How Can Obama Lead the US When He Won’t Even Stand Up For the US

obama-chavezObama’s third-world dictator love fest tour continues as Dear Leader attends the Summit of the Americas. Yesterday, Obama sat through speeches from Central American and South American leaders as they bashed the United States. Obama often had a smile (smirk) on his face as the insult cam flying towards him. Obama took notes. He finished the meeting with a huge smile and a handshake directed towards Daniel Ortega, who dug the deepest to insult the United States.

As Nicaraguan thug and President Ortega and Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner attacked our country for the war on drugs to our successful fight against communism in the region during the 1980s (not an inch of soil fell to communism under the watch of Ronald Reagan) to the embargo on America, our country was under attack from the words of leaders who can’t even control their own countries.

Obama, who was called an ‘ignoramus’ last month by Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, has been all smiles with the Central American and Southern American thugs like Chavez. In fact, Obama threw out his prepared 17 minute speech (poor teleprompter) and delivered an impromptu uh-filled speech defending himself, not our country.

“To move forward, we cannot let ourselves be prisoners of past disagreements. I’m grateful that President Ortega did not blame me for things that happened when I was three months old. Too often, an opportunity to build a fresh partnership of the Americas has been undermined by stale debates. We’ve all heard these arguments before.”

Actually, the president misspoke on the sequence of events in Cuba. The invasion of CIA-trained rebels at the Bay of Pigs in Cuba occurred in April 1961. Obama was born August 4, 1961.–Fox News

Obama can’t even stand up for the good things we have done in the region. He continued to take attacks over our involvement in Cuba and our decision not to trade with Castro without one peep of the human rights violations of Castro, or for that matter, Chavez, Ortega, and the rest of these colorful thugs.

He doesn’t criticize them for the violence they have caused by promoting the drug trade instead of cooperating with our government to stop the cocaine industry (an industry Obama has supported himself). Instead, he insults our past foreign policy. It won’t be long until there’s a huge invitation at our southern border for the people of these oppressed countries. If these leaders were so honorable, then why are people leaving in the masses to illegally come into the United States. The problems in Central and South American go far beyond the limited American involvement, but Obama can’t think beyond defending himself to even consider the whole picture.

Every time Obama leaves the country, he sends video postcards full of insults. I have had enough of being insulted from this apologetic and pathetic excuse that sits in the Oval Office. You get the feeling Obama ogles over these dictators dreaming a dream of what his life may be like one day.
