To study the jurisprudence of Justice Blackmun is an excursion into a complex labyrinth of the hypocritical, duplicitous and genocidal. Blackmun, a lifelong Republican, was expected to adhere to a conservative interpretation of the Constitution; nevertheless his true progressive colors were soon revealed.

One cannot help reading Freud’s anti-Judaism and anti-Christian diatribes in his book “The Future of an Illusion” and not think of two things: First, by attacking religion in such a personally virulent way Freud lacks all objective or scientific credibility and makes himself a victim of his own perverse ideas, namely psychological displacement, which is a psychosis and defense mechanism invented by Freud himself whereby one ascribes his own evil intent or psychopathy to one’s enemies.
How did America get into this catastrophe called Barack Hussein Obama whose socialist policies have given us zero jobs in August? Endemic education propaganda is the short answer. My long-view theory places the blame directly on our public school establishment’s unholy alliance with socialism, unionism and secularism when the NEA was established in 1857.
If evolution is so scientific, factual and beyond all rational argument, then why do the proponents of Darwinian evolutionary theory systematically lie about their findings, block and defame other scientists with contrarian ideas like Intelligent Design, creationism and natural law, and in the name of “academic freedom” dominate the majority of the academic journals and university professorships with a Stalinist grip?
One will never understand who President Obama is, the man, unless you have a rudimentary understanding of history, politics, philosophy and economics. Obama is the liberal establishment’s dream: the apotheosis and embodiment of all the fascist, atheist, anti-intellectual, nitwit liberal ideas pontificated in college lecture halls, spoken in university faculty lounges and written in books and academic journals few people have ever read.
This diabolical idea of systematically disenfranchising Christians’ constitutional rights and belittling America’s original Judeo-Christian worldview isn’t unique to professor Tribe nor to history, but in modern times these ideas have a historical link to one of the greatest icons of liberal and progressive jurisprudence – Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.
Professor Allan Bloom (d. 1992), author of the modern-day prophecy “The Closing of the American Mind” (1987), did not know Barack Obama, but as a prophet to the academy, Bloom foretold that intellectually decadent societies like Revolutionary France (1789-99), the Weimar Republic (1919-33) and America were ripe for demagogic radicals to fill the moral vacuum inside the souls of Europeans and Americans.
