Obama’s Coming Attack on the Internet is a Preventative Tool
It’s become apparent that the Internet is public enemy number one. The Internet has allowed most of the world to participate in the free flow of idea while exposing what is taking place with your government. It’s no wonder we once again see it attacked in the Department of Homeland Security’s report titled “Right-Wing Extremist…”
I have noticed the shift from talk radio to the internet in recent weeks. The reason is obviously. Listen to any conservative talker after searching the internet for recent events. It’s obvious the internet has become a huge tool for talkers like Rush Limbaugh and others.
Limbaugh and other talkers frequently cite blogs like Gateway Pundit and Michelle Malkin. It’s clear the internet produces information that infringe upon fascist Obama’s plans; therefore, it must be controlled.
In the past few weeks, I have seen sites like Twitter and Facebook as tools of the conservative domestic terrorist according to the Virginia report on domestic terrorism. I don’t know if I have any domestic terrorist in my list of Facebook friends, but I can’t promise them that they don’t have one domestic terrorist in their list.
How do I use Facebook and Twitter? I use it to promote my blog. Take for instance Obama’s recent push to increase wire tapping and his desire to make the federal government immune from any law suits resulting in the government’s efforts to spy on its people. I have used both these mediums to alert people to Obama’s intentions. Obviously this doesn’t sit well will the neo-coms of the Obama administration.
Obama would have an easier path to fulfill his radical agenda if the internet is strictly governed by his administration, similar to how the Chinese govern it. Americans have become complacent and take this valuable information and communication tool for granted, so the time is right for Obama to move on it. It’s hard for me to believe this hasn’t been a part of his plan all along. He started talking about more government involvement in the internet early on in his administration promising all Americans access to high-speed internet at the cost of the government (remember we were ranked 18th in the world for broadband connections). If the government provides access, it will make their case to control it much easier. Like I said earlier, Americans take internet for granted these days, so now is the time to regulate it like they have done with television programming and movie ratings.
Obama attacks our free speech with his plans to regulate the internet with government controls. The internet helped promote today’s tea parties, which were formed from Obama’s willingness to create taxation without representation when he decided to spend creating a debt that millions of future of Americans had no voice in creating but are left to pay. Governor Jay Nixon of Missouri applauds and promotes this taxation without representation policy of Obama’s. It’s no wonder he wants to reduce the free exchange of ideas on the internet. The internet has brought millions of Americans together to protest our oppressive government that has gained power over Americans by taxing them to dependence.
Obama’s coming attack on the internet is dangerous, and I will fight to protect our First Amendment right. I am tired of Obama’s constant attacks on our rights, and no matter how the government attempts to control the internet and our lives, I will find a way to continue spreading the message of real freedom and liberty, similar to how Lech Walesa fought for it in Poland against the communist regime. Obama and his neo-com cronies think they can walk all over us and control us. I am here to say I don’t think so. He isn’t going to turn us into tax slaves and reduce our freedoms to none.
