While many Americans do agree that some oversight or even changes must occur with the current health care set-up it should be noted that the reasons it has not been able to pass so far is that only one side, the Obama/ Pelosi love affair has been unwilling to waver on various agendas.
I have heard various arguments for why Hayworth is a better candidate than McCain. Most of all what I have heard is the following, “Hayworth has the experience needed to defeat John McCain.” However, is this enough, is this really the only reason we want to vote for a person to replace another?
The government has proven that it also cannot protect the American people from Terrorists, Criminals, or mad coyotes. In fact, by removing, the ability of the law-abiding citizen to carry legally on airplanes the government made it possible for those terrorists to murder several thousand people. And yet, the hard left would have you believe that it was the people and not the government, that the gun is at fault and not the people.
Here is what your Commander and Chief the man tasked with your protection thinks of American lives. Instead of simply sentencing him in a court without the benefit of citizenship and our Constitution, as he should be, he has been granted all the rights of citizens and in fact more rights than our soldiers who must fear international courts versus our own.
A new study by the RAND – Arroyo Center looks at the need for a Special Police Force to be funded by the American people for either foreign or domestic policing in the event of large-scale critical situations.
Terminating funding is not un-constitutional, the bill of rights does not apply to corporate, or non-profit entities it applies to individuals. Terminating funding is actually protecting the people who may receive erroneous or illegal advice from them.
The Bill of Rights or the first Ten Amendments are the rights prescribed for the individual. With these rights in hand, any common person has the ability legally to defend themselves against anyone or anything up to and including the federal government.
Remember the warnings of the Founding Fathers against having standing armies on American soil, and remember why the Tenth Amendment was originated. In this nation, we now have a military that has been used and may again be used against its own people. We have a law enforcement agency that takes its commands from a woman who has on her staff Drug Dealers and worse.

Recently it has been under direct attack by those who believe the Constitution is a “fluid” set of “guidelines” and not the foundation of the American Criminal Justice code.
Freedom first then personal disagreements, remember why this country was originally founded and remember what our first fore-Fathers fought for in the Revolutionary War. They fought or freedom and that includes what is written clearly in the Constitution of this great nation.
Here are sections of the bill that are entirely Un-Constitutional and reprehensible, it is truly time to call your “leaders” to account for their actions and stand trial for crimes against the people of this nation
Thanks to bad funding decisions and TRILLIONS spent bailing out corporate interests so that those same corporate interests can lay off millions of people, now some of those millions of people will be receiving calls from the IRS telling them that if they don’t pay for the IRS’s mistake and do it NOW they will lose everything.
There have been arguments that this rule is un-necessary. The Republican majority in 1995 attempted to negate this ruling, fortunately for the average citizen this attempt was overturned. Again, in the recent years there have been further attempts by both sides to adjust or take away this Rule. One such attempt was made when the Patriot Act was passed …

According to FBI legal documents they can force asset forfeiture simply by showing that someone may be involved in drug trafficking through someone they know or worse, because they may have received an email from a person who at one time or another through another person viewed a site that has been labeled terrorist. (i.e. Patriot Act allowances and RICO and the IRS as well.)
Secession, a word that has been bandied around since the beginning of this nation of individual states and rights, something many take lightly, and others believe to be wrong. Why a state would secede from this great Union of States, and is it even legal, is the question being approached today.

It is not so bad that he voted FOR the Patriot Act, everyone else did and America squeezed its eyes shut- claiming IT WILL NEVER BE USED against NON terrorists in domestic situations…well that was proved false, it has been used more than a couple of times against INNOCENT American citizens!
Even high-risk jobs such as police officers or military people can utilize these tips to reduce their potential for direct confrontation (which rarely ends well for anyone) and improve their ability to survive a potentially deadly circumstance.
