ACORN will rise again
WASHINGTON — “the federal government must continue to provide grant money to the national community-organizing group Acorn, a federal court ruled Friday, saying that the House violated the Constitution when it passed a resolution barring the group from receiving federal dollars.” The Court that this was heard in ruled that by placing a ban on this federally funded group Congress in effect was determining guilt without a trial.
The unfortunate part of this fiasco is that ACORN is a not for profit organization. This means that they are not supposed to make political recommendations and yet they do and have for years. Recently they were caught distributing advice on the better maintenance of a prostitution ring and how to avoid paying a high rate of taxes for this, not in one office or city alone either. This organization is large and holds enough political sway to weather allegations of extreme voter misconduct in the last presidential election.
Terminating funding is not un-constitutional, the bill of rights does not apply to corporate, or non-profit entities it applies to individuals. Terminating funding is actually protecting the people who may receive erroneous or illegal advice from them. Terminating funding is more constitutional than not doing so. Its time people, terminate their funding and stop them from committing illegal acts. As for this judge in the Bronx maybe it is time for his voter base to consider replacing him, of course that would mean fighting his funding that might be occurring through ACORN!
Its time to wake up America, the Constitution is not a toy to be allowed when ACORN is in trouble but ignored when Individual rights are discarded…

The libs have less than a year to advance their agenda. After the 2010 elections, it will be over. Especially when the details of health care come to light.
