If the Kamikaze Congress does, indeed, pass ObamaCare into law, the battle cry from the voters of America will immediately become “REPEAL OBAMACARE.” Public relations campaigns are already being planned around the concept. Candidates who subscribe to a repeal of ObamaCare, and promise to work towards such a goal, will be virtual “shoo-ins” at the polls in November.
James Madison, The Founder we refer to as “The Father of the Constitution,” wrote the following: “To preserve the Republic, it is in the hands of the people. We have staked the whole future of American civilization …upon the capacity of mankind for self-government; upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves …
If natural progression holds true, next will come the National RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip implanted at birth. It will broadcast a radio signal all the days of your life telling the government who you are, and where you are, at all times. National ID, of any kind, takes away one of your basic rights, the right to privacy.
Now we are to be presented with a “revised” version of The Amnesty Bill dating all the way back to the Bush Administration. Oh, it will be called something other than “The Amnesty Bill.” In fact, they are already referring to it as “The Comprehensive Immigration Bill.” But you and I know it is the same bill, the one we referred to as The Amnesty Bill.
The Founding Fathers of America understood that a strong central government would never work in a republican form of government, the form of government they gave the American people. They knew that. They had just declared the independence of Americans from the “strong central government” of King George of Great Britain.
The “gun grabbers” have not given up. Oh, no! They are “true believers,” choosing to believe in the myth and the fairy tale that if you take people’s guns away America will be a safer place. They believe this in spite of the facts out there for everyone to see.
It looks dead. But is it? Poke it with a stick and see if it moves. Hold a mirror beneath its nostrils and watch for condensation. If this were the TV series “CIS” or “NCIS” we’d punch a spike thermometer through its abdomen, and into the liver, to determine time of death – if any.
Israel is fighting for its life, for its very existence. Israel’s leaders know that the Obama Regime is no friend to Israel — at all. They get it! They understand that even though most Americans do not. Therefore, they do not trust the American president, or the military and intelligence services under Obama’s command.
Ok, let me see if I can break it down for you. What Obama is planning to do is: Take you savings, the money you have squirreled away for your retirement in 401-K’s and IRA’s, and hand you an IOU with which they will promise to pay you a small annuity each month of your retirement.
OK, so the pitchforks and torches are not out YET, but, by golly, they are ready and waiting. Reports are becoming more persistent that conservative lawmakers, in about half the states, are forging ahead with constitutional amendments to ban government health insurance mandates.
In the upcoming “summit” between Obama and the Republicans on his ObamaCare proposal… you know, the one the American people have flatly rejected… you can forget the democrats tossing out anything in the current proposal. Ain’t gonna happen. The dems, with the added weight of Obama, hope to overwhelm the Republicans and force them into folding.
I say again, the majority of Americans do not want government-run socialized medicine. The progressives/socialist/Marxists/democrats are dead set on ramming it down our throats despite that fact. This so-called healthcare summit with the Obama Regime is just another way to do that ramming.
I have the an uneasy feeling that the American citizenry is being led down the “Primrose Path” — a path, I’m afraid, that leads to destruction. I am beginning to think it may very well be time for all of us to ask ourselves if we are prepared to survive in a post apocalyptic America? …
First of all, President’s Day is an invention of the commercial community. Congress made it plain, when they instituted President’s Day; the holiday was to memorialize President George Washington, our first President. But Washington WAS NOT OUR FIRST President! He was, in fact, or fifteenth President!
Here in America, there are some 235 million people who listen to radio every week. A performance tax would reduce, not just the amount of music you hear on you favorite radio station, it would reduce the number of stations. Among the hardest hit stations would be the minority-owned stations.
How did it happen? Well, those who would turn America into a Socialist Utopia used the very democratic process, in which Americans pride themselves, to execute a brilliant coup de tat and take over the US government. And they did it in plain sight, right before our eyes.
Another leftist plot is afoot here, in North Carolina, to reinforce the ignorance of our young students of their history, their heritage, and their REAL American culture. And this is not the first time the left has tried this move in North Carolina.
Could it be that the MsM is deliberately NOT talking about America’s homeless so as to save any embarrassment to the Obama Regime? Naah. They wouldn’t so such a thing! Why, that would be biased toward the Obama Regime and we ALL KNOW the MsM in America, especially, is anything but biased.
There is a yearning, deep within the human animal, to “discover.” Our little planet is floating in a huge sea of “undiscovered countries.” Given the opportunity, I would happily sign on as a “hand” on a ship of discovery to distant worlds. Why? Just to see what is there, to learn, to explore, and to experience any unspoiled regions of man’s reach. …
Why brainwash our kids into believing they are citizens of the world FIRST? Simple. It will make it much easier for Americans to accept becoming a part of a Global Government which would negate the US Constitution, strip Americans of all their rights as American citizens and render them serf’s of an elite globe spanning Marxist ruling class. …
The dunces in the Congress, both houses, apparently still do not get the message the American people have been sending them loudly and clearly over the past few months. Even AFTER the election of the 41st vote against ObamaCare, they insist the American people want healthcare reform.
If there was no partisanship in Congress laws would be flying through the hoppers of both houses and onto the law books, willy-nilly, and we would very quickly become a dictatorship of some kind. That would indicate that there was NO OPPOSITION to the ruling party. The representative republic, that is America, would cease to exist almost immediately.
The Obama Regime knows that if it expects to get anything done he must do it now — before the Mid-Term Election in November. The handwriting is on the wall. Consider what happened in Massachusetts. It was a referendum on the Obama Regime and it is the bellwether of things to come for the Democratic Party.
