Holmes, Trotsky and Hitler, American Progressivism has for over 130 years aggressively dismantled, brick by brick, every aspect of our fundamental natural rights founded under God, natural law and the original intent of the constitutional framers.
What Communism Feels Like
If America is not about personal, individual, political, and spiritual freedom, than it is not America. It is about the rights reserved to the States and the People. Without them, life in America will be no different than the Communist Poland from which my correspondent escaped.
The Constitution and YOUR Individual Rights…
The Bill of Rights or the first Ten Amendments are the rights prescribed for the individual. With these rights in hand, any common person has the ability legally to defend themselves against anyone or anything up to and including the federal government.
Individual Rights Vs. The Collective
When we speak about the rights of the individual, we are saying something very different than the left’s view of the topic. Our founders carefully crafted a Constitution that is designed to protect us from the excesses of government. However, a sufficient percentage of the people have not guarded those rights against government intrusion, until just recently.
