A common complaint against Islam is that the “good” Muslims don’t condemn the Muslims who are terrorists.

Lately, an old declaration by a fiqh council has been popping up. [A fiqh council is made of Islamic jurists who are experts in Sharia law and it applications.] Dozens of imams and Islamic groups condemn terrorism by signing a fatwa [judgment]. It sounds great, but how does it look under closer examination? Take this sentence:

“Islam strictly condemns religious extremism and the use of violence against innocent lives.”

What could be possibly wrong with this strict condemnation? The possible splinter in the banister is what specific words mean. Take “extremism” for example. The average Kafir (non-believer) thinks of terror. Terror is extreme, by definition, but what we are actually talking about is religious extremism, in particular, Islam. What is extreme Islam? Surely Islamic terrorism is extreme Islam.

Before we can examine “extreme Islam”, we must define Islam. Islam is the political/religious doctrine found the Koran and the Sunna (Mohammed’s perfect life-example.) The Sunna is found in the Sira (Mohammed’s biography) and the Hadith (the Traditions, small Mohammed stories). The Koran, the Sira and the Hadith compose the Trilogy. The Trilogy defines Islam. If it is in the Trilogy, it is Islam. If it is in the Trilogy it is normal Islam.

What is the content of the Trilogy? Murder, plots against the enemies of Islam, assassinations, mass executions, sneak attacks, torture, Jew-hatred, theft, kidnappings, open warfare, and more. Since they are in the Trilogy, these actions are normal, not extreme. September 11 attack on the World Trade Center was not extremism.

So far as terror goes, terror is as Islamic as a call-to-prayer.

Koran 8:12 Then your Lord spoke to His angels and said, “I will be with you. Give strength to the believers. I will send terror into the Kafirs’ hearts, cut off their heads and even the tips of their fingers!”

I have been given five things, which were not given to any one else before me:
1. Allah made me victorious by awe, by His frightening my enemies for a distance of one month’s journey.

The fiqh council’s fatwa includes a quote from the Koran:

Koran 5:32 whoever killed a human being, unjustly, shall be regarded as having killed all mankind.

The problem is that this quote from the Islamic scholars is taqiyya (sacred deception). Look at what they left out:

Koran 5:32 That was why We laid it down for the Jews that whoever killed a human being, unjustly, shall be regarded as having killed all mankind

That advice was for the Jews–the Jews, not the Muslims. Let’s examine the next two verses that advise the Muslims:

Koran 5:33 Those that make war against Allah and His apostle and spread disorder in the land shall be slain or crucified or have their hands and feet cut off on alternate sides, or be banished from the land. They shall be held up to shame in this world and sternly punished in the hereafter: except those that repent before you reduce them. For you must know that Allah is forgiving and merciful.

Koran 5:35 Believers, have fear of Allah and seek the right path to Him. Fight valiantly for His cause, so that you may triumph.

When Muslims kill a Kafir, it is regarded as a sacred act, jihad.

Now look at the word, “innocent”. Mohammed sent out his jihadists on seven raids before they were successful on their eighth attempt to destroy the Kafirs’ caravan. It is significant that they used deception to accomplish this task. The jihadists disguised themselves as “religious” pilgrims to approach the caravan drivers. They murdered one, captured those who did not escape and stole their merchandise.

What was the guilt of the caravan drivers? They were Meccan Kafirs. That was their only guilt. We might say that they were innocent, but they were part of a group that denied the fact that Mohammed was the prophet of the only god, Allah. That is guilt enough to be murdered. No one who denies that Mohammed is the prophet of Allah is innocent.

If you know the doctrine of Islam, the entire fatwa condemning terrorism is pure deception. Why be surprised? Mohammed repeatedly advised Muslims to deceive if it would advance the Islamic cause, and the fiqh council follows the Sunna of Mohammed to the letter.

The reason that this deception works is the average Kafir politician, reporter, pastor, priest or rabbi is deliberately and willfully ignorant. It is not that Islam is so skillful; but that Kafir leaders are such ignorant, politically correct cowards who refuse to educate themselves to the detriment of their own religious faith and their own country.

Pastor Terry Jones did the nation a service by bringing  a burning issue to the front burner and let it down by failing to fully exploit the issue.  He should have explained in detail why the Qur’an should be burned and  and exhorted people to read it.  He should especially have exhorted preachers to read the most egregious  ayat from their lecterns to educate their congregations.

Jones did another great disservice to the nation and the free world by backing down in the face of Islamic threats and governmental condemnation.  Backing down to threats reinforces those who make the threats.  When we back down, the bullys experience triumph and are encouraged by it to  issue more threats in the future.

There was no need to burn hundreds of Qur’ans and no benefit from it.  Burning one is sufficient for the symbolic act of resistance to Islamic intimidation, infiltration, sedition and conquest.

Had he burned just one English translation of the Qur’an,  he could have answered the hordes of Muslim protesters with a simple statement that he did not burn their sacred book; Muslims do not consider translations to be  sacred.

Another Christian activist and  associates gathered near the White House to protest  Islamic violence.  They  crumpled pages torn from a paperback translation of the Qur’an.  The torn pages were selected for their violent, anti-Christian content.  Think Progress reports that Andrew Beacham did the tearing while Randall Terry explained which  verses were selected and why.  In a radio interview with Sean Hannity, Terry urged listeners to read the Qur’an.  Hannity agreed and announced that he would have a special Qur’an reading hour this week,  possibly as soon as Tuesday September 14.

Randall Terry also gave  the url of his blog, which contains two papers he wrote for one of his courses in a Masters degree program. I did not catch it off the air, but hope I found it with a Google search.  A press release revealed that two papers were distributed at the protest.  Earth Times published a list of the torn ayat.  9:5-6 are listed, 9:29, 30, 33 & 123 are interesting omissions.

1) “Is Islamic Sharia law incompatible with international laws of human rights for freedom of thought, conscience, religion and expression?”

2) “How do the words and deeds of Islamic terrorists, or Muslims who call for acts of terror and violence, emulate the words and deeds of Muhammad?”

There is one thing more important than incinerating a Qur’an: becoming familiar with  its evil content.   Noel Yatom published a list of 164 violent verses. The Calcutta Qur’an Petition lists some critical ayat which establish the doctrine of jihad: offensive conquest.

During his early days in Medina, the Prophet apprehended attacks from the Quraish of Meeca.  So he formed the Muslim-Jewish alliance as a defensive measure.  Allah came forward with “revelations” (22.39-41) permitting the Prophet to fight in self-defence, and promising help.  But no attacks came from Mecca so that the Prophet was left free to break his alliance with the Jews and form his own Muslim Ummah.  Allah obliged immediately by converting the permission into a command (2.216; 4.76-77, 84, 8.39, 66- 66).  War against the Pagans now became obligatory on all Muslims.  Muslims were to go out and attack the infidels in regular military formations (4.71; 8.15; 9.123; 61.4). …Allah had purchased the lives and properties of the Muslims in exchange for dominion in this word and paradise hereafter (2.244-45; 9.111).  Avoiding jihAd became a great sin and violation of the covenant with Allah (2.218; 3.156; 4.74, 77, 95; 9.24, 38-39, 81.84). Becoming a martyr (shahId) became the highest merit for every Muslim (2.154; 3.157, 169-70,195, 198; 22.58; 33.16-17).

Click those links, print the verses, take them to Sunday school, and ask the teacher to identify them, “what part of the Bible is this from”.  Change Allah to God, and you’ll have them stumped.  If that does not get you shunned or disfellowshiped,  spring them on the preacher; ask him to read them in church.

It is not necessary to read the entire Qur’an to discover its true nature nor is there any mystery about it. Allah’s commands are contained in clear verses which are the foundation of the book.  If you read Surahs Al-Anfal & At-Taubah, you will have a pretty good understanding of the bottom line.

The hierarchy of your church probably believes the standard lies, that Islam is a “great religion of peace” and an “equally valid pathway to God”.  They probably believe that Islam reveres Jesus as a Prophet, too.  Of course they don’t know that Islam denies his paternity, divinity, crucifixion, death & resurrection, depicts him as inferior to Muhammad and a genocidal warlord who will “kill the Jews” when he returns.   What if you prove it to them?  My blog post “The Defamation of Jesus Christ“, contains the evidence you need, from the Qur’an, hadith & Tafsir, to show  your church the anti-Christian core of Islam.  Will you do it?  If you won’t. who will?

President Barack Hussein Obama never tires of repeating the same al-Taqiyya; I tire of  refuting  his lies, but I will continue because I view  truth as a sacred value which must be preserved in order to preserve liberty.  As usual, I will take the worst lies out of context and refute them.  Those desiring the whole sack of feces can choose between the video:  Press Conference Video and the transcript.

“As I said in Cleveland on Wednesday, I ran for President because I believed the policies of the previous decade had left our economy weaker and our middle class struggling.  They were policies that cut taxes, especially for millionaires and billionaires, cut regulations for corporations and for special interests, and left everyone else pretty much fending for themselves.  They were policies that ultimately culminated in a financial crisis and a terrible recession that we’re still digging out of today. ”

The policies that weakened our economy  belong to the LibTards in Congress and the White House, both Democrat and Republican.  There is no free lunch and no magic wand.  Due to the intentional destruction of  our system of education, the general public lacks the knowledge of economics necessary to anticipate the stream of lies coming from hucksters & politicians.  They did not learn from the .com bubble, so they bought into the housing bubble and got stung again.

This story has three morals:

1. Get politicians & union goons out of the education system.
2. Caveat Emptor!!!
3. Never vote for a LibTard!!!

It is not possible to spur economic growth by wasting vast sums on boodoggles and increasing the national debt.  It is necessary to get more money into the hands of consumers and increase their confidence in the economy.  Everything Obama proposes is counterproductive.

Muslims, motivated by the damnable doctrines of Islam, which promise them forgiveness of sins and eternal carnality in Allah’s celestial bordello, attacked us in the name of Allah, as they are commanded to do by that demon.  They shouted “Allahu Akhbar!” while slitting the throats of the flight crews. Islam declared and prosecuted war against us  So, why the Hell are we not at war against it?

Deniers are damned fools, Shrub included.  More than two hundred years ago, the Barbary  Pirates sacked our shipping and nearly bankrupted the new nation with demands for tribute.  When asked by what right they attacked us, they gave a very enlightening answer.

Is there some part of the Muslim’s answer to Adams & Jefferson that you  can not comprehend?   What part of it escapes Obama’s comprehension??  When caliph Umar sent his army to Persia, the Persian general asked a  question similar to Jefferson’s and received a similar answer.  This crucial quote comes from Sahih Bukhari 4.53.386.

Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master.”

Can you see the parallels?  Can you connect the dots?  Why can’t  Shrub & Obama???  They can but they won’t, because Shrub was not comfortable with the fact that he had two  options: to kill 1.3 billion people or break their faith so that they would no longer be Muslims obligated to wage war against us.   Obama won’t because he is one of them.  His father was Muslim; Islam passes through patriarchy. A Muslim’s children are Muslims, by Islamic law.  If Obama had a genuine conversion, he would condemn Islam because he knows its evil from the inside.

Read “Muslims”. Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam. “I will cast terror“, “so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes“, “to strike a terror“, “Allah cast terror“,  “I have been made victorious with terror“.  How do you refute the Islamic record of what Allah & Moe said and did?

In  the previous paragraph, I gave you quotes from the Qur’an & hadith.  Allah said that he would and did “cast terror”.   Moe said that he was made victorious with terror.  What part of that do you not comprehend?  I gave you links; click them and read multiple translations of the Qur’an and one translation of Sahih Bukhari.

`Who perverted Islam?  Allah said something about war. I will quote one of those statements, an  imperative commanding Muslims to wage war against Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians.  This quote is from J.M. Rodwell’s translation, linked to multiple translations.

9:29. Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled.

What did Allah command Muslims to do?  Most of the translators  give it as fight.  What does it mean?  Moe told his companions what it meant to him, who is more expert in interpreting his revelations?

Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”  [Emphasis added.]

That Islamic scripture & oral tradition are codified in Shari’ah; Islamic law.  I quote from Reliance  of the Traveller, the handbook of Shafi’ite Fiqh.

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled” (Koran 9.29), [Emphasis & link added.]

What did Al-Mughira  say to the Persian general?  What did Sidi Haji Abdrahaman say to Adams & Jefferson?  Then on what quicksand does Obama stand while asserting that Islam has been “perverted”?  Moe set the standard of Islam with his recitation and actions.  Islamic law, founded on that recitation & sunnah, obligates Muslims to wage war against disbelievers, aggressive, offensive warfare on Islamic initiative at least one attack per year.  President Obama is a liar and a traitor.  I direct doubters & dissenters to Reliance of the Traveller, Book o9.0 through 9.9. How can  anyone hear or read those words without cursing?  Obama and his party have made a career of racial & ethnic division as well as economic class warfare which is exemplified early in his press conference. He demands that a Mosque be erected on Ground Zero but says nothing about a Greek Orthodox Church that has been frustrated by bureaucrats for nine years.  America ain’t hyphenated.

First, Islam is a predatory way of life, not a religion. It preys upon the human race.  It declared and is prosecuting war against pagan and scriptural disbelievers.

Second, tolerance must be reciprocal; Islam is intolerant.  Islam does not tolerate any religion, it only tolerates Islam. Get a clue.

3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

9:30. And the Jews say: ‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh’s Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!

When Islam triumphs over Christians, it imposes draconian legal and social restrictions on them.  This quote from Reliance of the Traveller informs us that Christians can not give testimony in trials. Only Muslims can testify!

(b) is fully legally responsible (mukallaf, def:
c8.1) (0: as testimony is not accepted from a child
or insane person, even when the child’s testimony

wearing a wide cloth belt (zunna:r);
(3) are not greeted with “as-Salamu
‘alaykum” ;
(4) must keep to the side of the street;
(5) may not build higher than or as high as
the Muslims’ buildings, though if they acquire a
tall house, it is not razed;
(6) are forbidden to openly display wine or
pork, (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,)
recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public
display of their funerals and feastdays;
(7) and are forbidden to build new churches.

Medina, and Yamama, for more than three days
(when the caliph allows them to enter there for

Exactly why in Hell should we tolerate a war cult which curses us,  denies the sanctity of our blood and property, denies our rights; declares & prosecutes war upon us!??

What book contains a clear command to wage war upon us?  Whose book is that?  Then who the Hell is our enemy!??  “Its Islam, stupid!”  Who prays for our defeat? Who burns our flag? Who marches in the streets chanting “Death to America!”?  Who carries signs declaring “Freedom go to Hell!”??

The fact that Islam is divided into schismatic sects who hate each other’s existence does not make any of them our friends or allies. They have one thing in common: hatred of disbelievers.

There is one God, aid he ain’t Allah!  Allah is an ancient deity of  pagan Arabia, previously going under different names including Baal and Sin. Read the Qur’an and see if it reflects the God you worship.

“But I’m also respectful that people of different faiths can practice their religion, even if they don’t subscribe to the exact same notions that I do, and that they are still good people, and they are my neighbors and they are my friends, and they are fighting alongside us in our battles.”

Does the practice of religion include obedience to religious obligations?  Are you aware of the fard al-kifaya of Jihad?  It binds all free, able bodied & sane adult male Muslims until a sufficient number have reported to the front. I refer doubters & dissenters to Reliance o9.1.  Muslims can not practice Islam without waging war on us. Its what they do; what Allah purchased them for.

9:111. Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success . [Emphasis added.]

When disbelievers retaliate and invade Muslim lands, the obligation becomes  fard ayn, binding upon all Muslims. If they are overrun, that includes women and children and Muslims wheresoever dispersed over the face of the earth.

Muslims are obligated to obey Allah and  his Messenger. What did Allah command them to do?  What did Moe do for them to emulate?  In the last nine years of his life he started a war every six weeks on the average.   Get a clue.

If they are good, obedient Muslims, they are not your friends. Allah expressly forbids friendship & partnership with disbelievers, even if they are parents  & siblings.

3:118. O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitânah (advisors, consultants, protectors, helpers, friends, etc.) those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians, and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made plain to you the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses) if you understand.
9:23. O you who believe! Take not for Auliyâ’ (supporters and helpers) your fathers and your brothers if they prefer disbelief to Belief. And whoever of you does so, then he is one of the Zâlimûn (wrong-doers, etc.).

The Roman Province of Syria was conquered by caliph Umar in 638, driving out many Jews and Christians. In 1948, the jews recovered a tiny fragment of their stolen patrimony. Muslims can’t tolerate that because land once conquered must forever remain  in Muslim hands, it belongs to Allah.  Allah promised them a two to one kill ratio and victory.  Israel’s successful self-defense proves Allah to be an impotent idol. The sound byte was from Mayor Bloomberg’s Iftar.  I found Bloomberg’s  prepared remarks at The Page.  I am not going to reproduce Mark Halperin’s article here,  I will quote the most  egregious excrement out of context & out of sequence; if you want to read it all in context, use the link above.

Why did Moe say that he was ordered to fight the people?  Who gave him that order?   What is the practical application of that order? How is it implemented?

Why is neglecting jihad sinful?  Why is jihad required in every year?  Why  did Al-Shafi’i rule that jihad must be performed annually, if possible?

The Examiner  published an article by Armir Taraj entitled:  Park51 Opponents Linked to Admirer of Terror Group Founder.   The article presented ad hominem arguments against Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer and appealed to biased authority figures without presenting  relevant, verifiable facts to refute the arguments presented by Geller and Spencer.

Presuming that their comment system would not allow links, I responded with references to Islam’s canon.

Liberals resort to argumentum ad hominem because they have no relevant, verifiable facts with which to defend their emotion based positions .

The fact is that Islam is intrinsically evil, by design . Its mission is mercenary. Anyone can  confirm that fact by reading the Qur’an & hadith: 8:1, 41, & 67; 33:26,27; 48:20, Sahih Muslim 19.4327, Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331, 4.52.220, 3.37.495 & 4.52.267

You can look up those references or you can search for and read “Islam’s Mercenary Mission”.

The fact is that Islam is martial, it ordains warfare for Muslims, the relationship between Allah and Muslims is master:slave; purchased to fight in his cause, kill and be killed.  Allah commanded Muslims to wage war against pagans until only Allah is worshiped and to wage war against Jews & Christians until they are subjugated & make annual extortion payments.

8:39 & 9:29 cancel out the more tolerant, peaceful verses.  Even though 5:32  is canceled out by Surah at-Taubah, lets consider the ayat which Muslims and their apologists never quote.

• 5:33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.

If you “wage war against Allah”, you  “shall be”: killed, crucified, have hand & foot cut off or exiled.  Why do Muslims practice kitman by concealing this verse?  Because of the definition of “wage war against Allah”.  Ibn Kathir provides that definition in his tafsir. [Emphasis added.]

• `Wage war’ mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. [The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land]

Disbelief in Allah constitutes waging war against him, subjecting one to the hudud listed in 5:33.   And they accuse us of cherry picking!

Examine  Surah at-Taubah 29 carefully, what does it command Muslims to do?

• 9:29 Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

What does Islamic law say about that?  Lets consult Umdat al-Salik.

• THE OBJECTIVES OF JIHAD
  o9.R Thc caliph (025) makes war upon Jews,
  Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has
  first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice,
  and if they will not, then invited them to

  (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule
  according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our
  Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace)).

And the Jurists?  What did  Al-Shafi’i say?

“The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims’ interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse.”

What did Al-Ghazali say?

…one must go on jihad (i.e., warlike razzias or raids) at least once a year…

I was disgusted but not surprised by what I heard on the news broadcast about President Obama’s remarks at the White House Iftar.  I went in search of a transcript but did not find it at the White House web site. It turned up at a propaganda site for foreign consumption: America.gov.  My intention is to refute the treason lie by lie.  I will put  the lies in block quote format interspersed with my comments at full margin.  Use the link above if you want to read the whole screed uninterrupted.

And these events celebrate the role of faith in the lives of the American people. They remind us of the basic truth that we are all children of God, and we all draw strength and a sense of purpose from our beliefs.

• 9:111. Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .

The Muslim’s purpose is to fight in Allah’s cause; to make Islam dominate the entire world.  Their purpose is to conquer us.  Sweet, beneficent & spiritual indeed.

These events are also an affirmation of who we are as Americans.  Our Founders understood that the best way to honor the place of faith in the lives of our people was to protect their freedom to practice religion.  In the Virginia Act of Establishing Religion Freedom, Thomas Jefferson wrote that “all men shall be free to profess, and by argument to maintain, their opinions in matters of religion.”  The First Amendment of our Constitution established the freedom of religion as the law of the land.  And that right has been upheld ever since.

Freedom of religion, a foundational virtue of America; how noble of President Obama to affirm it.  President Obama applies it to Islam, accepting the common fallacious assumption that Islam is a religion.  In fact, Islam is a “deen”–way of life which encompasses all aspects of human life, including faith.  Islam’s faith component serves two purposes: it prevents us from perceiving the reality of Islam’s mission and it motivates Muslims to fight, kill and be killed in world conquest.

We see Muslims raising their butts to the moon and hear them howling.  How sweet, they are praying to their god,  Islam must be a religion, beneficent, anodyne; an equally valid pathway to the sublime.   But what are they really doing?  Each time they pray, they recite the first Surah, which includes these verses.

• 1:6. Guide us to the Straight Way
  1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).
  • The Faithful ask for and abide by Guidance
  • 2:161. Verily, those who disbelieve, and die while they are disbelievers, it is they on whom is the Curse of Allâh and of the angels and of mankind, combined.

They are cursing us. Five times each day they remind Allah of our going astray and earning his anger.  Nay more. They are declaring war upon us.  “Guide us to the straight way” Note the title of Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir:  Guidance. Moe had a most interesting application for that word.

• “May peace be on him who follows the guidance…”
• “…Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master.”… Sahih Bukhari 4.52.386

What happens to those who do not follow the guidance?  Moe sent an extortion letter to Persia, whose Emperor rejected it. Caliph Umar sent his army.

Indeed, over the course of our history, religion has flourished within our borders precisely because Americans have had the right to worship as they choose — including the right to believe in no religion at all.

Islam does not  honor freedom of religion.  Where Islam conquers, pagans & atheists must be slain or enslaved if not converted.  “People of the Book“  must be subjugated and make annual extortion payments for the privilege of living as less than second class citizens.  Conquered Christians living in dhimmitude are not permitted to build or repair churches, display crosses, ring bells or pray aloud in public.  Muslims who abandon Islam must be executed.

a nation where the ability of peoples of different faiths to coexist peacefully and with mutual respect for one another stands in stark contrast to the religious conflict that persists elsewhere around the globe.

“Mutual respect”, another virtue lacking in Islam.  Our blood & property are not sacred to Muslims; we have no rights until we become Muslims.

• Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
  Narrated Anas bin Malik:
  Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”

Here comes the setup; wait for the but clause.

Now, we must all recognize and respect the sensitivities surrounding the development of Lower Manhattan.  The 9/11 attacks were a deeply traumatic event for our country.  And the pain and the experience of suffering by those who lost loved ones is just unimaginable.  So I understand the emotions that this issue engenders.  And Ground Zero is, indeed, hallowed ground.

Can you  imagine the feelings of the spouses and children whose loved ones went to work and never returned?  How did the survivors of victims of Flight 93 feel when they heard that cockpit voice recording?  I cursed Islam until my throat was too sore to continue, and I did not have any friends or family directly involved.

But let me be clear.  As a citizen, and as President, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as everyone else in this country.

How in Hell can they have a right to wage war against us ?  How in Hell can they have a right to enslave & rape our widows and orphans?  Jihad is part of Islam. It involves killing. Moe gave tacit approval to rape  captive women.

What is their “religion”?  In this hadith, I will emphasize the critical parts for clarity. Read it slowly, then re-read it for full comprehension.

• Sunan Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:
  Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
  I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

What would they abandon?  What would they return to?  What is their “religion”?

• O9.0 “…Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion..”…http://www.crusadersarmory.co.cc/RelianceO9-0.html

Participation in jihad is a “religious obligation” classified as fard al-kifaya; binding upon all eligible male Muslims until a sufficient number have responded to the call.  It is not possible for Muslims to practice Islam  without engaging in or supporting  jihad until the entire world is conquered.

• O9.1 “…If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. And that includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in Lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances.

What do they do in that “place of worship” , five times each day?  And why in that location?  When Muslims conquer an area, they first tear down the local temple and replace it with a Mosque as a symbol of supremacy & triumph.  Why is Hagia Sophia a Mosque?  Why is there a Mosque on the Temple Mount?

This is America.  And our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakeable.  The principle that people of all faiths are welcome in this country and that they will not be treated differently by their government is essential to who we are.  The writ of the Founders must endure.

Can religious freedom be extended to those who do not grant it?  Can those be welcome here who assert a divine mandate to conquer us?   The Founders did not anticipate modern transportation & emigration.  They had no reason to expect Muslims to come here. Now they are here as an enemy fifth column, using our Constitutional rights as a weapon against us.

And let us also remember who we’re fighting against, and what we’re fighting for.

No American President has  correctly identified the enemy who attacked us nine years ago and continues to p;lot attacks against us.  That enemy is Islam, the same enemy that sacked our merchant marine between 1791 & 1815.  Its name is Islam; no elected official will acknowledge that fact.  They are cowardly traitors.   We are fighting for life & liberty which we hold dear and Islam denigrates & denies to its victims.

Lives must be mixed with truth to maximize their effects. There is the little bit of truth in Obama’s slew of lies.

Al Qaeda’s cause is not Islam — it’s a gross distortion of Islam.

Its Islam, stupid! Why in Hell is it called the “Muslim Brotherhood”?  Al-Qaeda & HAMAS, etc.  are Islam, not separate, independent  entities.

These are not religious leaders — they’re terrorists who murder innocent men and women and children.

But time and again, the American people have demonstrated that we can work through these issues, and stay true to our core values, and emerge stronger for it.  So it must be — and will be — today.

Islam does not share our values, it contravenes them.  Islam is here to conquer us, not to assimilate. It is an enemy, not  part of our tradition.

And tonight, we are reminded that Ramadan is a celebration of a faith known for great diversity.  And Ramadan is a reminder that Islam has always been a part of America.

Shi’ia, Sunni & Sufi all have something in common.  What is it?  Allah’s imperatives.  What did Allah command them to do?  What did Moe say he was commanded to do?   How does that relate to 9/11?  What part of America was Islam when Thomas Jefferson was President?  Why did  he say “Millions for defense. But not one cent for tribute. “? Without the attacks of  the Barbary Pirates, we might not have a Marine Corps.  That is a substantial contribution, ain’t it.

Muslim American clerics have spoken out against terror and extremism, reaffirming that Islam teaches that one must save human life, not take it.

Snake Excrement!!!  No cleric has condemned Allah’s Gd’d imperatives, nor will they.  To condemn these is to sign your death warrant.

Show me, by God, one fatwa from one qualified  Muslim cleric, specifically & explicitly abjuring those ahadith!!!  They have not and they will not because those ayat & ahadith are part of Islamic law.  Instead they blather about how Islam forbids killing innocents, relying on our definition of innocent, while remembering their own.  Islam holds that only Muslims are innocent, all others are rebels against Allah, deserving to be killed.  They love to quote 5:32 but never quote 5:33 and they will never tell you about Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir of 5:33 which exposes the key definition: “waging war against Allah”  = disbelief.

And Muslim Americans serve with honor in our military.

Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, S.O.A. & Sgt. Asan Akbar  for example?

For in the end, we remain “one nation, under God, indivisible.”  And we can only achieve “liberty and justice for all” if we live by that one rule at the heart of every great religion, including Islam — that we do unto others as we would have them do unto us.

Liberty & justice are not advanced by allowing their sworn enemies to occupy us as a fifth column and erect symbols of their triumph over our battlefields.  Islam attacks, it kills, it enslaves; it does not live and let live.  It has no golden rule.   President Obama is one of them, not one of us.

Barenaked Islam quoted  a New York Times article: Across Nation, Mosque Projects Meet Opposition,  which first lists several locations where opposition  to Mosque construction has arisen and then brings out the key revelation.

“In all of the recent conflicts, opponents have said their problem is Islam itself. They quote passages from the Koran and argue that even the most Americanized Muslim secretly wants to replace the Constitution with Islamic Shariah law.”

Either the opponents have begun to study the enemy’s canon or they have been emboldened to  use to a new level of direct counter attack on the ideological plane. The next paragraph trots out the implicit false premise: “Islam is a religion, equal  to Christianity and must be tolerated as such as a matter of First Amendment right.”

“These local skirmishes make clear that there is now widespread debate about whether the best way to uphold America’s democratic values is to allow Muslims the same religious freedom enjoyed by other Americans, or to pull away the welcome mat from a faith seen as a singular threat.” [Emphasis added for clarity.]

Many left wingers are slick in their use of loaded expressions.  “America’s democratic values” is heavily laden with all things bright and beautiful.  The use of that expression lays the foundation for accusing Islam’s opponents of racism, bigotry & xenophobia.    They are off to a fast start, ahead of the starter’s pistol, mis-framing the debate.  Only religions are protected by the First Amendment’s free exercise clause.  They have evaded\ the crucial question: “Is Islam a religion worthy of First Amendment protection?”.

It has a scripture, it has theology, it has cosmology, it prays, it sways, it practices charity; it must be a religion.  Yeah, right.  Islam is a deen: way of life which dictates all aspects of human life. One critical aspect of that way of life makes it incompatible with our Constitution and intolerable in our society.  Open your eyes and prepare to learn; I am about to show you something that nobody else will expose you to.  This oral tradition exposes the reality of the Islamic deen.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

Moe presented jihad and agriculture as alternatives, the former being acceptable to Allah and the latter carrying a curse.   Allah will curse the Muslims if they abandon jihad in exchange for agriculture.  Jihad Akbar is striving against your ego and temptations.  Is Jihad Akbar an alternative to farming for a living?  Jihad asghar is defined in Islamic law as “to war against non-Muslims“.  Is that an alternative to farming as a way of making a living?   For the answer, examine this hadith, which Khan bowdlerized but Aisha Bewley included in her translation of Sahih Bukhari.

Bukhari  Ch 61 # 2756: …It is mentioned from Ibn ‘Umar from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, “My provision has been placed under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been placed on the one who disobeys my command.

How did Moe make his living?  By his spear.  Was it by hunting wild game?  Is the life style of a hunter/gatherer consistent with making commands; abasing and humiliating anyone who disobeys? What kind of command is involved in that saying? Here is one sample.

… I do not intend to wage war against you till you receive my written reason for it. It is better for you, either to accept Islam or agree to pay Jiziya and consent to remain obedient to Allah, His prophet and his messengers. My messengers deserve honour. Treat them with respect. Whatever pleases my messengers, will also please me….[LETTER TO THE CHIEFS OF AQABA]

Moe sent a letter to Christians, giving them the choice of conversion to Islam, dhimmitude & Jizya or war.  He commanded people to submit to Islam and attacked them if they refused.   What is consistent with issuing commands and punishing the disobedient?  Pillage & plunder.   Do you see the pattern yet?

For those who can not perceive the pattern, I have more clues from the Qur’an: Surah al-Anfal:; “Spoils of War”.  To whom do the spoils belong? How are they allocated?  What was Moe’s motivation?

8:1. They ask you (O Muhammad ) about the spoils of war. Say: “The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger.” So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ), if you are believers.

8:41. And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allâh, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives [of the Messenger (Muhammad )], (and also) the orphans, Al-Masâkin (the poor) and the wayfarer, if you have believed in Allâh and in that which We sent down to Our slave (Muhammad ) on the Day of criterion (between right and wrong), the Day when the two forces met (the battle of Badr) – And Allâh is Able to do all things.

8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise. [Emphasis added for clarity.]

Moe gets the spoils; the  best 20% off the top. Moe’s motivation was the spoils & ransom for captives.  We  have it on Allah’s authority.   But spoilation was taboo among Arabs, how did Moe get away with it?  Allah gave him special dispensation.  Nay more! Allah gave Moe the keys to the treasures of the world.  How did Allah make Moe wealthy?

Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331 …3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.” Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

Sahih Bukhari Volume 3, Book 37, Number 495:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Whenever a dead man in debt was brought to Allah’s Apostle he would ask, “Has he left anything to repay his debt?” If he was informed that he had left something to repay his debts, he would offer his funeral prayer, otherwise he would tell the Muslims to offer their friend’s funeral prayer. When Allah made the Prophet wealthy through conquests, he said, “I am more rightful than other believers to be the guardian of the believers, so if a Muslim dies while in debt, I am responsible for the repayment of his debt, and whoever leaves wealth (after his death) it will belong to his heirs. ”

Islam’s mission is mercenary, neither spiritual nor eleemosynary. This fact alone is sufficient to disqualify Islam from First Amendment protection.  There is another fact, equally potent as a disqualifier:  Islam is permanent war.  Moe created Islam for his personal emolument & empowerment, which were dependent on constant warfare. He began with razia on camel caravans,  graduated to ghazwat against local Jewish settlements, and went on to conquer Mecca and threaten nearby kingdoms and empires.

Since Moe was  the self-appointed spokesman for Allah, he had Allah issue commandments.  Two of them are crucial to the question before us.

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

9:29. Those are commands, imperatives, not suggestions; not metaphors, not allegories.  They have neither geographic nor chronological limits; they are outcome oriented, of global scope.  I gave you links to four tafsirs and Islamic law for a reason: so that you can verify what I have written.  Those tafsirs  deny the mercenary motivation clearly exposed by Allah’s own testimony in 8:67: “You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives)”. None of them denies the fard al-kifaya of annual ghazwat.  None of them asserts limits of time or geography.  None of them asserts an expiration date.

Besides bing fard al-kifaya, jihad is the essence of the relationship between Allah and the believers; he purchased them as slaves so that “…they kill (others) and are killed.“.

What makes  jihad  holy?  Is it fighting to establish the religion? [Read the footnote to 2:190.] No!  Jihad is only holy if nobody embezzles the spoils!

Sahih Muslim 19.4294: “…Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children….”

Jihad would be profaned by embezzling the spoils, which belong to Moe, fleeing from battle and mutilation  which was another  taboo.  Killing women and children  is prohibited because they were part of the booty, dead bodies had no value on the slave market. If you retain any doubt about this disgusting fact, I have some references for you: 33:26-27, Ibn Kathir and  Ibn Taymiyyah {“property for Muslims”}.

What is the importance of Jihad?

“Abdullah Humaid (Shaykh). “… Besides these acts of worship, a Muslim is directed to abstain from evil deeds and to perform good deeds, so that he may achieve success in the Hereafter, as well as, in the life of this world. But, as regards the reward and blessing, there is one deed which is very great in comparison to all the acts of worship and all the good deeds-and that is Jihad!”

By what stretch of the imagination is a mercenary and martial institution which wages war against us to be greeted with a welcome mat and given the protection which the First  Amendment extends to legitimate religions?  Given the fact that offensive jihad is a required  part of the practice of Islam, how can there be a right to practice Islam here?

The Times tells us that there is a “growing cottage industry of authors and bloggers”  who testify against Islam and “interfaith groups led by Protestant ministers, Catholic priests, rabbis and clergy members of other faiths” who defend Mosques.  They don’t tell us about the fact that only one side has relevant, verifiable evidence to support its case.  Throughout this post you will find links to source documents.  They are bold, blue underlined text. When clicked, they open  a relevant document in a new window.

At the end of the article, the times quotes a spokeswoman for one Mosque.

“Camie Ayash, a spokeswoman for the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro, lamented that people were listening to what she called “total disinformation” on Islam. … “A lot of Muslims came to the U.S. because they respect the Constitution,” she said. “There’s no conflict with the U.S. Constitution in Shariah law. If there were, Muslims wouldn’t be living here.”

Does Shari’ah conflict with our Constitution and laws or not?  Reliance of the Traveller is a 1251 page book, translated from Umdat as Salik.  It is acknowledged by the Sheikhs at Al-Azhar University to be an authentic handbook of Islamic law.  We  have freedom of religion. American citizens can choose their own religion, and switch at will.  Muslims governed by Shari’ah can not. A Muslim who  apostatizes must be executed.

O8.1  When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.

O8.2  In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representive) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.  http://www.crusadersarmory.co.cc/RelianceO8-2.html

Does that Islamic law conflict with our organic law or does it not?

Islamic law concerning marriage and divorce can be somewhat shocking to the western mind.

M3.13: Guardians Who May Marry a Virgin to a Man Without Her Consent

Guardians are of two types, those who may compel their female charges to marry someone, and those who may not.

-1- The only guardians who may compel their charge to marry are a virgin bride’s father or father’s father, compel meaning to marry her to a suitable match (def: m4) without her consent.

-2- Those who may not compel her are not entitled to marry her to someone unless she accepts and gives her permission.
Whenever the bride is a virgin, the father or father’s father may marry her to someone without her permission, though it is recommended to ask her permission if she has reached puberty. A virgin’s silence is considered as permission.

As for the nonvirgin of sound mind, no one may marry her to another after she has reached puberty without her express permission, no matter whether the guardian is the father, father’s father, or someone else.

The father of a prepubescent girl can marry her off without her consent.  Is that or is  that not in conflict with our laws?   What if she refuses

O1.2 The following are not subject to retaliation:

-4- a father or mother (or their fathers of mothers) fir killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring;
-5- nor is retaliation permissible to a descendant for (A: his ancestor’s) killing someone whose death would otherwise entitle the descendant to retaliate, such as when his father kills his mother.

Honoricide, anyone?  But, of course, there is no conflict between Shari’ah and our Constitution.

Now, back to the topic of divorce.

Chapter N3.0: The Words that Effect a Divorce
N3.2 Using plain words to effect a divorce means expressly pronouncing the word divorce (O: or words
derived from it).  When the husband says’ “I divorce you,” or “You are divorced,” the wife is divorced
whether he has made the intention or not.
(A: Here and in the rulings below, expressions such as “The wife is divorced,” or “The divorce is effected,” mean just one of the three times (def: n9.0(N:) ) necessary to finalize it, unless the husband thereby intends a two-or threefold divorce (dis: n3.5) or repeats the words three times.)

Is the Islamic law of divorce consistent with ours, or does it conflict?

Lets touch upon a subject which, though not directly  involved in the federal  organic law,  does involve the Constitutions of the several states: duties of the governor.

O25.9  Authority in view of merit is that which is freely invested by the caliph through his own choice, and entails delegating a given limitary function and the use of judgement within a range of familiar alternatives. This investiture consists of the caliph appointing an individual to independently govern a city or region with authority over all its inhabitants and discretion in familiar affairs for all matters of government, including seven functions:

-1- raising and deploying armies on the frontiers and fixing their salaries, if the caliph has not already done so;
-2- reviewing laws and appointing judges and magistrates;
-3- collecting the annual rate (khiraj) from those allowed to remain on land taken b Islamic conquests, gathering zakat from those obliged to pay, appointing workers to handle it, and distributing it to eligible recipients;
-4- protecting the religion and the sacrosanct, preserving the religion from alteration and substitution;
-5- enforcing the prescribed legal measures connected with the rights of Allah and men;
-6- leading Muslims at group and Friday prayers, whether personally or by representative;
-7- facilitating travel to the hajj for both pilgrims from the regian itself and those passing through from elsewhere, that they may proceed to the pilgrimage with all necessary help,
-8- and if the area has a border adjacent to enemy lands, an eighth duty arises, namely to undertake jihad against enemies, dividing the spoils of battle among combatants, and setting aside fifth (def: o10.3) for deserving recipients.

Revisit the last item in that list. The local governor has a duty to undertake jihad against neighboring enemies and dividing the spoils.  Does that or does that not conflict with our federal and state Constitutions?  We have been assured that there is no conflict between Shari’ah and our Constitution.   What is the truth of the matter?  Does our Constitution guarantee freedom of religion?  How about Shari’ah?

O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled” (Koran 9.29),

the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace). After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus’ descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

“I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,”

this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ). [Emphasis and link added for clarity.]

The caliph makes war upon Jews & Christians until they become Muslim or pay extortion, in obedience to 9:29.  But, we are assured that this does not conflict with our Constitution.  I doubt that many Muslims have read it.  Of course there is a perfect right to build Mosques & Madrassahs wherein to preach the obligation (fard al-kifaya) of jihad. And its perfectly alright to  send 1\8 of the charity collected to those waging war against us.

H8.7: The Eight Categories of Recipients

It is obligatory to distribute one’s zakat among eight categories of recipients (O: meaning that zakat goes to none besides them), one-eighth of the zakat to each category. (n: In the Hanafi school, it is valid for the giver to distribute his zakat to all of the categories, some of them, or to confine himself to just one of them (al-Lubab fi sharh al-Kitab(y88), 1.155). ) …

H8.17: Those Fighting for Allah

The seventh category is those fighting for Allah, meaning people engaged in Islamic military operations for whom no salary has been allotted in the army roster (O: but who are volunteers for jihad without remuneration).  They are given enough to suffice them for the operation, even if affluent; of weapons, mounts, clothing, and expenses (O: for the duration of the journey, round trip, and the time they spend there, even if prolonged. Though nothing has been mentioned here of the expense involved in supporting such people’s families during this period, it seems clear that they should also be given it).

Didn’t President Obama have something to say about Zakat at Cairo?  “That’s why I am committed to working with American Muslims to ensure that they can fulfill Zakat.”  Who did the Holy Land Foundation send $13. million to?  Why was that a big deal, requiring two trials in federal court?

I have long maintained that the most intelligent Englishmen came to America, leaving the dullards behind.  It seems that Alex Massie wants to prove my case.  His blog post turned up in one of my Google Alerts. He had written an arrogant, mocking post about the opposition to the Cordoba House project, followed up by a mockery of the readers who commented on the first post.  It was the second post that triggered the alert.

The initial post began this way, setting the tone for the series.

Yes, when I first read about plans for a mosque “at Ground Zero” my initial reaction was to wonder why, whatever the merits of an Islamic Cultural Centre in Lower Manhattan, such a project had to be built in such a location. It seemed likely to cause offense even if none were intended.

The reaction to the Cordoba House initiative, however, has changed my mind: I now think not only is there no reason not to carry on with the project but that, contra its critics, it now must be built a couple of blocks from the site of the former World Trade Center.

” It seemed likely to cause offense even if none were intended.”  That happens to be the standard argument against the project.  I have not used it in my postings on the subject, because I regard it as invalid.  Offense is intended and irrelevant. Muslims build Mosques on the sites of former temples as a sign of Islamic supremacy and triumph.  Such Mosque  building is an intentional insult to conquered people.

While the intended insult may be very sharp to the families of a few of the 3000 victims, others will fail to recognize it and go on with their lives diminished as they are by their tragic loss.  On the tactical plane, their suffering is insignificant. The significance lies in the psychology of the other side.

In ’01, Usama bin Laden spoke about the “strong horse“.

when people see a strong horse and a weak horse, by nature, they will like the strong horse. This is only one goal; those who want people to worship the lord of the people, without following that doctrine, will be following the doctrine of Muhammad, peace be upon him.

Bin Laden comes from a tribal and predatory culture. Predators look for signs of weakness, selecting for the first attack, the victim that appears to be least able to out run them or offer effective resistance.  Muslims are evaluating our will and ability to resist.  Every sign of weakness gives them encouragement, which benefits their recruitment and funding drives.  Our failure to win in Korea & Vietnam did not go unnoticed.  Our failure to react effectively to the seizure of our Embassy in Tehran  and our ignominious withdrawal from Somalia  were the icing on the cake.  Having ousted the Soviet Union from Afghanistan, Bin Laden was ready for a new easy prey.

Those who pontificate from the throne of ignorance do not understand the psychology involved, nor  Allah’s promise.

3:111. They will do you no harm, barring a trifling annoyance; and if they fight against you, they will show you their backs, and they will not be helped.

The Qur’an is primarily about incentivizing  jihad and persuading Muslims to march forth in it. Minimize the risks, maximize the rewards.   Every time we make a concession to Muslims or fail to respond forcefully and with resolve to an insult from them, we add to our image as the weak horse, emboldening the enemy and inviting a fresh attack.

They pronounced the takbir while slitting the throats of the flight crews.  Five times every day they recite it in the call to prayer and in their  prayers they recite it again.  “Allah is greater.”   Where?  Two blocks, about six hundred feet from the site of the towers.  Part of one of the jets penetrated the roof of the Burlington Coat Factory outlet and ended up in its basement.  That site is an extension of ground zero.  Building a Mosque there is a sign of Islam’s triumph.  It is the ultimate insult, not only to the families of the victims, but to every person who desires to live as a freeman.  Allowing that insult to go unanswered is  sign of weakness and lack of will; an invitation: “hit us again, please”; “thank you, may I have another.”

Do you know what they do when they pray?  Do they recite the ten commandments?   Do they recite the Lord’s Prayer?  Surely  their ritual must be as innocuous.  Yeah, right.  Five times a day they curse us by reciting Surah al-Fatihah.  Seven short verses, what is the big deal?

1:6. Guide us to the Straight Way
1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).

Go read the context and read the footnotes.  They are reminding Allah of how he hates us and wants to burn us.  Got a clue yet?  For the slow segment of the audience, I have another clue.

3:87. They are those whose recompense is that on them (rests) the Curse of Allâh, of the angels, and of all mankind.
9:30. And the Jews say: ‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh’s Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!

Alex is on a roll, revealing how his mind was changed by the critics of the project, citing Mayor  Giuliani as his exemplar.

The people responsible for changing my mind are those Republicans and cultural conservatives most opposed to the plan. Sarah Palin and Newt Gingrich are merely the more high-profile “campaigners” protesting that the proposed centre is offensive or that it “stabs the heart” or represents an American capitulation to “radical Islam”. Rudy Giuliani’s reaction was equally typical:

“This is a desecration,” he added. “Nobody would allow something like that at Pearl Harbor. Let’s have some respect for who died there and why they died there. Let’s not put this off on some kind of politically correct theory.

“I mean, they died there because of Islamic extremist terrorism. They are our enemy, we can say that, the world will not end when we say that. And the reality is, it will not and should not insult any decent Muslim because decent Muslims should be as opposed to Islamic extremism as you and I are.”

It is a desecration, in the tradition of  Ayodhya and Constantinople.  Islam has a pattern of demolishing temples and churches, replacing them with Mosques.  It is the insult which adds to the injury of conquest and genocide.   Have we allowed a Shinto shrine at  Pearl Harbor? Why not?

Respect  for those who died there?  Rudy, their cremains went to the landfill. They are dead, no further injury can be done to them.  Our concern should be for the living who will be maimed and killed in the next attack if we don’t preventing it by getting the Muslims out of here and keeping them out of  here before they succeed again.

No, Rudy, they died  because of Islam. Extremism is a meaningless shibboleth which serves to distract us from an unpalatable reality.  The enemy is Islam. It needs no adjectives or qualifiers.  The accursed abomination flows directly from Moe’s recitation and sunnah just as the Hindu, Assyrian & Armenian genocides did.

Decent Muslim?  Decent Muslim??  Decent Muslim???  Jesus Christ!!!!  It is the ultimate idiocy; the perfected oxymoron.  These politicians insult our intelligence every time they open their mouths to lie.  “Kill them wherever you find them.”  “Fight them until…” “Fight those who…”  Get a clue!  No decent person worships a demon who demands great slaughter as a precondition of entry into Paradise.  No decent man worships a demon who commands him to wage war upon us until we cease to resist and worship only that demon.  No decent man worships a demon who commands him to wage war upon us until we are subjugated and extorted.  No decent person regards as a saint and seeks to emulate a man who took sex slaves from captive women and permitted his army to rape captives.   Muslims worship Allah. Muslims emulate Muhammad bin Abdullah.  No decent person does that.

A few of them may not know about the doctrines of jihad, genocide and terror. They are Muslims because their ancestors were given the choice of Islam or death.  They may be Muslins in name only.  They may not really believe.  But we will not hear any of them publicly abjuring the doctrines enshrined in Surah al-Anfal & Surah at-Taubah and exemplified in the books of Jihad, Khumus & Expedition of Sahih Bukhari.  Islam is all or nothing, not a la carte.

Instead of addressing the substance of Giuliani’s statement, Alex spews the usual LeftTard crap.

If any of this was true then, yes, the objections would have some merit and might even be persuasive. But it’s not. First, the cultural and community centre – which will, yes, include a prayer room – is not actually being built at Ground Zero but two blocks away (which, as anyone who knows NYC knows means it is not next door or on the same site at all) and that, moreover, Park Place is hardly connected to the former WTC site at all.  And in any case, muslims have been using the site as an overflow prayer room for a Tribeca mosque for some time anyway without anyone being upset.

Mosque & prayer room are the same entity.  The Mosque is the central purpose of the proposed structure, the rest is persiflage.  Two blocks, big deal!  How much of the debris had to be swept  from Park Street?  One landing gear is in the basement, that makes it part of the battlefield.  Perhaps it did not upset you, Alex, but it outraged me when I found out about it.

So Muslims have a Constitutional right to erect Mosques and worship?  Do they?  Islam is not severable, it is all or nothing. Muslims can not keep the nice parts and discard jihad, genocide and terror, those are a regular part of worshiping Allah.  Attacking kuffar every year is fard al kifaya, a religious obligation.

What must a Muslim do to avoid eternity in the fire?  Do you have a clue?  Surah as-Saff would inform you most explicitly if you would read the last four  of its ts fourteen verses. What condemns a Muslim to the fire? Failure to join the jihad.  What is the relationship between Allah and Muslims?  They are his slaves.  What is their mission?  Killing us.  If they have a right to practice Islam, then our rights are abrogated.

Tolerance, respect and rights do not work unless they are reciprocal.  Islam does not reciprocate.  Read this hadith carefully, paying close attention to the  clauses to which I added emphasis.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”

Muslims are commanded to fight us. Our blood and property are not sacred to them and we have no rights until we join them in slavery to Allah.  Do you understand why Islam can not be tolerated?

That excellent article is centered on the 74 page  3rd OIC observatory report on Islamophobia (May 2009 to April 2010 which covers the period from May ’09 to April ’10.

General Secretary Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu’s Forward, at the end of page 5,  provides the first veiled threat.

Distortion of Islam geared towards denigrating and dehumanizing Muslims insults the deep seated religious feelings and violates their fundamental rights and dignity thus threatening the multicultural fabric of the societies. Such stereotyping leads to discrimination and violence defying justification on both political as well as economic grounds. It poses grave and multidimensional challenges to global as well as regional peace, security and stability. The situation merits a concerted effort on the part of the international community to evolve norms that would underwrite, promote and protect interfaith and inter-communal understanding, respect and harmony.

Note the loaded language with which the first sentence begins. “Distortion of Islam geared towards denigrating and dehumanizing Muslims” .  Turn back momentarily to the first paragraph:  where disturbing events are listed.

How do the Motoons distort Islam? They depicted Moe as a terrorist; does that distort Islam?  Allah said “I will cast terror“.  Allah cast terror, resulting in death, enslavement and dispossession.  Moe said “I have been made victorious with terror“.  The motoons depict Moe as bomb carrying a terrorist.  He never carried a bomb, because explosives were invented after his death.  But he was, by his own admission, a terrorist. If he had no bombs, how did Moe terrorize?  By his demon, and his spear; he built a terrible reputation. Lets take a brief Qur’anic review.  [Emphasis added.]

8:12. …I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes….
8:57. … punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.
8:60. …Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies…
59:2. … Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).
59:13. Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Bani An-Nadir) breasts than Allah. …

The message of the Motoons, though exaggerated, as most editorial cartoons are, is essentially true: Moe was a terrorist; terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam.  The Motoons do not distort Islam, they reflect the technological changes of the last 1387 years.

Are the Motoons “geared towards denigrating and dehumanizing Muslims”?  No, they only depict terrorists as the evil entities they are.  If Muslims  feel denigrated and dehumanized, it is only because they are in sympathy with the terrorists who obey Allah and emulate his Profit.

How does accurately depicting Moe as a terrorist violate the rights and dignity of Muslims?  Is there a right to be shielded from criticism of their superstition? What of our dignity and rights which are entirely denied by Islam? Their tender religious sensibilities are hurt.  What of the religious sensibilities of Christians?   The Qur’an denies Christ’s paternity, divinity, crucifixion, death & resurrection besides co-opting Christ as a genocidal warlord. How is it permissible  to denigrate & defame our Lord, but punishable by law to  attach the terrorist label to Moe?

The loaded language continues, carried over from recent U.N. resolutions.
“Such stereotyping leads to discrimination and violence defying justification on both political as well as economic grounds.”

Strongly condemns all manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities and migrants and the stereotypes often applied to them, including on the basis of religion or belief, and urges all States to apply and, where applicable, reinforce existing laws when such xenophobic or intolerant acts, manifestations or expressions occur, in order to eradicate impunity for those who commit xenophobic and racist acts;

What is the connection between exposing the evil doctrines of Islam and  violence?  Did the Motoons suggest that Muslims should be assaulted ?  Did the video Fitna include incitement to violence other than that in the Qur’an and the ravings of the Imams depicted therein?  Who actually shot & stabbed people and burned buildings in riots stirred up in the Mosques at Juma Salat?

Now we have wended our way to the thinly veiled threat. ” It poses grave and multidimensional challenges to global as well as regional peace,” What really poses a challenge to peace?  The true threat to peace flows from the Qur’an’s injunctions to permanent warfare, contained in 8:39 & 9:29.  It is ratified by Moe’s declaration that he was “commanded to fight“.  It is codified in Shari’ah:  “The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians :…, “The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim“… .

The last sentence in that paragraph from the forward exposes the OIC’s tactical objective: “The situation merits a concerted effort on the part of the international community to evolve norms that would underwrite, promote and protect interfaith and inter-communal understanding, respect and harmony.”

They demand, in the UNHRC, its Ad Hoc Committee on Elaboration of Contemporary Standards and the General Assembly, that all criticism of Islam be criminalized.  Each year they ram through two non binding resolutions condemning “defamation of religions”. In November, the committee meets again to work on a legally binding protocol to ICERD.

Existing human rights covenants have unenforced provisions which require that Islam be proscribed by law because its canon of scripture  incites war and genocide besides violating the right to life.  It is up to us to remind the World Court of its duty to enforce those provisions.  I urge you to sign, promote and publicize the  International Qur’an Petition.  That petition is all that stands between our liberties and the OIC .  We must use it!

On page ten, in the context of the executive summary, they state their vision and recommendations.  Three points in their nine point list require close attention.

Western countries should prohibit by law, publishing or uttering of matters that grossly abuse or insult matters held sacred by any religion or stereotype its followers.  Discrimination on the grounds of race, ethnicity, and religion should also be prohibited by law;

That is a repetition of the demand that all criticism of Islam be outlawed.  If we can not name and shame the enemy which attacked  us and continues to threaten further attacks,  then, in the words of George Washington:   “If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”

Hate crimes should be defined broadly and the information deficit must be addressed;

Broadly defined legislation is the worst enemy of  liberty.  That is an Islamic attempt to establish their tyranny.

Younger generations should be provided with educational programs that would foster tolerance, understanding and respect to “the other”;

If any sentient person understands Islam, he will not tolerate it. The OIC demands that our children be indoctrinated with Islamic hagiography to render them intellectually defenseless.  That is the opposite of education, it is a tool of enslavement.

The Kafir

Until now we have looked at the big picture of Sharia and then the position of women in Sharia. We now come to a new subject–the unbeliever or non-Muslim. The word “non-Muslim” is used in the translation of Sharia law, but the actual Arabic word used is “Kafir”. But the word Kafir means far more than non-Muslim. The original meaning of the word was “concealer”, one who conceals the truth of Islam.

The Koran says that the Kafir may be deceived, plotted against, hated, enslaved, mocked, tortured and worse. The word is usually translated as “unbeliever” but this translation is wrong. The word “unbeliever” is logically and emotionally neutral, whereas, Kafir is the most abusive, prejudiced and hateful word in any language.

There are many religious names for Kafirs: polytheists, idolaters, People of the Book (Christians and Jews), Buddhists, atheists, agnostics, and pagans. Kafir covers them all, because no matter what the religious name is, they can all be treated the same. What Mohammed said and did to polytheists can be done to any other category of Kafir.

Islam devotes a great amount of energy to the Kafir. The majority (64%) of the Koran is devoted to the Kafir, and nearly all of the Sira (81%) deals with Mohammed’s struggle with them. The Hadith (Traditions) devotes 32% of the text to Kafirs¹. Overall, the Trilogy devotes 60% of its content to the Kafir.

Amount of Text Devoted to the Kafir

The Sharia does not devote nearly that much to the Kafir since Sharia law is primarily for Muslims. Besides, the Kafir has few rights, so there is little to expound on.

Religious Islam is what Muslims do to go to Paradise and avoid Hell. What Mohammed did to Kafirs was not religious, but political. Political Islam is what is of concern to Kafirs, not the religion. Who cares how a Muslim worships, but every one of us is concerned as to what they do to us and say about us. Political Islam should be of concern to every Kafir.

Here are two Sharia references about Kafirs:

w59.2 [...] And this clari?es the Koranic verses and hadiths about hatred for the sake of Allah and love for the sake of Allah, Al Walaa wa al Baraa, being unyielding towards the Kafirs, hard against them, and detesting them, while accepting the destiny of Allah Most High insofar as it is the decree of Allah Mighty and Majestic.

Hatred for the sake of Allah and love for the sake of Allah is called Al Walaa wa al Baraa, a fundamental principle of Islamic ethics and Sharia. A Muslim is to hate what Allah hates and love what Allah loves. Allah hates the Kafir, therefore, a Muslim is to act accordingly.

40:35 They [Kafirs] who dispute the signs [Koran verses] of Allah without authority having reached them are greatly hated by Allah and the believers [Muslims]. So Allah seals up every arrogant, disdainful heart.

h8.24 It is not permissible to give zakat [charity] to a Kafir, or to someone whom one is obliged to support such as a wife or family member.

Here are a few of the Koran references: A Kafir can be mocked–

83:34 On that day the faithful will mock the Kafirs, while they sit on bridal couches and watch them. Should not the Kafirs be paid back for what they did?

A Kafir can be beheaded–

47:4 When you encounter the Kafirs on the battle?eld, cut off their heads until you have thoroughly defeated them and then take the prisoners and tie them up firmly.

A Kafir can be plotted against–

86:15 They plot and scheme against you [Mohammed], and I plot and scheme against them. Therefore, deal calmly with the Kafirs and leave them alone for a while.

A Kafir can be terrorized–

8:12 Then your Lord spoke to His angels and said, “I will be with you. Give strength to the believers. I will send terror into the Kafirs’ hearts, cut off their heads and even the tips of their fingers!”

A Muslim is not the friend of a Kafir–

3:28 Believers should not take Kafirs as friends in preference to other believers. Those who do this will have none of Allah’s protection and will only have themselves as guards. Allah warns you to fear Him for all will return to Him.

A Kafir is evil–

23:97 And say: Oh my Lord! I seek refuge with You from the suggestions of the evil ones [Kafirs]. And I seek refuge with you, my Lord, from their presence.

A Kafir is disgraced–

37:18 Tell them, “Yes! And you [Kafirs] will be disgraced.”

A Kafir is cursed–

33:60 They [Kafirs] will be cursed, and wherever they are found, they will be seized and murdered. It was Allah’s same practice with those who came before them, and you will ?nd no change in Allah’s ways.

KAFIRS AND THE PEOPLE OF THE BOOK

Muslims tell Christians and Jews that they are special. They are “People of the Book” and are brothers in the Abrahamic faith. But in Islam you are a Christian, if and only if, you believe that Christ was a man who was a prophet of Allah; there is no Trinity; Jesus was not crucified nor resurrected and that He will return to establish Sharia law. To be a true Jew you must believe that Mohammed is the last in the line of Jewish prophets.

This verse is positive:

5:77 Say: Oh, People of the Book, do not step out of the bounds of truth in your religion, and do not follow the desires of those who have gone wrong and led many astray. They have themselves gone astray from the even way.

Islamic doctrine is dualistic, so there is an opposite view as well. Here is the last verse written about the People of the Book (A later verse abrogates or nullifies an earlier verse.). This is the final word. It calls for Muslims to make war on the People of the Book who do not believe in the religion of truth, Islam.

9:29 Make war on those who have received the Scriptures [Jews and Christians] but do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day. They do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden. The Christians and Jews do not follow the religion of truth until they submit and pay the poll tax [jizya] and they are humiliated.

The sentence “They do not forbid…” means that they do not accept Sharia law; “until they submit” means to submit to Sharia law. Christians and Jews who do not accept Mohammed as the ?nal prophet are Kafirs.

Muslims pray five times a day and the opening prayer always includes:

Koran 1: 7 Not the path of those who anger You [the Jews] nor the path of those who go astray [the Christians].

LANGUAGE

Since the original Arabic word for unbelievers was Kafir and that is the actual word used in the Koran and Sharia law, that is the word used here for accuracy and precision.

It is very simple: if you don’t believe Mohammed and his Koran, you are a Kafir.
