Why can we not have mayor Kilpatric sentenced to give up his citizenship and remove him to the country more suited to his obvious tendencies where criminal acts in office are considered the norm and he could conduct himself without bothering his cronies for cover-ups and embarassing sentences which serve to highlight their own immoral conditions?
