As you may have gathered from the title to this piece, I am no fan of Nelson Mandela. I never have been. Mr. Mandela was a communist — and a terrorist — and I have no sympathy for either. Consider this written by Colin Freeman, and Jane Flanagan in Cape Town, South Africa, for The […]

According to the China Aid Association, Pastor Zhang Zhongxin has been sentenced to two years in a Chinese labor camp by Shandong Province authorities for participation in cultic activities. To American ears, such allegations bring to mind images of passing around poisoned Kool-Aid or of adolescent brides forced to wed lecherous old men; however, in this case this pastor engaged in religious exercises most of us take for granted as harmless as organizing a Sunday school.
Presumptive Democrat nominee Barack Obama’s trip to Afghanistan, Iraq and Europe is all part and parcel of a full blown media event that most intuitive Americans will view as contrived and overdone; an event to compensate for Sen. Obama’s lack of experience and extraordinarily thin political portfolio. The media has helped orchestrate this publicity stunt to attract attention to their chosen candidate. There is no more doubt that they are in the tank for the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee.
For political theatre, there is no denying that the speech Sen. Barack Obama delivered in Berlin drew a huge, adoring crowd and was filled with the kind of talk intended to impress, not just Berliners, not just Europe, not just America, but the entire world that a new leader has appeared on the scene to work miracles.

It is interesting that all evil has this common thread of deception and forecasting their plans; Hitler told the world what he planned to do in Mein Kampf. He smiled and postured for the world, promising he would stop at the Rhineland, then Austria, then Sudetenland, sending Chamberlain home with the ultimate epitaph of the easily led. He cried “Truce” whenever he had been caught lying, just long enough to call off the dogs, while behind the scenes he was rooting evil like a pig, growing fatter and fatter until he was so confident of his massive girth that he didn’t have to care if the world knew his secret sins.
Captain Ed reports that Barack Obama’s alienated Germany’s leadership – and illustrated his own historical illiteracy – by choosing to relocate his highly-anticipated Berlin speech to the city’s Siegessäule Victory Column, which is considered a symbol of Imperial Germany’s militarism, and was a favorite memorial of Adolph Hitler:
As you all know, we here at ANO will not let this subject die off as the Obama Camp would like. We have been receiving comments here and there and posts have been made in rebuttal but have vanished before I could memorialize them via screen shots
As Radical Islam Mobilizes in Germany We Must Understand Why America is so Vulnerable.
Barack Obama may be on a world tour surrounded by a fawning media, but Sunday an expert in electronic document forensics released a detailed report on the purported birth certificate — actually a “Certification of Live Birth” or COLB — claimed as genuine by his campaign.
Hence it is necessary to a prince, if he wants to maintain himself, to learn to be able not to be good.~ Machiavelli Prologue: Machiavelli in the hood Today’s column continues my review of Dr. Benjamin Wiker’s commendable opus, “10 Books that Screwed up the World and 5 Others that didn’t Help” (Regnery, 2008). My […]
I received my stimulus check yesterday. It was $600 and I put it into my checking account and immediately paid a bill that accounted for half of it. I have serious doubts that it did anything to stimulate an economy that is undergoing a crisis of confidence in its financial and government institutions.
I try to avoid making commentary out of commentaries of news items. I also try to avoid using the word “I” in my columns overmuch, but the reader shall see how that worked out. This is actually a commentary on a commentary of a commentary on a news item, if that makes any sense at all.
I happen to know a lot more about New Jersey since I am born, raised, and still residing here in my old age despite all the hype about retiring in Florida. I hold a degree from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, so I have fulfilled my Florida quota, but if you want a front row seat to idiocy, there is no better place than my home state or California.
Let us be extremely wary when we ask for “change.” The Democrat Party is guilty of injecting race into the presidential campaign. America is no longer a racist country, and Americans are deeply offended when it is portrayed as such. These accusations and the apprehension tied to them have been insidiously worked into our collective subconscious. Keep that in mind when you’re feeling guilty for something in which you most likely took no part. The days of slavery and segregation are gone.
There are no such things as sexual deviations. If something happens sexually, it must be part of the natural spectrum; if it is part of the natural spectrum, it cannot be considered either abnormal or unnatural, even if it is relatively uncommon; but as it turns out to be so much more common hence quite […]
