In the never ending absurdity practiced by American media in the name of journalism, Bristol Palin and her pregnancy have driven news worthy stories off the front pages and into dustbins all across America.

Therefore, instead of hearing about the triumph of American forces in the Anbar Province, the latest concerning Hurricane Gustav, or the Russian invasion of Georgia, Americans are being treated to a re-hash of Obama’s extremist views about abortion.

Just last March, we are reminded, the Anointed One stated that he would approve of an abortion for his daughter rather than “punishing” the mother by forcing her to give birth to a baby.

His exact words were, in part, “I am going to teach them (his daughters) first about values and morals, but if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby.”

Has there ever been a more stark definition of the liberal perspective on human life and infanticide? The man who would be president actually thinks of a newborn baby as a form of “punishment” for heavens sake.

Unfortunately, Obama’s daughters are being raised by a scalawag who has a very distorted and neglectful attitude about human life. Of course, like all good liberals, Obama considers himself a champion of the powerless and helpless.

Why do liberals refuse to defend the most vulnerable  members of the human family?
