Now, let’s put the pieces together. Eric Holder has free reins to determine who is and is not a member of a “hate group,” a term determined by Holder’s personal whims. And let’s be real: Holder isn’t exactly the paradigm of fairness.
Like so-called civil rights laws, so-called Hate Crimes laws are part of America’s growing system of Shadow Law, which forces most white Americans to live in the shadows, without legal protection, while racist blacks, Hispanics, illegal aliens, heterophobic homosexuals, etc., enjoy unconstitutional and illegal privileges.
