Common sense rulings do not happen every day in California; when they do, they need to be appreciated.

From marketwatch.com this terrific story:

“A three judge panel of the California Court of Appeals unanimously ruled Monday that a California law intended to permit illegal aliens to attend public colleges and universities at in-state tuition rates is unconstitutional because it conflicts with federal law, and violates both the equal protection clause and privileges and immunity clause of the constitution.”

This ruling is huge because it will provide precedent for legal actions taken in other states with regard to benefits for illegal aliens.

Finally a common sense ruling that benefits the American people and not third-world invading criminals!
