have come into the United States illegally over the years and who have gorged at the trough of American largesse. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!

I side with those who advocate the building of a wall/fence from the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico — and passing any needed legislation or constitutional amendment that would allow the US military the responsibility for securing that border.

I think it has become clear, over the past decade, that the leaders of neither political party want that border secured. If they did – it would have been secured a long time past. Each party has its reasons for wanting illegal immigrants in this country. And they don’t give a rat’s rear-end what you or I want in regards to our safety (and the safety and security of the nation) from the very real threat posed by that porous line in the sand between Mexico and the US.

As long as the government continues to offer rewards for those breaking into our country they will continue to steal across that border by the millions.

Michelle Bachman was spot on when she said during the debate: “The American way is not to give taxpayer-subsidized benefits to people who have broken our laws and are here in the United States illegally.”

Sometime ago I wrote: “I recall a TV game show where the booth announcer would enthusiastically shout: “Come on DOWN” to those chosen as contestants on the show. The chosen contestants would rush to the stage expecting instant riches to await them there.

It seems to me there is something similar going on at the southern border of the US. I visualize democrats standing along the border gesturing to the would-be illegal immigrants on the Mexican side to: “Come on OVER!” And, boy, they are coming – in DROVES. The illegals climb the fence, go under the fence in tunnels, around the fence, and, quite often, through the fence, all the while, expecting great riches awaiting them on the American side including free healthcare, free education, welfare payment checks each month and a guarantee of citizenship — if their numbers become great enough to swing the elections in the democrats favor — all of this as a result of breaking the US laws and becoming criminals.” (You may read the entire article at INSIGHT on Freedom HERE.)

We are losing our country. “Very soon America will resemble nothing more than a banana republic with a socialist dictator in the mold of Hugo Chavez of Venezuela – or — the Castro brothers of Cuba.” HERE.)

“Perry’s stance toward immigrants is similar to that of George W. Bush, another Texas governor and presidential aspirant who likewise was attacked for his moderate solutions to immigration reform, such as guest worker programs. Mr. Bush endured the attacks and won the presidency, but Perry, who polls show is the current front-runner, may face a more difficult time.” (SOURCE)

At least a dozen states already offer in-state tuition to illegal aliens. It is a huge drain on the pocketbooks of the state’s taxpayers – and – in my opinion, it gives the back of the hand to the face of American students who are legal residents of the country and may be struggling financially, as well.

Mr. Perry’s stance may play well within the Hispanic community but it sure as heck does not within the conservative republican community. Perry’s slippage in the polls would indicate that it has already cost him support and I suspect, as the campaign rolls on it may become the deciding factor between Perry and Romney as the eventual Republican Candidate to face Obama in November of 2012.

And by the way, I still contend that Mr. Romney cannot win against Obama. I am very afraid it will be McCain-vs-Obama all over again. I do not believe the country can survive another four years of Obama.

There Must Be An Election Coming.

Once again the Obama Administration has by-passed Congress, federal laws, and the Constitution by granting what amounts to amnesty for illegal aliens within the US.

The Washington Times reported last week (Friday August 19^th, 2011) the following: “ … the Obama administration said Thursday that it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria, such as attending school, having family in the military or having primary responsible for other family members’ care.

The move marks a major step for President Obama, who for months has said he does not have broad categorical authority to halt deportations and said he must follow the laws as Congress has written them.

But in letters to Congress on Thursday, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said she does have discretion to focus on “priorities” and that her department and the Justice Department will review all ongoing cases to see who meets the new criteria. (Read the entire article HERE.)

You may recall, dear reader, we warned months ago that Obama was seeking some method to grant amnesty to all those “undocumented democrats” in time for his reelection bid. Plus, we have warned many, many, times that Obama would do whatever it takes to win in 2012. This, I warrant, is just the beginning of the Obama Campaign’s shenanigans to secure his bid to return to the Oval Office in November of 2012.

The Washington Times article continued: “The top House Republican on the Judiciary Committee said the move is part of a White House plan “to grant backdoor amnesty to illegal immigrants.”

“The Obama administration should enforce immigration laws, not look for ways to ignore them,” said Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “The Obama administration should not pick and choose which laws to enforce. Administration officials should remember the oath of office they took to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land.” (Read the entire article HERE.)

When is enough … REALLY enough? Seems to me this is the Obama Administration thumbing its nose at federal law.

When, oh, when, is the Congress going to grow a spine and confront the Obama White House and explain that America does not have a KING! We have a constitution and the Obama Administration is trampling all over it.

How many times must we repeat that illegal aliens are law-breakers, criminals, and ought to be jailed and deported… period?

As soon as Congress returns it must pass legislation that outlaws exactly what the Obama Administration is doing by granting illegal aliens amnesty and refusing to comply with the federal laws already on the books. Seems to me this is serious grounds for impeachment proceedings.

This is such an in-your-face move aimed directly at the Congress that it defies explanation other than the Obama Administration has decided they are going to lose nest year and they’ve just decided to throw everything they have at the American people, and the Congress, and see what sticks.

And, really, isn’t it about time we rid ourselves of the Department of Homeland Security? I mean, it might have been a good idea at the time (one I did not agree with) but DHS has taken on far too much power and the fear of DHS by the American people rivals that of the German people for Hitler’s Gestapo. Even the name sounds like one of the Third Reich’s numerous security departments. Its not as if we don’t have enough intelligence agencies … we do. DHS is acting more like some state secret police than is comfortable for the people of a constitutional republic.

The Congress should cut off all funding for DHS and do so immediately. Just shut it down. It has grown far too powerful and is entirely too easy to manipulate by an administration, any administration, that wishes to force its will on the American people. In my opinion, it has become a threat to the liberty and freedom of Americans.

If this Congress allows the Obama Administration, including the Dept. of Homeland Security, to get away with this blatant refusal to enforce immigration laws, the law of the land, passed into law by the people’s representatives in the national legislature, then not a single currently serving senator or congressperson should be allowed to keep their seats in the Congress.

Look. It is very simple. If a department of government, or even a President, is allowed to refuse to uphold any law they choose, then what’s to stop them from refusing to recognize any other law they choose… say… like … oh, the second amendment, for instance?

The whole thing smacks of illegal amnesty for illegal aliens. Shouldn’t SOMEONE be drawing articles of impeachment? If we don’t stop this unlawful power play by the administration … what will they do next, huh?

It is long past time for the Obama Administration to be brought to heel. If we wait for the election – there may NOT BE AN ELECTION. There ARE ways to, uh, “postpone” an election. Do we really want to take that chance?

Who says passive–aggressive obstructionism and borderline insubordination doesn’t pay off for some government employees? We had a perfect example last month where I live in Virginia. After doing everything possible — short of calling for Jimmy Carter’s intervention — to prevent passage and subvert enforcement of Prince William County’s anti–illegal alien ordinance, Jefe de la Policia Charlie Deane achieved a two–fer.

First, the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce honored him with the “Bridge Builder” award. The award citation read, “Chief Deane has been a voice of calm and reason in Prince William understanding the importance of protecting and serving all of the residents of the County, even in the face of adversity…Chief Deane has implemented a policy in the County police department against making routine status inquiries of crime victims and witnesses.”

It did not say if the award came with a certificate granting dual citizenship.

Of course the “adversity” the Hispanic Chamber mentions depends on which side the tortilla is buttered. This advocacy group for border violators is referring to the benighted County Board of Supervisors that insists on passing, over Deane’s objections, anti–illegal alien ordinances.

Then Deane takes credit for last year’s drop in the overall crime rate without once mentioning that the absence of thousands of illegal aliens who fled the county after passage of the anti–illegal ordinance may have had something to do with the decline.
Deane can’t seem to grasp the majority of actual citizens here support the ordinance and have re–elected all the supervisors who voted for it.

El Patron is extremely vocal about his foot–dragging. As he declared, with his thumb firmly in the board’s eye, “We made it very clear . . . that we were going to focus on individuals who had committed crimes, and that we were going to protect crime victims and witnesses regardless of their status, and we were not going to do racial profiling, roadblocks, sweeps or employment investigations.”

But what Deane is telling residents here is, that as long as he’s chief, the intensity of law enforcement will vary depending on the individual’s national origin.

Here’s how the system works under El Excelencia. Let’s say an English–speaking couple has a spirited discussion regarding the husband’s habit of sending au natural photos to a woman who is not his urologist. The discussion escalates to the use of cutlery, motor vehicles or firearms and someone, probably the husband, calls police.

John and Jane Doe then find themselves on the receiving end of the complete law enforcement package when officers arrive.

Background checks will be run on all the adults in the house and should one of them happen to have a warrant outstanding, say for trespassing, then they will be arrested even if they were not party to the original photo discussion. If during the investigation officers should see a stack of passports or other documents lying in plain sight featuring many names, yet the same photo, additional questions will be asked, particularly with regard to the individual’s real identity.

But now you’re thinking won’t this create a “climate of fear” in the English–speaking community? Isn’t there a danger Anglos will stop cooperating with law enforcement? If there is, El Supremo is evidently not concerned about it.

The situation is somewhat different when Pedro Perez and his esposa have the same photo debate. Officers wait outside until Chief Deane and the Mexican consul arrive.

Actually I just made that up, but the reality is not much better.

For Senor & Senora Perez the situation is similar to the Doe’s. If she drew blood, she’s going to jail. But if she does not go to jail then there is no check whatsoever regarding status because Deane doesn’t allow that outside the Adult Detention Center.

Witnesses are another gray area; officers take their information, but is it correct? Is the name false? If they don’t have a driver’s license or they give you an international driver’s license (a dead giveaway) what does the officer do now? Would additional questions be the dreaded “routine status inquiries of crime victims and witnesses?”

How thorough is the investigation going to be when your boss specifically de–emphasizes enforcement of any law relating to being in the country illegally?

I assume if an illegal went to the station and turned himself in, Deane would hold his nose and go ahead process him — on second thought, maybe he’ll just put a mental health detainer on Jose until he comes to his senses.

Dean’s policy of ignoring–while–Hispanic is just as selective and just as wrong as stopping someone for driving–while–black. How comfortable are we taxpayers supposed to be when the enforcement of the law here is subject to the whims of El Joroba?

Obama is jumping the gun on amnesty for illegal aliens in the United States. Yeah, I know he is in campaign mode.  But then, when is he not?

Pandering for the Latino vote will lose him votes from the Anglos.  So – keep it up, Mr. President!

By now, we all know that as long as Obama is in the Oval Office and the socialist/democrats are in control of the US Senate, there is no way the flood of illegal aliens north, across the US border, will be slowed, let alone stopped.

We predicted sometime ago that Border States would begin building their own border fences along their respective portions of the US/Mexico border.  Arizona has begun.

From the StarTribune.com comes this report: “Arizona lawmakers want more fence along the border with Mexico — whether the federal government thinks it’s necessary or not.

They’ve got a plan that could get a project started using online donations and prison labor. If they get enough money, all they would have to do is get cooperation from landowners and construction could begin as soon as this year.

Gov. Jan Brewer recently signed a bill that sets the state on a course that begins with launching a website to raise money for the work, said state Sen. Steve Smith, the bill’s sponsor.”   (You may read the entire article HERE.)

Governor Jan Brewer signed the Arizona fence bill back on April 28th and it will take effect on July 30th.  As soon as the website is up, we hope to be able to direct our readers to it.

The article goes on to say:  “Any type of fence would require approval of landowners, but Smith said he expects that to be forthcoming from the state and private land owners, including ranchers who have complained of break-ins and other trouble associated with smugglers and illegal crossings.”

Plans call for inmate labor to build the fence.  At 50 cents an hour, the cost of actually building such a fence would be considerably less than the federal government’s cost.

Does anyone actually believe the federal government when they proclaim the US/ Mexico border more secure than ever?  I don’t.

As to the accusation by Obama that Republicans would like a moat filled with alligators along the border – allow me to say that we folks here in NC would happily contribute as many Tar Heel “gaters” as we can catch and ship to the border — ear marked, of course, for use in such a moat.

Back in June of 2010 we noted that Obama was considering an executive order that would grant amnesty to illegal aliens.  At the time, we said:  “This ought to frighten every American to his/her core. Below is an excerpt from a letter sent to the President from a few republican members of the US Senate recently:

“Several Senators have learned of a possible plan by the Obama Administration that would provide a mass Amnesty for the nation’s 11-18 million illegal aliens. Led by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), eight Senators addressed a letter to the President asking for answers to questions about a plan that would allow DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano to provide an amnesty if they can’t secure enough votes for a bill in the Senate.”

The letter that was sent to Pres. Obama earlier today asks the President for clarification on the use of deferred action or parole for illegal aliens. The executive actions are typically used in special cases and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but if 60 votes can’t be secured in the Senate to pass a mass Amnesty, the Administration may use the discretionary actions as an alternative.” (SOURCE)

That letter was signed by: Sens. Grassley, Hatch (R-Utah), Vitter (R-La.), Bunning (R-Ky.), Chambliss (R-Ga.), Isakson (R-Ga.), Inhofe (R-Okla.), and Cochran (R-Miss.).

It has been just under one year since we warned such an executive order might be in the works. What better time to execute such a plan than during the bid for Obama’s reelection.

In case you missed it, there is an article at USA.com entitled: “Obama talks immigration with officials — but no members of Congress.”  It was posted less than a month ago.  It will provide more food for thought on this issue.  You will find it HERE.  It was interesting, and telling, that no governors of states that share their border with Mexico were included in that meeting.

Republicans declare that no bill containing amnesty for illegal aliens will pass the Congress.  But – a Presidential Executive Order does not require a single act of the Congress — and it has the effect of LAW.

When, exactly,  did America coronate a king???  Oh, yeah.  That would have been January 20th, 2009.

In his famed poem, Mending Wall, the American poet, Robert Frost chided the rock wall that he and his neighbor would mend each spring, replacing fallen rocks. “He is all pine and I am apple orchard. Begun in the fifth century B.C. and added to by later dynasties, it succeeded in defending China from invasions by northern tribes. In 1600, it helped the Ming dynasty defend against the Manchu, but when the gates at Shanhaiguan were opened in 1644 by a dissident Ming border general, the Manchus quickly seized Beijing and that was the end of the Ming dynasty.

There has been a growing call for a wall on the U.S. southern border with Mexico. Given the way Mexico has fallen into a state of barbaric anarchy by warring narcotics gangs, including increasing murders of Americans foolish enough to go there, it is a very good idea.

There are currently an estimated twelve million Mexicans and “other” illegal aliens residing in the United States, enjoying many benefits. Instead of aggressively dealing with the problem, the government under several administrations and the current one has opted to offer “amnesty” and grant them a citizenship they have not earned and do not deserve in the context of our laws.

The only thing these amnesties managed to accomplish was to encourage more millions of illegal aliens to cross our borders, to stay on beyond their visas, and to otherwise flout our immigration laws. They are not “undocumented”. They are criminals.

Naturally, when British Prime Minister David Cameron and French President Nicolas Sarkozy recently gave speeches or expressed their opposition to “multiculturalism”, it made news when it turned out they were appalled by the failure of this idiotic concept. Germany’s Chancellor, Angela Merkel, had already expressed that opinion.

There was a time when someone was proudly British, French or German. Today, their distinctive cultures are being hollowed out by waves of immigrants who have no desire to assimilate or adopt the values of their new homelands.

All of which raises the question of why, here in America, you have to “press one” to conduct a conversation in English, Islamic foot baths have been installed in the Kansas City airport, why ‘Islamic immersion’ classes have been inflicted on children in a California school district, there was a demand an Arabic public school in New York and a mosque within sight of Ground Zero, and why government documents are often printed in foreign languages.

The victory over Europe that the Muslims could not achieve by invasion and which ended with the defeat of a Muslim army outside of Vienna on September 11, 1683, has been achieved by a constant flow of immigrants from the Middle East and northern Africa as Europe opened its doors because their indigenous populations failed to reproduce in enough numbers to maintain their economies.

It is a principle of demographics that, as a nation becomes more prosperous its population tends to replace itself more slowly. Birthrates in America across the racial spectrum are in decline, reflecting those in Europe By contrast, places like China and India are where you find a billion or more people.

In 2008 Los Angeles County, population 10.2 million, was where 42% of workers were paid cash and did not pay taxes; 90% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles were for illegal aliens; more than two-thirds of all births were to illegal aliens; nearly 40% of all inmates in California were Mexican nationals who were there illegally; and, nationally, while less than 2% of illegal aliens were picking crops, 37% were on welfare.

These and a mountain of other statistics testify to the failure of the American government to enforce its immigration laws and deter an army of illegal immigrants from invading the nation.

The argument will be raised that America is “a nation of immigrants”, but that was then and this is now. The earlier flow of immigrants from Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Germany and Russia were needed in the 1800s to provide workers for the nation’s industrial base and as farmers for its expanding land mass. And they were white and Christian.

“The importation of Afro-Americans as slaves, starting early in America’s history, led to the Civil War, followed by the horrid “Jim Crow” era until the Civil Rights movement in the 1960s. These days they are minority population smaller than Hispanics and, thanks to a variety of liberal welfare programs, are too often a dysfunctional element of American society.”

There is an unrelenting tyranny to demographics; the statistical study of migrations and birth rates of peoples throughout the world. Unless Europe and America address it, putting the breaks on further immigration, they are at risk of falling prey to it and failing as a result of it.

England, France and Germany’s leaders have finally begun to speak out about and against it. It may be too late. America refuses to even acknowledge it.

14th. Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
Section 1.

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law, which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

There is the problem — section one of the 14th amendment. It HAS to be changed.

How many “legal” Americans understand that over 300,000 babies are born to illegal immigrants, every year, here in the states? (Actually, the figure is closer to 350,000 babies born each year in the US to illegal aliens.) The US continues to be the only nation that still allows so-called “Anchor Babies.”

Just so we are clear on exactly what an Anchor Baby is — the term “Anchor Babies” is used to identify babies born in the US from illegal alien mothers.

Under the Immigration Act of 1965, Anchor Babies can, at the age of 21, bring in their family as permanent residents of the US.

In 1866 Senator Jacob Howard explained the original intent of the 14^th Amendment to the constitution. He said: “Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.”

As every year passes more and more illegal aliens are taking advantage of American largess by breaking and entering the United States illegally and having their babies on US soil effectively anchoring their family in the US through the instant citizenship of that baby. This can no longer be allowed.

It is past time for the United States to either enforce the 14^th amendment, as it was originally intended, or amend the constitution to outlaw “Anchor Babies.”

The lines are already forming while the new Congress has barely warmed the cushions of their seats.

The US is, for all intents and purposes, BROKE! And yet we continue to allow illegal aliens to bleed us even drier. US Taxpayers are footing the bills for their birth, medical care, their education, (even college), and their food, darn near everything. Uncle Sam has become Uncle Sucker!

Some in Congress say we can correct this situation with another law. I don’t buy it and here’s why: A law will not stand the scrutiny of the US Supreme Court. (At least not the liberal court we have now.) So, the only way to get any kind of citizenship reform that actually works — is to amend the US Constitution. You can believe if an amendment was passed by both houses of the Congress, and signed by the President, ratification by the states would come almost overnight.

The fly in the ointment, at the moment, is, of course, the President. Obama will never sign anything that might slow the flood of illegal aliens (or as some refer to them “Undocumented Democrats!”) into the US. There is no way he would ever sign an amendment to the constitution that would put a stop to looting of the US Treasury by anchor babies.

But the groundwork must be laid sooner rather than later. As we look toward the elections in 2012, with a eye toward a conservative take over of the Congress and the office of the President, we must be ready to seize the moment and get an amendment through and on to the states for ratification as early as possible in 2013 or 2014.

As evidence of the urgency some states are feeling there have been reports that a number of states are investigating the possibility of creating “STATE CITIZENSHIP.” To qualify for citizenship in those states a baby must be born with at least one parent a legal and permanent resident or citizen of the state.

We “legal” Americans have to take back our country. The flood of illegal immigrants and “Anchor Babies” must be stopped. We know how. The question now is: Do we have the will?

We know our divided government is wishy-washy on the issue. But little doubt exists that the majority of the American people have the will. We want it done and done quickly.

Well, the dems are at it again. You simply have to give them an “A” for effort.

I recall a TV game show where the booth announcer would enthusiastically shout: “Come on DOWN” to those chosen as contestants on the show. The chosen contestants would rush to the stage expecting instant riches to await them there.

It seems to me there is something similar going on at the southern border of the US. I visualize democrats standing along the border gesturing to the would be illegal immigrants on the Mexican side to: “Come on OVER!” And, boy, they are coming – in DROVES. The illegals climb the fence, go under the fence in tunnels, around the fence, and, quite often, through the fence, all the while, expecting great riches awaiting them on the American side including free healthcare, free education, welfare payment checks each month and a guarantee of citizenship — if their numbers become great enough to swing the elections in the democrats favor — all of this as a result of breaking the US laws and becoming criminals.

Do not be fooled by all the denials from the democrats. Amnesty for illegal aliens is all about power for the liberal-socialist democrats in the US government. They, rightfully, see the gigantic influx of illegal aliens as a power source that will, if they can pull it off, guarantee victory at the polls, election cycle after election cycle, effective smothering their opposition and, eventually, securing them an uncontested lock on the US government forever.

So, if you liked the way the democrats have ruled under the democrat liberal-socialist control of the Congress and the socialist Obama Regime, then you are going to absolutely LOVE the socialist state the Hispanic vote will allow them to force on the American people. Very soon America will resemble nothing more than a banana republic with a socialist dictator in the mold of Hugo Chavez of Venezuela – or — the Castro brothers of Cuba.

I hope that is a sobering thought for Americans. Here is another one. We are losing our country and the passage of The Dream Act will be the last nail in the coffin of a constitutional republic in the United States.

I have lost count of the many times the democrats have endeavored to pass bills for amnesty for illegal aliens in the past few years. It seems that every session of Congress they try again and again to ram it through. They change the name, add a few more freebies, and twist arms of reluctant senators and congresspersons and generally increase the pressure on those hapless lawmakers to a near unbearable level. Still, somehow, we have managed to hold them off… until the next time.

Now the Obama Regime is claiming immigration reform is an emergency and the Congress must act to pass The Dream Act during the ongoing lame duck session of Congress which has a little less than 18 days to finish their work before it disbands and heads home until the first of January.

Many of the current supporters of Immigration Reform (another title for Amnesty for illegal aliens) will not return in January having been unceremoniously thrown out of office by voters angry at their efforts to “fundamentally change America” into their version of a socialist utopia.

Amnesty for illegal aliens is not the least of the actions of the defeated democrats to anger Americans who DO understand we are losing our constitutional representative government and being yoked with oppression from a socialist elite who are working maniacally to turn off the lights of that fabled “Shining City on a Hill” and replace the hill, upon which it sat, with a dung heap.

The Dream Act must be stopped in its tracks — and it must be stopped NOW! It will be nothing short of a disaster for America if it passes.

I simply do not think something this important to the very existence of America should be brought to the floor of the Congress during a lame duck session. As we said above, many of the democrats who will be supporting the bill have already been relieved of their office come the first of January. They have nothing to lose and they certainly do not have to fear a backlash from their constituents back home. Some might even feel a little revenge is in order for their having been dumped by their constituents in the Mid-Term Election back in November.

I repeat: The Dream Act, though artfully camouflaged, is nothing more than amnesty for illegal aliens and should NEVER come up for a vote in the Congress.

We all would do well to write, phone, e-mail, fax, send a telegram, or in some way not included here, contact our Senators and Congresspersons and tell them to vote NO on AMNESTY for ILLEGAL Aliens, otherwise known: “The Dream Act. We need to do it right NOW!

The Dream Act MUST BE STOPPED!!!

At some point in the near future, the US will be forced to invade Mexico – again!

There is a war going on in Mexico and the Mexican government has shown no capability of containing or winning the bloody conflict.

Mexico today resembles more a wartime Vietnam than it does a country at peace. That is because there is no peace in Mexico.

The US cannot continue to look the other way and pretend that the Mexican government can control the violence wrought by drug cartels, drug gangs, and just plain ole “outlaws.” The drug insurrection in Mexico is running up a body count that rivals that of the US wars in the Middle East. That, dear reader, is a full-blown war!

Americans who live in the states along the Southern Border of the US have a right to expect their government to protect them from marauding gangs and private Mexican outlaw armies. The extremely weak response from the Obama Regime to their pleas for assistance is a black mark on Obama’s record that will never fade.

The primary task of the US Government is National Defense. Protection of US citizens from invasion by other countries would certainly fall within that definition.

You think “invasion” is too strong a word? Then THINK AGAIN. The near incessant pouring of illegal aliens across the Mexican border into the US is straining our national treasury to the breaking point.

We really do not know how many illegal aliens from Mexico are now within the US. Oh, the government issues figures, but I suspect the figures they publicly espouse are “low-ball” figures.

Many suspect those “undocumented immigrants” are really “undocumented democrats.” How else to explain the democrats unceasing drive to grant them citizenship with such bills as “The Dream Act” widely expected to be introduced in the US Senate, by the democrats, during the on-going lame duck session of Congress?

The Dream Act must be defeated

One of the most important steps the new Congress can take is to build the fence along the border with Mexico and the US. In addition, the US military should be tasked with the security of that border with armed troops allowed to use deadly force to stop illegal entry into the US.

Even if that were done, I suspect it will not be enough. The armed Mexican gangs, and those private drug armies, will certainly challenge the border defenses until they are neutralized. The only way to do that is for the President to order an armed invasion of Mexico to hunt down and destroy the drug kingpins and wipe out their gunmen — to the last man.

In fact we may find it necessary to occupy a strip of northern Mexico to serve as a buffer zone. The point is, the US needs to do whatever is necessary to stop the land invasion of US territory by illegal aliens and to guarantee the safety of US citizens along that border.

An invasion of Mexico by US military forces is not new. Our neighbor to the south has made a nuisance of itself many times before. In the mid 1840’s and again in early 1900’s, US forces have been ordered into Mexico. You can bet there are contingency plans for just such an invasion on file at the Pentagon.

Call it a “Police Action,” if you will. We cannot continue to allow our neighbor’s war to spill over into US territory endangering US citizen’s lives and property. Armed US troops on the US/Mexico border would go a long way toward lessening the tension in the Border States and cooling the tempers of property owners along the border.

Americans have a history of stepping-in and stepping-up when their government, for whatever reason, fails to act to protect them. It is only a matter of time before there are armed clashes between Mexican citizens and American citizens along the border. It takes no crystal ball to see that future unfold. The violence along the border is escalating and that violence is being imported — along with the illegal drugs flooding across the border into the US. It MUST be STOPPED.

It is clear the Obama Regime is totally incapable of bringing pressure to bear on the Mexican government. Obama is such a weak President he is being “rolled” by practically every nation he seeks to deal with around the globe. It is a fact that a weak US President invites trouble by emboldening our foes everywhere. It is also clear that Obama’s weakness as a leader is adding fuel to the conflagration along the US/Mexico border.

Americans are now aware of the terrible mistake they made by electing Obama to the Office of President in 2008 and they intend to correct that mistake in November of 2012. But that is two years away. SOMETHING needs to be done NOW before there is a massive bloodletting as the result of a skirmish between armed Mexicans and armed US citizens. Mark my words – it is going to happen — sooner rather than later.

A strong American President could stop a war between Mexico and the United States. Problem is – AMERICA DOES NOT HAVE A STRONG PRESIDENT. We intend to correct that error in 2012.
