Final Thoughts on Independence Day 2009

Air, Water, Food, Fire & Health: all elements required for life. Do you realize currently in Congress there is a bill for future consideration to give the federal government more control of all these essential elements. So Independence Day 2009 ends, I want to ask, where will freedom go if Congress is successful in consuming power over all of these elements?

We know last week the House of Representatives labeled a necessary gas for life on earth a dangerous pollutant. If the Senate passes the climate bill, the government will be in the business of regulating air and taxes those who don’t comply. In doing so, they control more of the manufacturing in the United States by setting limits on the amount of carbon dioxide a company can produce.

Not too many people are talking about the federal attempts to control all of the water in the United States. From creeks and ponds to major rivers, our Congress is looking to give the federal government power to preside over the nation’s water supply. This is clearly a violation of the Tenth Amendment.
Congress is also looking at a plan to regulate the nation’s food supply in the name of safety. The Food Safety Act of 2009 places fines up to a million dollars on farmers who don’t meet federal regulations. Even the act of planting your own garden may bring the watchful eye of government upon you.

Obviously, the climate bill controls fires which produce steam to run the nation’s power plants. The government is forcing energy prices up, to force you to use less. Coal power plants which power most of the nation are going to see new regulations that will force many out of business. Energy will become a luxury, and many Americans will be left in the cold.

Then finally in September, the government will debate to take control of the nation’s healthcare system. Good health is required for life, and the question that remains is will the government invest in your health, or will the play games based on your compliance towards these new standards designed to control you.

It’s easy to see the government is working in a diabolical way to take over the essentials needed to maintain life. Why are there so many bills right now that allow the government to take over these essentials needed for life? There’s obviously a huge philosophical shift in American policies. It could be part of a New World Order designed to transfer power from the capitalists to a few elitists. It could be a transfer of power from capitalism to the new, green colored communism, which was once red and uses environmentalism as its mechanism to take down the great capitalist industrial power. Whatever it is, one thing is clear, a government who controls the five essentials of life, controls its people. I don’t think this is coincidental that Congress is debating these essential in hope to take power over them. This is clearly by design.

When Congress succeeds, will you allow July 4 to become just another date in history representing another failed country which was human kinds best hope? Something to think about.
