The excrement comes from Marifah, an Islamic forum.  Its authenticity is confirmed by MEMRI.  In the articles, quoted from al-Qaeda’s new web magazine, Abu Basir Nasir al-Wuhayshi  and Anwar al Awlaki, exhort Muslims living in America to take revenge for Everybody Draw Muhammad Day and other criticism of Moe.

Asked for his advice to Muslims residing in the West, Abu Basir Nasir al-Wuhayshi replied that they should arm and train themselves for violence.

My advise to my Muslim brothers in the West is to acquire weapons and learn methods of war. They are living in a place where they can cause great harm to the enemy and where they can support the Messenger of Allah.

Note the clause which I emphasized, it has a basis in the Qur’an.

9:120. It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the neighbourhood to remain behind Allah’s Messenger (Muhammad SAW when fighting in Allah’s Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allah, nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is written to their credit as a deed of righteousness. Surely, Allah wastes not the reward of the Muhsinun

I added emphasis to one crucial clause in the penultimate sentence to make one point extremely clear: taking any step to anger or injure disbelievers is imputed to a Muslim’s credit as righteousness.  Causing “great harm to the enemy” is valuable to Muslims because Allah will weigh their good deeds against their sins; the balance will determine their eternal destination.

There is no meaning in life if the Messenger of Allah is cursed while they listen to and see such crimes being committed in front of their eyes. It is not enough to defend him, may my father and mother be sacrificed for him, to participate in demonstrations and protests because these methods would not stop the West which is already used to them. The successful means are through explosive devices and sacrficing souls. That is more pronounced and successful way of defending him and this is a practice started by the Taliban of Pakistan, Nidal Hassan, and ‘Umar al-Faruq, may Allah release them and on this path are men who are coming to you by the will of Allah.

Life loses its meaning for a Muslim who does not kill someone who criticizes Moe. Bombing and shooting are effective remedies. ….

O Muslims rise up in defense of your Messenger: a man with his knife, a man with his gun, a man with his rifle, a man with his bomb, by learning how to design explosive devices, by burning down forests and buildings, or by running over them with your cars and trucks. The means of harming them are many so seek assistance from Allah and do not be weak and you will find a way. The rights of the Messenger of Allah upon us are great and it is nothing for all of us to die for his sake; may our mothers be bereaved of us if we do not defend him.

Moe, who has been dead for 1368 years, has a right to the death of his critics?  Yeah, right.   The message of Anwar al Awlaki is similar.

The medicine prescribed by the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) is the execution of those involved. A soul that is so debased, as to enjoy the ridicule of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), the mercy to makind; a soul that is so ungrateful towards its Lord that it defames the Prophet(pbuh) of the religion Allah has chosen for his creation does not deserve lfe, does not deserve to breathe the air created by Allah and enjoy a life provided for by Allah. Their proper abode is Hellfire.

Of course, the Imam cites precedent.

The Messenger of Allah(pbuh) called for assassination of Ka’b bin al-Ashraf and there are other incidents of his companions killing those who spoke against him. There was a blacklist of names of people in Makkah that were to be killed even if found hanging on to the clothes of al Ka’ba, the holiest site in Islam. This list included, among others, women who sang poetry defaming Muhamed(pbuh). Even though Muhammed(pbuh) prohibited the killing of women who are non-combatants, these women were an exception because of their unprecedented transgression.

Next, he complains that the system is supporting Moe’s critics, making the entirety of Western Civilization in a state of war against Islam.

…The main elements in this system are the laws that make blasphemy legal. Because they are practicing a “right” that is defended by the law, they have the backing of the entire Western political system. This would make the attacking of any Western target legal from an Islamic viewpoint. The entire Western system is staunchly protecting and promoting the defamation of Muhammed (pbuh) and therefore, it is the entire Western system that is at war with Islam. Assassinations, bombings, and acts of arson are all legitimate forms of revenge against a system that relishes the sacrilege of Islam in the name of freedom.

We have the First Amendment because free speech is necessary for the preservation of liberty in a republican form of government.  We must be able to criticize and question elected officials and candidates.  We must also be free to criticize and question their policies & proposed legislation.   Without free speech, our government could devolve into tyranny.

We must also be free to discuss inimical systems which threaten and attack us. Between 1787 and 1815, Muslim pirates attacked our shipping.  President Jefferson gave them a lesson in civility,  the effect of which has worn off.

According to Muslims, Moe is the greatest and best of men, a role model for everyone to emulate and his cult is  the “right religion”.  How are we to judge those assertions without allowing the presentation of evidence?  That requires free speech.

Allah selected as his ultimate messenger a man, who, after his selection as seal of the prophets, married the six year old daughter of his best friend and consummated the marriage when she was nine years old.  According to Muslims, I just blasphemed Allah & his messenger.  They say I should be killed for that.
I have evidence, from Islam’s own cannon.

Sahih Bukhari  Volume 7, Book 62, Number 64:
Narrated ‘Aisha:
that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).

That is a muttawir hadith; there are other narrators who back it up.  Go to http://www.islaam.net/main/hadithsearch.php and search for six years old.  If it ain’t true, why is it included in the most authentic of the hadith collections?

Allah’s ultimate messenger ordered the murder of a critic.

Sahih Muslim Book 019, Number 4436:
It has been narrated on the authority of Jabir that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Who will kill Ka’b b. Ashraf? He has maligned Allah, the Exalted, and His Messenger. Muhammad b. Maslama said: Messenger of Allah, do you wish that I should kill him? He said: Yes. He said: Permit me to talk (to him in the way I deem fit). He said: Talk (as you like). So, Muhammad b. Maslama came to Ka’b and talked to him, referred to the old friendship between them and said: This man (i. e. the Holy Prophet) has made up his mind to collect charity (from us) and this has put us to a great hardship. When be heard this, Ka’b said: By God, you will be put to more trouble by him. Muhammad b. Maslama said: No doubt, now we have become his followers and we do not like to forsake him until we see what turn his affairs will take. I want that you should give me a loan. He said: What will you mortgage? He said: What do you want? He said: Pledge me your women. He said: You are the most handsome of the Arabs; should we pledge our women to you? He said: Pledge me your children. He said: The son of one of us may abuse us saying that he was pledged for two wasqs of dates, but we can pledge you (cur) weapons. He said: All right. Then Muhammad b. Maslama promised that he would come to him with Harith, Abu ‘Abs b. Jabr and Abbad b. Bishr. So they came and called upon him at night. He came down to them. Sufyan says that all the narrators except ‘Amr have stated that his wife said: I hear a voice which sounds like the voice of murder. He said: It is only Muhammad b. Maslama and his foster-brother, Abu Na’ila. When a gentleman is called at night even it to be pierced with a spear, he should respond to the call. Muhammad said to his companions: As he comes down, I will extend my hands towards his head and when I hold him fast, you should do your job. So when he came down and he was holding his cloak under his arm, they said to him: We sense from you a very fine smell. He said: Yes, I have with me a mistress who is the most scented of the women of Arabia. He said: Allow me to smell (the scent on your head). He said: Yes, you may smell. So he caught it and smelt. Then he said: Allow me to do so (once again). He then held his head fast and said to his companions: Do your job. And they killed him.

Awlaki cited that hadith in his magazine article.  Is it possible that  a pedophile and murderer was a saint who brought us the right religion?  “Who will kill Ka’b b. Ashraf? He has maligned Allah, the Exalted, and His Messenger.”  Allah, the most merciful?  In a pig’s anus!!!

Muslims bitterly kvetch about wrongly associating Islam with terrorism.  That complaint is included in their UN resolutions demanding global blasphemy laws.  I mustn’t mention the fact that Allah said he would cast terror, Allah did cast terror, with consequences and Moe bragged about winning with terror because that would be “negative stereotyping”.  Kiss my foot.

It is time to pull your heads out of the sand and admit the fact that we need to be rid  of Islam.  Sign the  International Qur’an Petition and exhort everyone you can hope to influence to sign it and induce others to follow suit.

While we wait for the World Court to enforce international human rights covenants against Islam, lets amend the Constitution to acknowledge the fact that Islam is a predatory war cult, not a religion so we can outlaw it.  Sign the Outlaw Islam! petition and urge your friends to sign it.

Since the horrific Fort Hood Massacre of Nov. 5, ’09, suggestions that Islam should be outlawed increased in frequency and intensity.  The latest call for delegitimization of Islam does not come from a blog or comment, it comes from a freelance writer and think tank fellow,  published by New Media Journal.

I found three interesting quotes in the preamble; they are reproduced below, in block quotes, followed by my commentary.

But it is the violent and criminal acts of Muslims…acts which they see as religious imperatives, while to Christians and Jews they are repugnant acts of violence…that concern us most. We are told again and again that Islam is a religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims want nothing more than to live in peace. Although this may be true in most cases, it is entirely irrelevant so long as peace-loving Muslims fail to stand up and expose the radicals in their midst. The Muslim who claims to love peace, but who ignores the radicalism he sees and hears in his mosque is just as guilty of terrorism as those who carry out terrorist attacks against innocents.

I am not concerned as much by the violent acts as by the immutable, intrinsic doctrines of Islam which motivate and perpetuate a succession of violent acts. The violence prone zealots who obey Allah & emulate Moe have the weapons and will to use them.  The meek wind up dead in a ditch.

The Muslim who knows, believes and tacitly accepts the demonic doctrines which sanctify and mandate conquest, genocide & terrorism are just as guilty as those who carry out those evil acts. The ignorant or peace loving Muslim of good will who goes along with the flow is almost as much a victim of Islam as those the terrorists seek to harm.

Today, it is the fanatics who rule Islam; who war against non-Muslims; who slaughter Christians and Jews around the world; who bomb, behead, murder, and honor-kill; who take over mosque after mosque and radicalize its members; who stone and hang rape victims and homosexuals; and who teach young men that they will have eternal joy in paradise…to say nothing of seventy-two virgins…if only they will strap bombs to their bodies and detonate them in crowded marketplaces. These are the things that the Koran teaches.

Because the Koran teaches those things, the men who preach & practice them are not fanatics, radicals or extremists;  they are believers.  Those who do not preach  & practice Jihad are hypocrites, not good Muslims.

If Islam, as we know it today, had existed in the day of Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, and had Muslims been present in large numbers during the early years of our Republic, religious liberty would today be an entirely different matter.

Islam, as we know it today, existed in  Thomas Jefferson’s day. It plundered American merchantmen, killed or enslaved the crews and demanded tribute, which the new nation paid until 1805 when Jefferson summoned his resolve and sent the Marines to Tripoli. Anyone who doubts this should read about the Barbary War.

Jefferson’s contemporary, J.Q. Adams  understood Islam, as demonstrated by this quote.

“In the seventh century of the Christian era a wandering Arab, of the lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combing the powers of transcendent genius with the preternatural energy of a fanatic and the fraudulent spirit of an imposter, proclaimed himself as a messenger from heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth.

Adopting, from the sublime conception of the Mosaic law, the doctrine of one omnipotent God, he connected indissolubly with it the audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle. Adopting from the new revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of immortal life, and of future retribution, he humbled it to the dust by adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the gratification of the sexual passion. He poisoned the sources of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex, and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and exterminating war as part of his religion against all the rest of mankind. The essence of his doctrine was violence and lust; to exalt the brutal over the spiritual part of human nature.

Between these two religions, thus contrasted in the characters, a war of more than twelve hundred years has already raged. That war is yet flagrant; nor can it cease but by the extincture of that imposture, which has been permitted by Providence to prolong the degeneracy of man. While the merciless and dissolute are encouraged to furnish motives to human action, there never can be peace on earth and good will toward men. The hand of Ishmael will be against every man, and every man’s hand against him.” John Adams, 1830

The text of Paul R. Hollrah’s  proposed amendment follows.

“The right of the People to be secure in their persons and property shall not be abridged, and no person, or group of persons, may interfere or attempt to interfere in the right of others to pursue life, liberty, religious practice, or freedom of expression. No religious sect or denomination may advocate violent opposition to any other religious sect or denomination, or to the members thereof. Any religious sect or denomination which utilizes its religious freedoms in pursuit of political ends averse to the general welfare, at home or abroad, shall be in violation of this provision, shall forfeit the right to peaceably assemble, and shall not maintain places of worship.”

Unfortunately, that text would be in conflict with the existing First Amendment. In my view, it is necessary to exclude Islam from membership in the set of recognized religions.  An institution which is not a religion is not protected by the First Amendment’s free exercise clause and may be proscribed by law.

Closing Mosques, Islamic Centers & Madrassas is not sufficient action to solve the problem. So long as individual Muslims are present among us, free to indoctrinate their children and proselytize, the threat will not be reduced, it will increase.  Resident Muslims constitute a fifth column, each one a sleeper cell of one, capable of activation at any time, unpredictably.  We remain at risk until they die, emigrate or sincerely & finally abjure the doctrines of Islam.

Islam is what Moe preached and emulated, enshrined in the Koran & hadith; codified in Shari’ah.  Until you will read a sufficient sample of Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence, your knowledge of Islam is speculative and probably false.  Islam is not moderate, it is aggressive, intolerant and violent by design.

A Muslim described as moderate, who neither participates in nor approves of Jihad, is one whom Islam’s founder described as a hypocrite, whose Islam goes no deeper than his throat.

Shari’ah requires Muslims to participate in annual attacks against disbelievers; neglecting to do so when it is possible is sin. I refer doubters & dissenters to Reliance of the Traveller, O9.1   It is the duty of the caliph to make war upon Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians until they become Muslim or pay the jizya as prescribed in 9:29. Let doubters & dissenters read O9.8.  It is the duty of the caliph to fight all other people until they become Muslim as prescribed in 8:39. Islam is supremely intolerant. 3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.    Islam denies your right to live and own property.  Let doubters & dissenters read Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387. “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.”

Given the fact that Islam is intolerant & violent, dedicated to the destruction of our system of government & economy and Hellbent on enslaving us,  tolerating Islam is suicidal idiocy.

The first corrective measure known to me was proposed by Pedestrian Infidel in the spring of ’07: A Proposed Constitutional Amendment. Although I disagree with the fourth article of that proposal, I  have endorsed it, because it was the first and  remains the best option.

The Outlaw Islam! petition languishes with 124 signatures. One of my Google Alerts returned a link to a discussion thread at alt.religion.islam. The post was by kangarooistan, who titled it “There’s a group called ” BAN ISLAM ” help us to delete it”. Kangarooistan’s post is intended to initiate a movement to pressure Face Book to delete a discussion board titled “Ban Islam.”

I will not reproduce the complete drivel here, instead I will refute a few key deceptions which need to be addressed directly.

This group is created because there has been a breach of contract by the creator of the Group “Ban Islam” and Face book needs to address  this issue as a group demoralizing any religion is disrespectful and encourages religious hatred among people…

The group began with an obscenity in its name, Face Book objected and the organizers changed the name.

While some posters swing the heavy hammers of condemnation & execration, others post relevant factual evidence to support their conclusions. We tell the truth about Islam and they interpret it as demonization. Yes, kangarooistan chose the wrong word. Islam is immoral and demonic,  by design.

That is what the Qur’an does, but it goes further, inciting genocidal violence. The Skeptic’s Annotated Qur’an lists 527 ayat which incite religious hatred.

Of course there is a freedom of speech.. BUT, There is no freedom of abusing, spamming, swearing or disrespecting!

Remember the penalty for apostasy!

• O8.1When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.
• O8.2In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representive) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.

Every one has a right to oppose & criticize others’ belief but in a positive and gentle way..

If you oppose or criticize Islam in any place where Allah’s writ runs, they’ll kill you for it!

It preaches hate and genocidal violence. 8:37 mandates perpetual war against pagans until only Allah is worshiped. 9:29 mandates perpetual war against Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians until they are subjugated and submit to annual extortion. 8:67 sets “great slaughter” as Moe’s price of admission to Paradise. 47:4 commands killing and wounding “many of them”.  One Jewish settlement surrendered after a long siege. Moe decapitated the men, then he examined the boys, and decapitated any who had reached adolescence. Genocide, anyone? The historical record is here: Sunan Abu Dawud 38.4390. The war on terror equals a war on Islam!

The article is attributed to Tom Fowler, founder of the  Conservative Constitutionalist Party.

There is no war on Islam, there is a war, initiated by Islam, against all non-Muslims. This war flows directly from Allah’s Jihad imperatives recorded in Surahs Al-Anfal & At-Taubah, which are reflected in Umdat as-Salik O9.8 & O9.9.

These two paragraphs precede the conclusion of the article.

In America we must start by banning Islam and outlawing Muslim schools and the Quran. Then we must deport or imprison those who teach and/or practice Islam. Drastic? Absolutely, but there is no other way. This is not a freedom of religion issue. It is a survival issue. If this makes me a bigot then so be it. I believe it makes me a realist. I think deep down you all know that what I say is true, but you are too afraid of being labeled a bigot to admit it. But from where I stand, the security and preservation of America is much more important than what someone thinks of me.

Does the banning of Islam run counter to the constitution? Certainly. That is why we need a constitutional amendment which would specifically ban Islam within the borders of America.

I must take issue with a few points.

• This is not a freedom of religion issue.

In part it is, but primarily a right to life issue.  This is how freedom of religion is involved: If Muslims have a ‘right’ to practice Islam here then we have no freedom of religion neither do we have a right to life or property.

Only Allah has the right to be worshiped.

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

If you worship any other than Allah in any other manner or form than Moe did, then you are a rebel against Allah, to be punished, humiliated, tormented and gathered into Hell.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.”…

Our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims. Allah declared open season on us. Have you not read 9:29?

9:123. O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allâh is with those who are the Al-Muttaqûn (the pious – see V.2:2).

Muslims are obligated to make war upon us, to mount a minimum of one military expedition in every year. Failing to do so when it is possible is sinful. But of course, I’m a liar. Yeah, wrong! Umdat as-Salik, the hand book of Shari’ah:

O9.1: The Obligatory Character of Jihad

Jihad is a communal obligation (def: c3.2). When enough people perform it to successfully accomplish it, it is no longer obligatory upon others (O: the evidence for which is the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

“He who provides the equipment for a soldier in jihad has himself performed jihad,”

and Allah Most High having said:

“Those of the believers who are unhurt but sit behind are not equal to those who fight in Allah’s path with their property and lives. Allah has preferred those who fight with their property and lives a whole degree above those who sit behind. And to each, Allah has promised great good” (Koran 4:95).

If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year.

We need to amend the Constitution to acknowledge the fact that Islam is a war cult, not a legitimate religion, and, as such, not covered by the umbrella of first amendment protection.
